Everything. I received a dirty room. It took forever in the reception and to receive a dirty room. Is it a joke?

Have every thing that you need . Even thoughtful to have the plug for America so easy to plug my phone charger with out use the plug adapter . Great location . Close to attraction

If you are looking for a clean, safe, respectful and comfortable place to stay, I strongly recommend avoiding Spot Hostel. My experience was so bad that I would not recommend this place to anyone. 1. Theft and complete lack of concern Valuable belongings were stolen from me on the hostel premises. When I asked management to check the security cameras, I was essentially told that they did not have time to do it and that checking the cameras was not part of their responsibilities. For a hostel where guests’ belongings are supposedly under some level of protection, this response was completely unacceptable. 2. Extremely unprofessional staff One reception employee, Daniel, was particularly unpleasant during my stay. I as well as other guests experienced insulting and inappropriate behavior, including homophobic remarks completely unacceptable in a hospitality environment. He would also leave the reception desk for extended periods during his shifts, leaving guests waiting without assistance. Even worse, after I repeatedly raised legitimate concerns about the theft of my belongings, the hostel manager called me and screamed at me, accusing me of “harassing” the staff simply because I was complaining about what had happened. This is not customer service. Guests should not have to tolerate being shouted at for reporting problems. 3. The rooms are shockingly small The room was a few square meters. There was essentially just a bed. No table. No chair. No closet. No window. It was incredibly cramped and uncomfortable, with virtually nowhere to put anything or even sit properly. 4. Loud parties until 3 AM The hostel’s lobby is regularly rented out for loud parties that continue until around 3 AM. This means hostel guests lose access to one of the few communal areas where they could normally sit, eat, work or relax.

המקום נקי נעים ומזמין , אווירה טובה וצוות שירותי ומסביר פנים.

לא אהבתי שנזמנתי חדר בתאריך 5.9.26 ובוקינג מפרסם :"ארוחת בוקר טובה" לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה התקשרתי "לספוט הוסטל" והיה קשה מאוד ליצור קשר. וכשחזרו אלי הובהר לי שאין ארוחת בוקר במקום!! גם לא בתשלום, כשהגעתי למקום נתבקשתי לשלם 15 שח על 2 מגבות פנים אפילו לא מגבת גוף... אם הייתי יודעת שלא ניתן לשתות משהו בבוקר וצריך לצאת מהמקום כדי לקנות קפה ברחוב, לא הייתי מבצעת הזמנה בספוט הוסטל, הפירסום של בוקינג מטעה ולא הוגן.

חבל שאין חניה לאורחי המלון במחיר מופחת.

מיקום מצויין, חדרים לכל כיס, צוות נעים.

חדרים בלי איוורור חנוק והחדר מתמלא בלחות. הסדינים המגבות הנעליים והבגדים נהיים לחים ורטובים וזה לא נעים.

Location.

Arrived with s lot luggage. The reception refused to open the gate to their parking area. The taxi had to block the entrance of the adjacent municipality parking lot. Lots of honking cars as the taxi somehow has to turn. Same story when we left. Personel not friendly.

המקום חייב שינוי משמעותי. לא אפשרו לי לשחק סנוקר - בגלל שסגרו אירוע במקום - זה אומר שלא אפשרו לי להשתמש במתקנים - להדליק את האור

יחס משפיל ומבזה מצד המנהל מקום נעשה לי עוול נוראי ועוגמת נפש

לא משפרים את המקום וזה זוועה

המקקים- ומשחק הסנוקר שעדיין לא הביאו מקלות נורמלים סנוקר למשחק .

לקחנו את חדר הקפסולה לזוג ללילה אחד בלבד, חדרון בגודל 8 מ"ר. הגענו מאוחר לצ'ק אין ויצאנו יחסית מוקדם כך שהבחירה בחדר זה היתה מתאימה לנו. רק מיטה לישון בנוחות ופרטיות ובהתאמה מקסימלית למחיר הנמוך. החדר היה ממש קומפקטי ומינמליסטי, כמצופה. מקלחת ושירותים נקיים ונוחים, ארון איחסון מתחת למיטה היה ממש נחמד ותרם ללנוחות בשהיה בחדר.

מקום מעולה, נקי, צוות נהדר ואווירה נעימה.

הכל מצויין, שווה להגיע.

Great location. Great value for money especially for families with kids. Close to everything- sky park, super pharm, babilon, stores, Mcdonalds, Abulafia bakery, restaurants, childrens center, playground, water fountains for kids to play in and more.

מיקום מעולה יש בקרבת המלון חניון רידינג תשלום החניה חד פעמי. לא להחנות בחניית המלון. צוות נהדר ואדיב ממש בסדר נענים לכל בקשה או שאלה. נקיון ברמה גבוה ממש נעים ונקי.

שולחן קטן להוסיף בכל חדר עם ערכת קפה /תה בקבוק מיים ..קומקום חשמלי....מאוד מאוד יוסיף

Decent for what it is

Bathroom could do with some tlc

מקום נורא ואיום... נתחיל באיש שעובד שם, זה שעובד בערב, היה איש מוזר, חצוף ביותר, לא נעים ודחוף צריך לפטר אותו. עושה נזק תדמיתי למקום. הגענו למקום וגילינו שבחדר שמופיע בו חלון, אין חלון, ולמעשה אין חלונות בכלל בכל החדרים, אין חלונות החוצה! יש רק חדר אחד ואותו ראיתי בתמונות והוא היה תפוס... כמובן שביקשנו לעוף משם והאיש הלא נחמד אמר בשמחה, ורק רצה שנלך כי לא היה לו חשק לעבוד ולתת שירות כמו בנאדם נורמלי. הזייה... חוץמזה, מאוד לא נקי החדר, וגם המקלית פיצית, הקירות מלאים סימנים. אם אתה בגיל 20 ואין לך סטנדרטים זה אולי נחמד אבל חוץ מזה, לאנשים נורמלים אין מה לחפש שם.. בטח שלא עם ילדים. ברחנו אחרי לילה אחד והזדכנו על לילה שתיים.
