Giá phòng khá rẻ so về tổng thể tiện ích vừa đủ, phòng rộng rãi ban công rộng, vị trí gần chợ nhưng cũng đủ xa để đỡ ồn ào.

Pretty close to all major tourists sites.

Not really a dislike, I was surprised that the hotel had no air conditioners because of the cool climate, the hotel do provide a standing fan if it gets to hot or stuffy.

It was possible for us to check in earlier after a long overnight bus. We got upgraded to a bigger room. Staff was friendly and the hotel was nice.

Only Vietnamese noodlesoup for breakfast, but we also got bananes to eat/take with us.

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was beautiful, the location was perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. Everything made our stay feel so comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely a hotel I would love to stay at again! ❤️

Vị trí thuận tiện, đầy đủ mọi thứ xung quanh từ quán cà phê cho đến cửa hàng tiện lợi. Điểm cộng lớn nhất là các bạn lễ tân hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình.

Tiện nghi trong phòng sắp xếp chưa được phù hợp lắm, cơ sở vật chất hoạt động chưa ổn định (nhưng ko ảnh hưởng quá lớn đến trải nghiệm).

Staff that were hospitable and eager to please. Seems to be family run. Breakfast changed each day. Not breakfast buffet but they were tasty and traditional. Good sized room (bigger than expected).

The location is great, in the centre of the city, close to shops and other famous spots. Size of the room is good. The TV is working. Receptionists are helpfull

The rooms are not sound proof although listed sound proof. I booked 2 rooms with balcony and I was so regret. It was so noisy at night as it was close to the main road. And also the noise from the hall way is also very bad as well. The cleaning service is also not great. I'm not sure how people do rooms services but at the 1st day, I got a mouldy tower, 2nd day I found hair on the sink after the room was cleaned. There cigarette butt and rubish in the plant pots on my balcony. I'm in room 403 and the toilet door doesn't close properly

Khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ, địa điểm ngay trung tâm, chỉ vài trăm mét đi bộ là đến chợ đêm. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, mình đến sớm, chưa đến giờ check in và cũng chưa có phòng nên nhân viên hỗ trợ gửi hành lý lại ks và gọi điện thoại báo cho mình để có thể check in sớm ngay khi có sẵn phòng. Giá cả cũng rất hợp lý so với mặt bằng chung.

Do nằm ngay trung tâm nên cuối tuần rất đông đúc, di chuyển hơi khó.

На завтрак предлагали только фо бо. Люблю этот суп, но для меня это не завтрак. Когда мы отказались, парень на ресепшене предложил нам овощи и фрукты. В итоге мы не завтракали в отеле. Но тут я сама виновата, что не прочитала отзывы о завтраке, прежде чем бронировать вариант именно с завтраком.

Phòng thiếu bảo trì, trong phòng vệ sinh ko sạch sẽ. Tôi trả phòng lúc 4h chìu sau 2 tiếng nhận phòng nhưng ko ở, tôi chỉ để 1 túi sách và đi ra ngoài, tôi hỏi có tính tiền theo giờ ko thì nhân viên đưa ra lý do như kiểu nói dối. Tốt nhất ko nên giải thích lý do ko đúng sự thật

Booking.com highlight a great breakfast, but when you book, there are not breakfast included, nothing shows: no breakfast and when you ask for breakfast the staff look at you like you did the mistake and never try to arrange anything. poor handling from booking and the staff of the hotel.

Ab 6 Uhr morgens laute Musik vom gegenüberliegenden Restaurant. VietPop. Das extra berechnete Frühstück (nicht vietnamesisch) bestand lediglich aus einem Pulverkaffe, 2 Croissants und 2 kleinen unreifen Orangen. Für den berechneten Preis eigentlich lächerlich wenig. Kein warmes Wasser am Morgen zum Duschen. Die Maler haben überall gesudelt. Viele unschöne Stellen an den Wänden und Decken.

Location is very good. Walking distance to the markets (albeit you will use outdoor stairs and on incline - so if you have accessibility requirements such as elderly companions, I would suggest picking a different hotel/location) Front desk staff were friendly enough.

The room we were assigned to was SO DIRTY and SO DISAPPOINTING. We had to return the towels downstairs to the reception and the curtain (sheers) were stained around the bottom. We had to clean our own room, there was mould in the bathroom and dust webs around the screen battens separating the bathroom handbasin to the bedroom. Surfaces did not look like it had been cleaned and wiped in a long time. I have a dust allergy so I regretted booking this room. Overall, it was very cheap but it came at a cost of cleanliness. Room photos are not accurate to the condition of the room. Would not come again and made our stay in Dalat not as enjoyable.

Уборка посредственная, пыль и чьи-то волосы искать не придется, они найдут вас сами, но в остальном все хорошо, убирают каждый день, меняют полотенчики, воду, заправляют кровать, проходятся тряпкой по полу

Convenient place, near night market. Facilities are new and ok; however, the rooms are not very spacious.

The hotel didn't really offer good support for late check-outs, even though I requested it after confirming my online booking. The receptionist informed me that only 2 rooms were available that day, and I would have to pay 100% for a late check-out until 5:00 PM (instead of the 50% previously stated). I am very disappointed with this kind of service.

I had a room with a "balcony" it was so tiny as to really stretched the definition of that word. Only one person could possibly be out there at time.Comfortably?And if the room next door was on their balcony, he could high five each other, that's how close they are to each other.

The room was somewhat outdated, with some cleanliness issues (dirty walls, bathroom, and stained curtains). That said, it could have been just this particular room, since the hotel generally has very good reviews and other rooms may be nicer.

i think the hospitality of the staff is even if keep their customers, you guys are enthusiastic for us Nhu and Vy. the girls are very strong and quick, if you need comfort and warmth you should choose this place, the staff will show you enthusiasm without distinction. the room is cleaned every day and i like this cleanliness

Great location, close to some lovely bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. Basic breakfast consisting of pho and some watermelon was provided. Amazing shower, one of the best we've had in SE Asia.

Room felt a little damp, and no AC/heating function. It wasn't clear when booking that there was no window to the outside in the room, we would never normally book such a room. The receptionist kindly facilitated us moving rooms. However, while the second room had a window, it looked out onto a brick wall. No daylight whatsoever.

Room was dirty and not accurate with what posted online. They charged 3% for paying by credit card which has never happen in my 30trs of travel. They Nickel and dime you on everything. Staff was not helpful when asking for information.

Postele byly pohodlné a na noční trh i k jezeru jsme to měli pár minut pěšky. Z pokoje byl hezký výhled na Eiffelovu věž.

V pokoji nebyla klimatizace, což v horním patře může být během teplejších dni problém. Museli jsme spát s otevřeným oknem, takže nás budil rámus z ulice, která je i v noci opravdu rušná. Komunikace před příjezdem vázla, za early check (1,5 h) chtěli 30 % navrch a půjčení skútru bylo oproti hotelu naproti zbytečně drahé.
