El estacionamiento está a 2 cuadras y debe uno caminar con su equipaje por calles súper angostas y tienes que pagar el estacionamiento, creo que deben especificar en su información ese detalle porque si es muy incómodo

No había nadie en recepción cuando llegué. Esperé 15 minutos a que apareciera alguien. Llamé por teléfono y toqué varias veces la campana y nada. Había muchos zancudos en la habitación lo que impidió qué pudiera dormir. La ventana del baño no tenía cortina y el el edificio de enfrente tenía vista directa al baño.

The room is super clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. I felt safe and like home. The huge bougainvillea tree in front of my balcony brightened up my mornings.
I was there at wintertime so the lack of proper hot water in the shower was an issue. It was lukewarm and there was not enough pressure. I could’ve used a wardrobe or cabinet in room, there was no place to pack clothes. There is no safety box in the room.

The bedding and sheets had stain marks. They were clean, but stained. Also the towels are very old and not soft anymore. To be clear, the rooms and hotel are beautiful and clean, but they need to pay attention to those details and replace the bedding, sheets, and towels more frequently. Also, there’s no restaurant at the property, not even coffee and fruit for breakfast and that’s a must.

Availability of coffee on site would have been nice. Chairs in room matched decor nicely but not very functional. Otherwise nothing negative really.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025La ubicación fue ideal para la locación de evento al que fuimos, además de que pudimos caminar cómodamente por el centro, visitando los lugares que queríamos (Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, Museo de Arte de Querétaro, mirador de la ciudad, sitios gastronómicos, etc). La arquitectura del hotel y su decoración en sumamente agradable, con sus tonos grises que avivan todos los colores, incluyendo la bugambilia en flor que tienen al interior.
Sería bueno que en su información pudieran sumar más énfasis en el dato de que hay que llegar a un estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio, en caso de llegar en automóvil. Sería muy práctico pues la calle es muy estrecha y es difícil parar al llegar y notificar de la llegada al hotel.

La cadena de seguridad de la puerta rota. No vuelvo aunque fuera de cortesía sin costo, definitivamente mil opciones mas en Querétaro por ese precio

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025La ubicación es lo más atractivo, las habitaciones están limpias y no hay queja sobre el dormitorio.
La presión del agua es bastante baja, y el agua siempre sale "tibia" esperaba tener un agua un poco más caliente, la otra cosa, el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, hay convenio con "estacionamiento del carmen" en donde puedes estacionar tu vehículo sin costo, el único problema es que este estacionamiento lo cierran a las 12AM, y vuelven a abrir a las 6:30 am, solo eso a tomar en cuenta. En conclusión si no traen vehículo, o si solo piensan donde guardarlo, durante su estadía en Qro, esta opción es bastante atractiva.

El agua de la regadera no era caliente y el contacto no corresponde, tuve que buscar otra forma de comunicación con la propiedad.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025La habitación es muy bonita, el hotel está en el corazón del centro de Querétaro y aunque no cuentan con estacionamiento propio, sí tienen convenio con uno que se encuentra a dos cuadras y fue gratuito(si traen maletas grandes sí será un poco pesado el ir de un punto a otro). Los únicos puntos donde quisiera hacer observaciones, es en las toallas de baño que están visiblemente desgastadas y rasgadas de las orillas, las paredes parecen ser muy delgadas porque se oía por la mañana mucho ruido de la habitación de arriba, el agua caliente solo salía tibia y nunca se logró conectar a la red la pantalla, como amenidades solo dejan una jarrita con agua y dos vasos, la secadora y control de pantalla te la entregan en una curiosa bolsita de mandado de plástico para entregar en el check out (bonito detalle). En general es un lindo lugar para hospedarse.

Parking is a couple blocks away - I would call first so they tell you where it is, then they give you a ticket at the hotel so there’s no cost. Reviewed Apr 21, 2025El trato en recepción fue muy bueno, sin embargo no me gustó que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, tienes que ir a un público que está a 4 cuadras del hotel, tampoco me gustó que el cuarto estaba caliente y el ventilador hace más ruido de lo que refresca, otro punto en contra es que escuchas todo de los demás cuartos incluido cuando van al baño, en general el hotel no es cómodo, pero si muy céntrico.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. Gonzalo in particular was so helpful. I had an emergency and he helped us to find a doctor and got us sorted out. Truly wonderful hotel. Super clean, cute inside, and cute rooms. The Italian restaurant next door is super good as is the Cuban place up the street. We really enjoyed our stay and were treated like family.
