Reviewed Jul 17, 2026צוות מדהים, טיפלו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים באדיבות, חדר מצוין לארבעה חברים עם מרפסת יפה, גדולה, נוף מדהים, ג'קוזי כיפי. ביקשתי צ'ק אאוט מאוחר לא הייתה שום בעיה, דאגו לי לחניה בתוך המלון.
הכל היה מצוין וכמו בתיאור בדיוק

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026El desayuno es servido en un café a 200 metros del hotel. Muy buena atención y buena variedad, aunque deberían detallarlo antes de hacer la reserva. En el momento de la reserva figura "desayuno incluido" sin indicar que no es en el mismo hotel.
Estuvimos dos noches. Salimos a ls mañana y colgué el cartelito de "arreglen mi habitación". A pesar de éllo cuando volvimos la pieza no había sido limpiada ni ordenada.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026The staff were vert friendly, even when checking in past 4am! The restaurant servers very tasty good and any happy hour is an added bonus. Sadly breakfast is in the form of a voucher to use at a cafe down the road. I ended up not using this and trying a few other places near by. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Very close to the beach and generally a good spot to be depending what you have on your agenda.
There was the smell of cigarettes in my room and the sink tap wasn't tightened down - only small things and they wouldn't put me off staying again.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026המיקום מצוין ממש על הנמל וסוף דיזינגוף. יש בר קקוטיילים למטה במלון וזה ממש נחמד ונוח, כדאי להזמין מראש אבל אנחנו באנו בלי ומצאו לנו מקום בסוף. אין חנייה במלון והחנינו ברידינג מערב זה ממש סבבה 30 שח ל24 שעוצ וזה ממש 4 דק הליכה מהמלון.
הניקיון מתחת לכל ביקורת. הגענו ובחדר היה המקרר היה מלוכלך ממש, השולחן וגם הכורסא מאובקת. גם כשביקתי שיעלו לנקות וגם אמרתי מה בדיוק ניקו רק את המקרר. המיטות מזעזעות, זה 2 מזרנים מחוברים ממש ממש לא נוחות, קמתי עם כאבי גב. המיקום אמנם פצצה אבל חייבים לתחזק יותר

Staff were friendly and accommodating, we checked in at 4 am, hours after the original check in time and there was no problem. Good sofa bed. Comfortable beds and linens.
The shower needs a face lift. One room smelled of cigarettes (someone must have smoked before us). The design of the lobby is weird but not in a bad way

Poor maintenance. Needs renovation. The terrace suite was in poor condition. Low water pressure. Dirty furniture. Broken walls. To their credit, the hotel's compensation policy is very straightforward. We complained about the poor maintenance and they refunded us almost immediately for the second night we canceled. They also discounted some of the first night.
