Mình đã lựa chọn trên booking phòng 2 người lớn và 1 bé 8 tuổi với phí cao hơn phòng chỉ có 2 người lớn khoảng 400k, nhưng khi đến nơi khách sạn lại phụ thu thêm phí trẻ em 150k/đêm nữa. Mình thấy điều này ko hợp lý vì phải trả phí trẻ em đến 2 lần. Lúc chuyển khoản thì lại muốn mình chuyển khoản 2 lần, một lần qua tk của booking và 1 lần qua tài khoản riêng của khách sạn phí phụ thu em bé. Mình thấy ko minh bạch trong giá cả. Một điều nữa là buffet sáng nghèo nàn, ko có nhiều lựa chọn.

Завтрак это ужас. Отдыхали с детьми надеясь что завтрак включен. Но в завтраке нечего было кушать от слово совсем.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was close to where we had to go at all times.

the receptionist had very little English and couldn't understand a lot of what we were saying / asking. Breakfast was included in our package however the selection was very poor. The motel was hard for any transport to get to due to the size of road it was very narrow. A lot of activities we had payed for asked us to walk to a better location to meet them due to not being able to access it.

Tout était parfait , du personnel; aux petits soins; au petit dej , très bon et varié . près des endroits intéressants en ville et très facile d'accès avec un garage privé

Les explication lors de l'achat des billets de bus , succincts et pas très clairs sur le point de départ . Prévu dans les explications , récupération à l'hôtel , en fait recuperation au coin d'une rue ou nous avons attendu seul 25 minutes avant de voir arriver notre mini bus

Pokoje były czyste.Lokalizacja ok- kilkanaście minut do centrum.Dobre śniadania.

Mimo zakazu palenia w pokoju firany strasznie śmierdziały dymem papierosowym.Personel wymagał opłacenia pokoju z góry za pobyt - przed zobaczeniem pokoju.Nie zgodziliśmy się na to i zapłaciliśmy dopiero jak obejrzeliśmy pokój.Przy wymeldowaniu personel kazał nam czekać aż sprawdzi stan pokoju.Niestety te zasady panujące w hotelu zostawiają spory niesmak.Nocowalam już w kilku miejscach w Wietnamie i nigdy z czymś takim się nie spotkałam.

The room was clean, the staff very nice.

There was no heating system installed in the room. Was getting very cold at night. The isolation of the room was very poor. I could hear everything from outside and from other rooms. The position of the hotel is not so close to the city centre.

We had really nice view from our room, it was really spacious. They clean all they. Bit far from city center, thus more calm. Plenty of breakfast options.

The room is a bit cold, no heating (or AC).

Hałas z ulicy, mimo, że hotel nie jest usytuowany przy głównej ulicy Okno się nie zamykało, było tylko przymknięte

Frukosten var en stor besvikelse!! på bilder visar man fina och pampiga rätter men i verkligheten var det mycket, mycket sparsamt. Man fick ingetvidare "noudel soup" och stekta ägg + lite smått. Inga riktiga rätter! Visserligen stod kantinerna i salen men de var tomma!

The hotel was lovely and clean. Good breakfast provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although there were occasional misunderstandings due to language issues.

Không gian và sân vườn nói chung là thoáng và sạch sẽ, nhân viên vui vẻ và rất nhiệt tình, đồ ăn sáng tuy vài món nhưng nấu rất ngon.

Phần cách âm trong phòng còn hạn chế,,, nghe rõ tiếng ồn bên ngoài và các phòng bên cạnh.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war Qualitativ gut aber die Auswahl nicht besonders groß. Ansonsten sauber und eigentlich gut gelegen.

- no smoking policy but we can smell cigarette inside our bathroom everytime qe wake up in the morning (someone could have been smoking in other rooms and the smoke travels through the vents) - food option not much for their breakfast buffet

Хороший уютный и главное чистый номер. Понравился персонал, отзывчивый. Есть подземный паркинг - удобно. На завтраке выбор для европейцев конечно не велик, но можно заказать яйца любого вида и найти что-то из мяса и овощей.

Завтрак конечно можно было бы разнообразить, а так - хорошее соотношение цены и качества.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Great location. Close to tourist places, but far enough to be away from the crowds.

No real complaints. Shower could be a bit tricky to get the right temperature, but not really a big issue.

The hotel looks nice from the outside. The staff was trying to be helpful given the circumstances.

The bed had blood stains on the sheets and the sheets smelled very used. So we changed rooms and the new room was in the basement and it was full of mold. We were not given any other option when we pointed out the mold and it was late at night so we stayed. We were promised a new room the next day but we did not get offered a new room the next day. We were supposed to stay two nights but we decided to leave after one night given the circumstances. The reception staff also don’t speak English so it was very hard to communicate with them. We asked them to book us a bus. They told us that they booked the bus and they confirmed it twice. At 1am we found out that the bus was not booked so another receptionist had to book us a new bus in the middle of the night.
