房間很大，地點在老街尾之後很安靜，有大的陽台可以坐著看全海景。

可惜陽台是公共陽台，在房間內無法自由的打開窗簾觀賞海景。

下次還會再來

窗外風景很棒，地理位置離老街非常近，民宿外有好幾個景觀處可以拍照的地方。

夜景舆晨曦很漂亮

極優良的三面自然採光、入口處類兩進門的設計、泡澡區有電視、乾濕分離淋浴間排水設計，房間內備除濕機、循環扇、電暖爐、小冰箱、吹風機等等，座落地點依山面海很讚！

建議室內空間可再增設衣架，還有晾掛潮濕衣物或雨衣的地方。 室內高低落差處宜增加緩衝地墊或台階，也可增加扶手感覺比較安全避免踩空跌倒。 建議房門應增設內鎖或門栓或安全鏈，感覺安全性較有保障。

九份老街に近くて便利、テラスからの眺めが良いので、買ってきたコンビニ朝食でもテラスで食べると美味しく感じました。

入室直後に配水管の消毒薬の匂いが部屋に充満していて息苦しく感じましたが、暫くすると慣れましたし、施設保全のためだと思えば我慢出来ました。

Sehr gut gelegen, zentral, aber schon weg von Menschenmasse. Schöne Räumlichkeiten, geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Die Stromleitung draussen stört etwas den Ausblick aus dem Balkon. Dafür kann aber der Besitzer nicht. Es bleibt trotdem eine schöne Location.

Great view and absolutely lovely property. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You don't need included breakfast, Jiufen Old Street is literally right next door with lots of fresh food.

Do NOT try to drive to the guest house OR the tea room. Neither is accessible by car. Just use the public car park down in the village and walk up to the tea room (5min away).

晚上很冷，被子不夠暖。 雖然有小台暖氣但還是很冷 浴室乾濕分離但是乾濕分離的門有縫隙水會淹出來

Franchement c'était incroyable, la chambre été parfaite, l'emplacement été parfait. La vue est à couper le souffle. Le personnel été très gentil, on a eu un petit problème d'eau chaude et dans l'heure le problème à été régler. Nous reviendrons !

The room itself (Deluxe Double Room with Seaview) is large and nice, with a firm bed, hot tub and great view.

To get to the tea house where guests check in, one would have to walk with your bags from one end to the other end of the old street, starting from the entrance (7 Eleven), a very long walk in a crowded alley through all the shops. We were lucky because the host of the hotel for the night before was kind enough to help us move our luggage here in the morning. Do note the there is a 3-4mins walk, in the open, from the tea house (after checking in) to the guesthouse. There are also 2 or 3 flights of stairs to climb (depending on which room you get), also in the open, before reaching the rooms. It was a nightmare for us (even though we carried only small suitcases) as it was raining heavily at the time we checked in and there was no porter service at this property. To be fair, the host did alert guests that it was important to travel light when staying in this property.

I liked the view which was wonderful when the weather was sunny day.

I stayed two nights to travel Gold Museum next day morning and walked around Jiufen Old Street and site seeing.

Chambre magnifique avec vue splendide et au cœur du village de Juifen.

Communication très difficile : à mon arrivée dans l'après-midi j'ai dû appeler un numéro de téléphone, la personne qui m'a répondu m'a expliqué (dans un anglais difficile) qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation ce jour-là pour cause de rénovation. Stupeur ! Vers 20h j'ai finalement reçu un message via Booking me disant de venir retirer ma clé dans une maison de thé toute proche. Au final il semble que ce ne soit qu'un problème d'incompréhension lié à la langue, mais tout de même, beaucoup de stress pour rien.

Die lage der Unterkunft erlaubt eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und die Hügel rundum. Die Sitzecke mit super bequemen Stühlen und Tee Equipment ist perfekt um stundenlang die Aussicht oder den Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern.

I think what this property excels at compared to the others is, first, its location, second, the impeccable view, and how well maintained the room looks. First, it is towards the end of Jiufen street, if you book a uber, it may not be able to go all the way to the property, but with that said, if you choose to stay there for a few days (which I recommend), you are literally a stone throw away from the Main Street. Secondly, the view is amazing! During summer, you have full view of the ocean, and the buildings, it looks like something out of a dream. Not to mention, you have similar views when you eat breakfast at their restaurant in the morning! Lastly, given how old and rustic the surrounding houses look and its old appearance from the outside, I find the place to be rather well maintained, with little dust (but I do wish to caution that me and my family did come across a few cockroaches and insects, but I think it’s because it is summer).

- Had cockroach… - Not convenient for those with luggage due to the location and how one needs to climb up the stairs, but I guess worth it for the view. - other than that, it was really good for its price

Didn’t like much about this place.

Almost everything. Bed was too soft, toilet was too low. Very noisy in the early morning. Noise from the road is really bad.
