This hotel is a standout boutique property in Koh Phangan. The architecture is unique, beautiful, and seamlessly integrated with the surrounding jungle. 1. The Views & Rooms: Sitting or lying in bed while taking in the jungle panorama is an absolute dream. Upgrading to the higher-floor rooms is 100% worth it for the extra space and elevated perspective. 2. Service: Truly above and beyond. The staff handled every question or request immediately, regardless of the time. Brass and Atina deserve a special shoutout for their incredible warmth and hospitality—they made us feel genuinely valued throughout our entire stay. 3. Cleanliness & Amenities: Everything from the swimming pool to the room details is kept in pristine, spotless condition

The location is a bit isolated, meaning you can't easily walk to nearby shops or restaurants. You’ll need a scooter, car, or taxi to explore the rest of the island. That said, because the on-site restaurant, pool, and views are so good, we ended up spending most of our time relaxing right at the hotel anyway!

Lack of customer service. Unable to resolve issues. Lack of signage to rooms. Limited menu choices.

Unable to use spa services. After booking we were informed that there are no masseuse available at all. My wife slipped and almost hurt her back and almost twisted her ankle. 1nof the Slippers provided by resort came apart causing her to slip and lose balance.

Die Aussicht und der Pool sind einfach traumhaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

מלון קצת מרוחק מהמרכז אבל ללא בעיה למי שיש רכב. חניה , חדר וארוחת בוקר מעולים. נוף ייערי מקומת האוכל מדהים ביופיו. צוות מדהים.

הבריכה היתה סגורה עקב שיפוץ ונמסר לנו על כך רק יום לפני הגעתנו. מן הדין שהיו מודיעים זאת עם ההזמנה כדי שנוכל לקבל החלטה האם להזמין כן/לא. ההרגשה היתה שפספסנו אירוח הרבה יותר טוב לו היתה בריכה. הבריכה במיקום מעולה שמשקיפה אל הנוף.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. What we loved most was how unique the hotel feels. From the moment you arrive, the beautiful open-air lobby creates a special atmosphere. Although the design has an industrial style, the property is surrounded by nature, making it feel peaceful and relaxing. The views are stunning, especially from the restaurant level overlooking the landscape. The rooms were very clean, and our Sky Room was spacious, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Whether in person or through WhatsApp, responses were always quick, helpful, and professional.

the pool was under renovation during our visit. We were informed in advance, which we appreciated, but there was still quite a bit of construction noise during the day and even in the evening, despite our room being relatively far from the pool area. The breakfast was decent but lacked variety. Also, having a scooter or car is highly recommended, as the hotel is somewhat isolated and about a 7-minute drive from Zen Beach.

Wereserved 3 nights. Arrived at 20pm after a long flights and ferry. Nice girl at reception explained us that the swimming pool will be close the next 4 days for renovation. I asked why it wasn’t mention on booking while i was making reservation and she answered that they can’t update booking. It was quite disappointing as we came for vacation and can’t stay at the hotel during the day

הצוות מדהים, המלצר הגבוה במסעדה היה שירותי ומקסים. הנוף בחדר מהמם והמרפסת מדהימה. הבריכת אינפינטי ממש ממש יפה שקטה ונוחה. ארוחת הבוקר טובה, זה תפריט שבוחרים ממנו מנות ומוגש בשפע. יש חנייה במלון וניתן להשכיר קטנוע במלון.

המיקום לא אידיאלי ולא ניתן להסתדר בלי רכב או קטנוע ,כשיוצאים מהמלון יש כביש שאי אפשר לעבור דרכו ברגל. היה לנו בעיות בהתחלה עם המים החמים במקלחת, והעבירו אותנו חדר. בנוסף, המעברים במלון הם ללא מעלית למי שמפריע לו אבל הביאו לנו את המזוודות לחדר כך שזה לא נורא

Ich würde mir wünschen dass etwas mehr Ruhe am Pool herrscht. Immer wieder kamen Leute mit eigenen musikboxen was wirklich gestört hat.

Excellent hotel, a truly pampering experience. Everything is clean and well-organized, with a high standard that gives a sense of luxury from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff is kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s also very convenient that you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel, which makes getting around much easier. Highly recommended, would definitely come back again.

מלון בעיצוב מהמם, חדרים יפים ומפנקים ועם המון חשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים. על הגג יש בריכת אינפיניטי עם נוף מדהים. הצוות שירותי ונחמד. היתה לנו חוויה מעולה.

הדבר היחיד שהיינו משפרים ומוסיפים זה איזשהו פתרון לתלות בגדי ים וכו׳ לייבוש במרפסת.

Breakfast and Service were outstanding! The pool was super clean and nice. The view out of the room on the jungle was awesome.

The rooms are big, new and very clean. Super helpful staff. Great breakfast. Tasty coffee. Rooms are cleaned everyday with new towels provided. We loved our stay, it was very comfortable.

Minor adjustments that could make the rooms better: they could add more lightining in the bathroom to make getting ready easier and a full body mirror in the room.

Wij vonden het personeel fantastisch. Ze waren super lief en professioneel. Verder was het ontbijt heerlijk, voor iedereen wat wils. Accommodatie lag op een mooie plek die goed bereikbaar is. Wij hebben een scooter gehuurd via het hotel, dit was erg fijn en scheelde een hoop gedoe. Wij komen hier zeker terug!!

מושלם הכי מושלם שהיינו בתאילנד , צוות ושירות יוצאים מן הכלל חמודים ונותני שירות 10/10. חדר מאובזר בהכל ונוף עוצר נשימה ממליצה כל כך לא לחשוב פעמיים מתאים מאוד לזוגות יש מוניות מהמלון שזה פלוס גדול השהייה הכי טובה שהייתה לנו נחזור שוב!

Modernes Hotel mit super nettem Personal, super schöner Pool mit einem sehr gutem Blick, gutes Frühstück mit dem besten Kaffee unseres bisherigen Urlaubs und auch hier super Ausblick Bei unseren Zimmer war der Spalt bei der Tür mittlerweile zugemacht Super ist, dass des Hotel einen eigenen Taxiservice hat (schade ist, dass dieser nur bis 22 Uhr zur Verfügung steht)

Die Lage, dass Hotel liegt mitten im nix (ohne Roller oder Taxi keine Chance) Und ja, es ist sehr hellhörig

Das Hotel hat wunderschöne moderne Zimmer mit herausragenden Balkonen. Das Infinity-Pool am Dach des Hotels ist ein Traum :) das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas kleiner als bei anderen Hotels, dafür ist die Qualität aber top! Der Kaffee schmeckt wirklich gut! Und der Ausblick vom Frühstück ist auch toll. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend! Wir wurden bei der Ankunft kostenlos vom Pier abgeholt. Für die Unterkunft würde ich empfehlen, einen Roller o.ä. zu mieten, da es doch ein wenig abgelegen liegt. Aber mit dem Roller ist man in ein paar Minuten bei diversen Märkten, Shops, Stränden, usw.

Das Einzige was ein bisschen „gestört“ hat, ist, dass man bei den Jalousien das Gefühl hat, dass man zb beim duschen von anderen Balkonen beobachtet werden könnte. Sonst war echt alles super.

Die Architektur und das gewollt „einfache“ Design, als auch die Lage in den Hügeln ist recht außergewöhnlich! Die Aussicht vom Pool/Restaurant war fantastisch! Frühstücksbuffet war klein, recht ausgefallen aber in Ordnung. Man konnte mit dem Hotel per Whatsapp recht gut kommunizieren - Zimmerservice ebenso gut!

Das Hotel war extrem hellhörig, man hörte sogar die Klimaanlagen von den Nachbarn, da die Außengeräte quasi vor der eigenen Tür sind. Klimaanlage selbst bläst aufs Bett, Klimaanlage ausschalten aufgrund von Temperaturen keine Option. Zimmer sind sehr klein, keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für Koffer etc. Deposit zu zahlen beim einchecken inkl. Schadensliste im Zimmer, was dich ein Schaden kosten wird, irgendwie seltsam. Als wir um 13:00 ankamen, war unser Zimmer nicht fertig - wir musste recht lange warten, man hat uns aber irgendwie etwas „stehen“ lassen. Alles in allem haben wir uns zu Beginn nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Der Rollerverleih erschien uns praktisch, also haben wir es versucht. Es ist aber ein unverhältnis hoher Deposit von 5000 Bhat zu zahlen, alles wirkte recht kompliziert. Wir haben dann per Whatsapp die Dauer des Rollerverleihs um zwei Tage verlängert - wurde uns bestätigt. Als wir den Roller abends zurückbrachten, hieß es plötzlich, wir hätten den Roller schon vormittags zurückbringen müssen und es kommen jetzt 50 Bhat/Stunde zum Zahlen dazu. Davon war jedoch davor nie die Rede. Als wir etwas ungläubig anfangen wollten zu diskutieren, hat er eingelenkt und gesagt, wenn wir eine positive Google Bewertung schreiben, ist es ok und wir müssten nichts zahlen - absolutes NO GO. Das Abholen von der Fähre war kostenlos, das Hinbringen kostenpflichtig. Beim Auschecken wurden wir gebeten noch kurz zu warten, unser Zimmer müsste gecheckt werden - ob wir was beschädigt hätten damit man es gleich verrechnen kann. Ist uns in zig Hotels noch nie passiert.. Teilweise war das Personal durchaus bemüht, jedoch recht langsam & es kam nie ein 100% Wohlfühlgedanke auf - wir müssen leider sagen, dass wir nicht nochmal buchen würden.

Die Zimmer sind unglaublich schön & modern gestaltet. Auch der Ausblick durch die riesige Fensterwand ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das stetig wechselnde und super liebevoll angerichtete Frühstücksbuffet! Wir würden tatsächlich wiederkommen, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!!! :)

Leider ist das Hotel extrem hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt auf dem Gang. Zudem haben die Türen einen recht großen Türspalt was nun die Akustik von draußen nicht wirklich eindämmt. Ein großer Spiegel im Raum & besseres Licht im Badezimmer wäre vielleicht eine schöne Verbesserung. Gerade für weibliche Gäste. Tagsüber muss man sich auf recht lauten Verkehr von der angrenzenden Straße einstellen. Ansonsten ist es aber recht “ruhig” gelegen.

by far overpriced, low value for the money. somewhat noisy, walls are definitely not soundproof. A bit remote, so you need either a motorbike or get shared taxi, but the hotel reception does NOT support you with ordering a shared taxi (only their own - overpriced - drivers). What really bothered me is that when my boyfriend was sick with food poisoning and I asked the reception for help, like calling a doctor or organizing a drive to the nearby hospital, they didn't care at all and I had even to argue that they offer a driver to the hospital. Wouldn't go there again, there is better hotel in this price range in Thailand.

Das Hotel hat einen tollen Pool mit Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben einen tollen Balkon. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich!

Das Hotelzimmer war leider bei unsere Ankunft nicht sauber.. Der Mülleimer im Bad war auch nicht geleert. Das Bett, egal ob Laken, Bettdecke oder Kopfkissen hatten Flecken. Das ist wirklich ein No-Go!!! Das Sofa ebenfalls. Für mich kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können das Hotel, trotz tollem Aussehen, nicht weiterempfehlen.

I liked the hotel location, everything is green and beautiful The staff is helpful, they pick up us from the pier When we arrived we got some tea during checking in, after that they helped us with the luggage and took us to our room and explained everything in there The hotel is far from everything but you can rent a bike at the desk, also if you need you can order a taxi

מיקום מצויין, בקופנגן באופן כללי צריך כלי רכב (אופנוע/אוטו) 10-15 דקות נסיעה (זה בכלל לא רחוק) מכל החופים היפים ביותר. מקומות הלינה שעל החופים האלה זה בונגלואים שמתאימים לטיול אחרי צבא..

The staff and the view from the pool

We got a room in the furthest lowest area although we specifically asked in advance to get a better room. We complained about a lot of noise that woke us up 3 nights in a row and still, we didn’t get a better room. We had to cancel the rest of the nights. The staff did help with the cancellation. The location is not great.

Небольшой выбор на завтрак. Также был день рождения у жильца отеля, мы озвучили при заселении и нам пообещали сделать сюрприз, но никто так его и не сделал.

The thing that we liked the most about our stay was the staff. Saint and MM are amazing. The room itself was very nice. Always clean and had an amazing view.

A bit remote and hard to get around without scooter, other than walking on the street. Construction site next to the hotel made some noise, but there is probably always someone building something on the island. The massage was just okay for the price.
