Отличный отель. Чистый, современный. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Персонал был очень любезным и предоставили нам номер боле высокой категории, чем я бронировала. Про завтраки не могу сказать, так как бронировали без завтраков. Рядом метро, на котором быстро можно добраться и до аэропорта и до центра города

Свет в душевую включается на движение. И если вы ночью встаете в туалет, потом какое то время еще горит свет, так как дверь стеклянная это может немного мешать. Но это несущественный минус :)

Schöne Aussicht, man ist nah an der Bahn dran und kommt innerhalb von 20 min zum Zentrum. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und hatte alles was man braucht.

Bewegungsmelder-Lampe im Bad ging beim duschen hin und wieder aus was ein bisschen nervig war aber für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes oke.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Amsterdam. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer in der 19 Etage! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück, für jeden etwas dabei!

Hotel maravilhoso; equipe super atenciosa e prestativa; quarto chique, espaçoso e confortável; cama muito boa, chuveiro ótimo (com bastante pressão, ótimo para as mulheres lavarem o cabelo); localização ótima também (próxima de 2 estações de metrô), o bairro é residencial/comercial, portanto é bem tranquilo para dormir (sem barulho).

Hotel s dobrou dostupností do centra města, blízko stanice metra. Pokoje menší, ale prakticky zařízené a čisté s dostatečným úložným prostorem, krásný výhled. Možnost snídaně - využili jsme. Cena vyšší, ale bohatý výběr a celkově snídaně výborná. Vstřícný personál, který je připravený a ochotný pomoci v jakékoliv situaci.

Okolí hotelu není úplně ideální, je u silnic - ale nutno podotknout, že venkovní ruch není na pokoji vůbec znát. Ale pokud bychom hledali ubytování v Amsterdamu s dobrou dostupností - určitě se sem rádi vrátíme ;-)

Sehr gute Lage, 15 Minuten mit Metro in die Innenstadt, schönes Zimmer mit super Ausblick, klasse Matratzen, sehr gutes Frühstück. Kommen gerne wieder.

I loved the view from the 14th floor! The tablet made our stay more fun and much easier. The room was very clean and the area very quiet. The staff were friendly and the location convenient and near the metro station, not far away from the city centre.

I had stated that the rooms should be close together but they were not. Secondly, the telephone in the rooms where not working even after several complains, then we were asked to use the WhatsApp number for any communication, then we ordered food from the number but after waiting for an hour and half we realised that the Restaurant never received the order because their WhatsApp wasn't working, can you imagine the response that to after 9pm. Then in the other room the window would not close, my kids had to sleep in cold weather for 3 nights because someone never came to rectify. After several complaints we were finally given 2 rooms which were together on our last 2 nights.

An sich war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Hotel hat uns ansonsten gut gefallen.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer muss dringend besser kontrolliert werden. Im Badezimmer waren Haare im Abfluss und Staub sowie Dreck in einer Öffnung/einem Loch. Zudem lagen unter dem Bett dicke Staubfusseln und auch die Kaffeemaschine war leider dreckig. Das war insgesamt nicht sauber genug.

The location was great; the view from the room was amazing! room cleanliness was good. The staff was helpful. Hotel was close to train station that goes to centraal Amsterdam.

The bathroom, particularly the shower area, could have been cleaner. I was also disturbed by guests in the neighbouring room repeatedly banging their door while I was trying to sleep.

La televisión no funcionaba bien. La entendías y se apagaba todo el rato. Llamé a recepción un par de veces y no me contestaron al teléfono. También cuando entré una tarde de cayó el dispositivo donde meteswla tarjeta de la habitación para que funcione todo. Le faltaba mantenimiento de algunas cosas como estas que he descrito.

Отель понравился, все новое и чистое. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Расположение нормальное. Довольно близко от метро и Мак Дональдса, в трех минутах от Мак Дональдса минимаркет. Отдельное спасибо сотруднику ресторана. Он нашёл еду, подходящую мой дочке.

Stayed here when attending 2026 Grand Prix. Great modern hotel, room was very comfy and has everything you need. Overamstel is a nice location away from the centre easily accessed via the metro which is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhig, der Schallschutz funktioniert bestens. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Mehr als zufrieden waren wir auch mit dem Frühstück, es war reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In keinem Urlaub hab ich so gut geschlafen wie hier.

Personnel froid, explications tres rapide, peu compréhensif, nous avons testé la vapoteuse dans la chambre pour voir si elle était toujours en marche, une petite fumée s est échappé et fais venir le personnel, nous nous sommes pris une amande de 250 euros malgré nos explications et excuses, nous n avions pas l intention de fumé dans la chambre mais nous avons ete sommé de descendre payé en CB immédiatement, traité comme des délinquants, nous sommes une famille et tout les deux cadres supérieur, cela a gâché notre relation de confiance, tres mauvaise expérience

Posizione molto comoda per la vicinanza della stazione della metropolitana, pulizia molto accurata della stanza e di tutti i locali, stanza bellissima e moderna, staff disponibile e molto gentile, possibilità di parcheggiare la moto nel garage sotterraneo. Colazione ben fornita e di qualità.

La posizione. Credevo fosse più vicino alla metro. I prezzi del ristorante troppo alti e infatti non ne abbiamo usufruito. Vicino alla struttura c’è poco o niente per poter mangiare l.

It is in an industrial area and a bit far from central Amsterdam. Had to take a metro and a bus to get there. Did not have breakfast there as it was quite costly. Had 2 cups of expensive coffee.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not try to help with any of our requests. 1 When booking, I requested a room on a high floor. The hotel seemed half empty, but we were given a room on a very low floor. 2 I also requested a quiet room. Instead, a group of young people was placed in the two rooms next to us. They were very noisy throughout the night. I went to reception and asked for help, but nothing was done. It was very difficult to sleep. 3 The hotel is advertised as being only 2 minutes from the metro, but the metro was not operating during our stay. I asked if it was possible to cancel the booking because of this, but the hotel refused. 4 The beds were terrible. There were two separate beds pushed together, and they kept moving apart during the night. We asked for a room with one proper double bed, but the hotel refused unless we paid extra. 5 The phone in the room did not work, so we had to go to reception every time we needed something. 6 The Wi-Fi was very poor and sometimes did not work at all. 7 The towels were not changed during room cleaning. 8 There were no slippers in the room. 9 At check-out, the staff asked how our stay was. I told them about the problems we had, but they simply ignored my feedback. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and the service was very disappointing. It definitely does not match its star rating or the high score

Hotel fuori dal centro città ma perfettamente collegato mediante la metropolitana. In circa 20 minuti si raggiungono comodamente i principali punti d’interesse. Camera sempre pulita e staff disponibile. Buona colazione.

Avevamo inclusa anche la cena, che però ci ha molto deluso. Menù limitato, ripetitivo e troppo particolare, abbiamo fatto fatica a cenare per ben quattro volte. Per di più, al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che la domenica la cucina dell’hotel è chiusa e che avrebbero provveduto a rimborsarci se lo avessimo desiderato (e direi!).

Un peu cher considérant l’emplacement particulièrement excentré, la chambre n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. L’hôtel est malgré tout très agréable et calme.

The only problem was the light in the bathroom which is operated by a movement detector. Sonif you are in the shower the system does not notice you clearly and you stay in darkness. Nothing big but to be shared.

Great location, easy tram access to central Amsterdam. Great facilities, bar area and room. Parking secure and under hotel.

Hotel nuovo, camere piuttosto grandi e ben organizzate, quelle ai piani alti hanno una vista molto bella. Anche i servizi proposti sono interessanti ed a prezzi giusti (come la bicicletta). Prossimità alle principali metro, in 5/6 fermate si è in pieno centro.

Posizione leggermente più lontana rispetto alla metro, aggiungendo 5/7min in più a piedi. Che con il sole è ok, ma se piovesse sarebbe problematico. Il check-out alle 11h00 è troppo presto, considerando che il check-in è alle 15h00. Ed il servizio di late checkout è troppo costoso. La palestra potrebbe avere qualche attrezzo per fare pesi, in più.

La pulizia era abbastanza curata, ma non secondo gli standard italiani per un 4 stelle.

Très bon hôtel. Super bien équipé et high-tech. Chambre Ultra propre et spacieuse. Grande salle de bain. Hôtel très bien placé. Salle de sport bien équipée. Le prix de la chambre d'hôtel est plutôt correct. Possibilité de commander de quoi manger au Service de l'hôtel à toute heure 24/7. Petit bon frigo de chambre. Je recommande vivement. C'est un hôtel haut de gamme et super chic à tous les niveaux.

Rien à redire. Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel. Le seul truc, j'ai juste eu une chambre avec un lit divisé en deux (2 demi matelas, pas trop confortable) au lieu d'une chambre avec un grand lit double (matelas unique). Aussi, le check-in, je le trouve super tard (15h) et le check-out super tôt (11h). Du coup, il faut payer un supplément de 10€ pour un early check-in. Après un bon petit déjeuner et je ne séance de sport, on aimerait passer un peu plus de temps dans la chambre à se reposer. Alors, libérer la chambre à 11h n'est peut-être pas la bonne idée.

まず最悪なのが冷房。寒すぎて風邪ひきました。レセプションで尋ねたら温度設定は23度以上あげれないと。そのため冷房を切るしかないとのこと。しかしコントロールパネルで、どこを探してもスイッチを切るボタンが見つかりませんでした。　基本このホテルはbandbに限りなく近いシステムで、清潔なのですが　その代わりヒューマンリソースが薄いという感じです。またエレベーターは三機ありますがそのうち稼働していたのは2機のみ。そもそも駐車場まで行けるエレベーターは一機のみ。このため場合によってはエレベーターの乗り換えが必要です。室内の一部照明、トイレ及びシャワーは人感センサー式ですが、これが最悪。センサーの位置が悪く　シャワー中に真っ暗　トイレ中に真っ暗です。節電したいのはわかりますが、暗闇の中でシャワーを浴びる　ようをたすは最悪です。　また地下鉄までの距離も結構あります。

Modern, good looked, closed to metro.

The bed had wheels and 2 beds fitted together then it was hard to move without beds slipping. Not possible to turn off air conditioning. No water in the room while some coffee and tea on the table.

The position is super comfortable, you can reach the Metro in 5/10 minutes walk We did not take breaksfast so I cannot say but looking for far at the buffet, I have no doubt it is first class ! The room was very modern, clean and comfortable with an incredible view ! The staff is super friendly like the majority of People in Holland. We were there during the Worldpride and the price was not expensive!
