山路蜿蜒曲折稍微不便，國小停車場旁水溝蓋破損，建議儘速修復因其為通往401房必經之路！

Reviewed Jun 8, 2025風景很好，說山城是名副其實，住C棟的話，從Check in 到住的地方大約200個階梯😂，訓練腳力好所在。記得先將車停 在柑仔店伴入住，確認好要住哪一棟後再導航至停車場也不遲。UberEat不好叫，建議備好零食們。寵物很友善喔！物品很齊全！

Reviewed Feb 5, 2025我們住的是2樓面海家庭房，到的時候以爲不好停車，但民宿下方一片大片公有停車場，超級無敵方便，重點是不遠！ 因爲入住當天遇到寒流，入房內時已經幫我們開好暖氣了。非常貼心❤️ 房間空間感超棒，共分三區，小孩帶著樂高想拼，有小和室給他安靜的拼。另一小區給妹妹玩辦家家酒，我跟先生在餐桌旁吃吃喝喝，感覺就像在家一樣舒服！哈～ 一樓公共區還有一些簡易廚具餐具，煮泡麵、煮個小火鍋湯品都沒問題👍 隔天的早餐，也非常好吃～太喜歡這裡了，如果再去九份玩，還是要訂這裡👍👍👍

Reviewed Nov 16, 2023The room is well-decorated, clean and spacious. The view from the villa is fantastic. The host and staff are very friendly and orientated me to the neighbourhood and brought me to the nearest tourist spot - Golden waterfall with his own motorbike. The host decorated a nice spot for people to chill and take pictures with their railway theme. Nearby there are some tourist attractions and nice scenary and places to take photos. Breakfast is simple and nice.
I brought my mom and the villa I stayed in is nicely up the 'slope'. Good view but quite a bit of climbling. A good place to chill and travel up to JiuFen, but you have to travel via uber or self-drive.

nothing as even though there is no lift, cannot be blame as is on top on hill. so be prepared to carry luggage up the hill which is like i say, no choice. got two cute cats as host lol
