Wir waren Gäste des Tages und unser Upgrade war fantastisch. Wir hatten ein Appartement ganz oben. Mit einem großartigen Blick und beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen fehlte es an nichts

Restaurant staff handling bread without gloves at breakfast. Tables not cleaned and used dishes all over, you could not pick up a table to sit as all were with previous customers food on them.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielfälltig. Qualität der Speisen entsprach dem Preisniveau des Hotels. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist mehr als ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind ok ausgestattet.

Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir nicht so zufrieden. Die App in der man das Zimmermachen "bestellen" muss, haben wir zu spät (am 2. Tag) entdeckt, es wurde auch nicht beim Einchecken darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer nur auf Verlangen geputzt wird. Wir haben dann für die nächsten beiden Tage an der Reception das Zimmermachen bestellt. Am ersten Tag danach war sehr schludrig geputzt (Kaffeetassen nicht gereinigt, Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert, Duschkabine nicht geputzt), am darauffolgendne Tag war das Zimmer dann perfekt geputzt. Generell könnte man besser putzen. So war z.B. an einem Morgen der Aufzugboden nicht wirklich sauber, es lagen Haare rum, die man ohne sich zu bücken leider gut sehen konnte. Da könnte man dran arbeiten.

I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special mention goes to Nilesh and Joao, who were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout my stay. Their warm and attentive service made me feel genuinely welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel is good, outside the city but easy access via metro, also enjoyed the breakfast.

The location was close to the station and conveniently located. Rooms were also spacious Your staff was really nice and ready to serve.

The only thing that needs improvement is your Shaving Kit - it was really of very poor quality, and this needs to be of slightly better quality. Even if it is a Gillette Presto disposable or a similar disposable kit is fine

Everything was great. I was there during the station nearby going under refurbishment. It would’ve been great location but due to this, we had to take replacement bus to get to a station. Apart from that, everything was 10/10, very clean and modern. Very nice staff and helped whenever we had questions. Thank you.

Ik vond het ontbijt een beetje tegenvallen. Ik had een kamer vlakbij de lift en daardoor continu geluid overlast van het gezoef van de lift. Water liep niet heel goed door bij douche en wastafel.

A cortina é muito boa mas tem aberturas largas trazendo claridade que incomoda. 1 toalha de banho estava com uma mancha horrivel ,me parecia estar suja . Os travesseiros é estupidamente alto (deveria ter 2opçoes de travesseiros) Aluguei o top que paguei até mais caro que os quartos normais e li no anúncio que tinha banheira ,para minha decepção Nao tinha . Chegamos tarde e muito exausto para algumas horas de sono entao optamos por dormir sem questionar.(Mas sentimos lesados).

The location was excellent. It was outside the city centre but the metro station was just right across the road. There was secure parking for our car.

The customer service was excellent. Clean Rooms, the QR code for cleaning is a great idea, the hot sauna was fun.

The elevators were weird, I don't like how the scanning thing limits the floors you can go to.

Uns hat die App für den Zimmerservice nicht gefallen, man mußte sich bis 10.00 einbuchen, hat man nicht daran gedacht, gab es keine Handtücher und sauber wurde auch nicht gemacht.

Yataklar aşırı yumuşaktı içine gömüldüğümü hissettirdi. Duş kapısının altında ki izolasyon eskimiş su kaçırıyordu. Otopark için günlük 30 Euro ibaresi vardı. Biz parkbee uygulamasını kullanarak çok çok ucuza yer ayarttık.

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich und soll besonders hervorgehoben werden. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls exzellent. Die Metro ist nur 1 min. entfernt. Alles in allem ein wirklich total empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Wenn msn schon etwas "negativ" bewerten müsste: Ich schlafe immer bei geöffnetem Fenster und kühlen Temperaturen. Die Zimmertemperatur lässt sich aber über die Klimaanlage in der Nacht nicht richtig absenken und das Fenster im 18. Stock verständlicherweise nicht öffnen ... vermutlich wollen es die meisten Gäste aber so ...

Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent moment au Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam ! ​Ce qui nous a le plus séduits, c'est l'emplacement idéal : la proximité avec la Gare Centrale (à seulement environ 15 minutes) rend tous les déplacements extrêmement faciles. ​L'établissement est d'une propreté irréprochable et offre un confort absolu, avec une literie de très haute qualité et des chambres parfaitement insonorisées pour des nuits bien reposantes. Mention spéciale pour le « Love Pack » et les petites attentions en chambre qui ont vraiment fait la différence et rendu notre séjour encore plus romantique ! ​Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement extraordinaire : un buffet ultra-complet avec un choix immense pour tous les goûts, de quoi faire le plein d'énergie avant d'explorer la ville. ​Enfin, un grand merci à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur attention tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons demandé le remplacement des serviettes de chambre qui n'a pas été fait. (service de menage sur demande) Erreur administratif sur ma facture.

The buffet, I just love it , the size of the room, the view on the window

The cleaning turned out to be poor. There was a french fry under my bed, and I never ate french fries.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The view from the room was nice at night with the distant buildings of the city and the little shop on the ground floor was useful whenever I had forgotten to get some snacks and didn't want to go into the city anymore. Also having the metro station next to the hotel is convenient.

The location felt quite empty, with not much nearby, which made going for a walk at night a little uncomfortable - when I sent a picture of the view to my family, I was even asked what kind of "industrial area" I am looking at. Usually we had to take the metro when we needed something. And while having the metro right next to the hotel was nice, the way there was quite littered with garbage. In order to get the room cleaned, one has to book it separately on a website. I booked it once while we were sightseeing in the city but the room wasn't cleaned in the end. The bathroom only has a sliding door that can't be locked, which took some getting used to. Something I was very disappointed about, was the breakfast situation. I extended the stay by one night for my partner and was told by the lady at the reception that breakfast was included and that she had just booked it now. However, the next day, the hotel staff said they don't know about any breakfast reservation and thus didn't provide it. I still don't know whether it was included in the 150€ I paid for the additional night.

Dosyć wygodny hotel. Z łatwym dostępem do miejsc parkingowych. Blisko (ok. 200 m) do stacji metra skąd łatwo dojechać do centrum. Dobre i urozmaicone śniadania.

Wielkość hotelu powoduje, że na śniadaniu pojawia się tłum gości. My trafiliśmy na kilka imprez, które spowodowały najazd zawodników (Mistrzostwa świata w wioślarstwie, wyścig Formuły 1).

メトロの駅からとても近いので便利だと思います(私が宿泊したときは最寄り駅がメンテナンスのために使えず、次の最寄り駅まで１５分位歩かなければなりませんでしたが)。またジムやサウナなどの設備もあります。部屋も広く清潔感もあります。シャワー室がカーテンだけなので少し使いづらいかなと思いました。

ホテルの問題ではありませんが、近くにお店がほぼありません（ホテルの中にレストランや売店はあります）。また次の最寄り駅もほぼありません。なので、飲み物や食べ物を買ったりホテルに持ち込んだり、食事したりするのは、ホテルに戻る前(最寄り駅に下りる前に)に済ませておかないと面倒です。

Za taj novac je u redu. Očekivano. U mnogo hotela sam boravio, ovaj Leonardo je bolji od od dr Leonardo hotela, i to sam očekivao.

Wir hatten ei. Zimmer im obersten Stock, boden tiefe Fenstet, die Aussicht in die Weite haben wir sehr genossen. Sehr gutes Aufzugmanagement. Man musste nie lang warten, Direkt an der Schnellbahn in die Stadt.

Дуже гарний номер та вид із вікна на місто. Дуже зручні ліжка. Номер відповідає фото та має все зазначене в описі. Є невеликий тренажерний зал, відвідала його два рази за час перебування - має все необхідне для тренування. Біля готелю не працювала станція метро через ремонт, але адміністратори заздалегідь попередили та запропонували варіанти маршруту. Для нас зручно було дійти до станції метро Spaklerweg (15 хвилин пішки)

Ванна кімната має засувні напівпрозорі двері, які не дають звукоізоляції, немає приватності. Це не було зазначено в описі та фото номеру при бронюванні. Також біля готелю немає ніякого магазину або супермаркету, якщо це важливо

The facilities

La struttura e le camere sono belle e confortevoli. Servizio bar ottimo. Parcheggio comodissimo. Non ho usufruito di palestra, spa o ristorante quindi non posso giudicare. Ha una fermata della metro di fronte, ma purtroppo era chiusa per lavori, quindi nonostante sia fuori mano, con la metro si raggiunge facilmente il centro città.

Nota dolente: il servizio di pulizia. Su 5 giorni di soggiorno solo 1 pulizia (su richiesta). Dopo aver segnalato il problema, lo staff si è scusato in maniera pregevole e ha fatto di tutto per compensare il disguido.

Ein super Frühstücksbüffet!!!!! Ein sehr aufmerksames , freundliches Personal. Schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren, Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Ein kleines Manko sehr hohe Parkgebühren. Jederzeit gern wieder.

Об этом предупредили за 3 дня до заселения, хотя оно не работало уже больше месяца; Уборки номеров нет вообще, даже мусор не вынесут без предварительного заказа уборки; Spa рассчитано на 4 человека, баня ужасная, хамам вообще не работал; В ресторане будьте осторожны, мне в картошке попалась металлическая проволока, а вид из окна на сухую траву через дорогу

El hotel estaba muy limpio y las habitaciones eran cómodas. El desayuno nos pareció muy bueno, variado y completo. En cuanto a la ubicación, hay que tener en cuenta que no está en el casco histórico de Ámsterdam, sino en una zona más moderna, donde se encuentran muchos edificios de empresas. Para llegar al centro es necesario utilizar el metro, cuya estación está a unas cuadras, o trasladarse en taxi, Bolt u otro medio de transporte. El punto menos positivo fue la atención en recepción, que en nuestro caso no nos pareció muy buena y podría mejorar. En general, tuvimos una buena estadía: es un hotel cómodo, limpio y con un muy buen desayuno, aunque la ubicación y la atención de recepción son aspectos a tener en cuenta.
