Nos dejaron cosas para desayunar que nos pareció un buen detalle. La cama bastante cómoda

El barrio era medio chungo. Y había bastantes bichos en la habitación tanto vivos como espachurrados por todos sitios. Por el precio esperaba algo mejor.

Lage ist top, direkter Meerblick. Allerdings 25min zu Fuß in die Stadt.

Very comfortable, modern and clean and the staff were very responsive. We liked that they kindly left out fruit, water and milk upon our arrival which was a lovely touch. The finishing touches made a difference, for example they provided beach towels and nice toiletries.

We liked the property and had a really comfortable and pleasant stay. The only one thing was it was a little bit of a walk to the main area but it’s easy to get a taxi if you don’t fancy walking and the walk itself along the coast is nice.

Appartement très bien équipé.

À noter qu’il y a présence de coquerelles. Nous en avons vu une à chaque matin. Ceux-ci sont très nombreux à Sao Miguel toutefois et les propriétaires répondent rapidement pour l’ajout de pesticide au besoin. Nous avons logé à l’extérieur du centre de Ponte Delgada et n’en avions pas vus de la suite de notre voyage à Sao Miguel.

Stanza grande e moderna, con kit benvenuto con dei prodotti locali. Cucina ben fornita, sostanzialmente c’è tutto ciò che serve .

La stanza era pulita ma al nostro arrivo era piena di mosche e zanzare, penso che l’addetto alle pulizie avrà lasciato finestra aperta durante le pulizie … questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno meno piacevole

Tolle Ausstattung und Aussicht, es hat an nichts gemangelt, im Gegenteil. Supermarkt ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, Zentrum ca. 15. 100m entfernt ist das sehr gute Restaurant Mariserra. Die Manager sind jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Nichts, es war perfekt

Prima grote kamer met een heerlijke hottub een verdieping lager op wandelafstand (20 minuten) naar de stad. Prima douche en goede en ruime parkeergelegenheid achter bij het appartement dus niet voor in de straat maar aan de achterkant bij het water. Fijn contact met de beheerders - via app. Heerlijk eten bij het restaurant van de buren -ook heel veel locals gaan hierheen voor hun biefstuk geen mooi restaurant maar wel heel goed eten. Prima douche

Er hing een rioleringsluchtje in het appartement - vermoedelijk weinig tegen te doen maar na de deur even open te zetten na terugkomst al een stuk minder. Bank in het appartement niet gebruikt maar ziet er een beetje oud en niet heel schoon uit

naja die Bilder sind wohl entstanden, als vor einigen Jahren mal alles neu gemacht wurde. Das Apartment ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und jetzt auch nicht so super sauber. Für den Preis und die bildervorschau hatte ich ein bisschen mehr erwartet

A little smell in the bathroom Next door is the restaurant, you can hear till 10pm how they cook , and after the service how they clean the restaurant If this may disturb you I recommend to book the apartment NOT on the ground floor

We loved the deck with ocean views! In January we saw the sunrise and sunset right from our deck!. We enjoy the beautiful walk into the city center. The kitchen was fully equipped and also had a beautiful view. The management was easy to reach and extremely kind and helpful. We will be back!

Very good location and views above the window. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.Next door to the apartments is excellent local restaurant.

It was not super clean- the sofa was covered in unpleasant stains and streaks. Also the smell in the apartment (chlorine and sewage) was not very nice.

The towel was not clean, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The shower room should have been spotless, but it was not. The sofa was sticky and completely unusable. The bed sheet was also not clean. Considering the cost of a one-night stay, we expected a much higher standard.

Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour ! Près des épiceries, à proximité d’une belle promenade sur le bord de la mer. Seul petit bémol est l’état du canapé très humide et peu confortable. Pour tout le reste, excellent logement pour un couple.

Niente,unico appunto da rivedere l'apertura della porta della stanza, è solo un consiglio.Forse bisognerebbe aggiungere le istruzioni per raggiungere il parcheggio di fronte nel caso non lo si trova davanti alla casa....noi ci siamo riusciti lo stesso .Sono solo consigli perché il posto merita un bel 10.

El lugar era muy bueno, la cocina completa está muy bien para poder hacer comida de picnic. El aire funciona bien y ayuda cuando hace calor afuera.

Estaba un poco sucio y usado el alojamiento. Cambian las ropas de cama y toallas pero se ve algo gastado.

Just on the border to main town of PDL. Easy to park rental car on back side of property. Short walk to center of town. Room was comfortable and nice view of ocean.Had trouble with entry to our unit (keypad), used main key for balance of trip.

The apartment was clean and nice. Just needed a little bit of care. The sofa could use a cleaning.

Very well located in a quiet and very accessible neighborhood. Rooms with ocean view! Very nice and attentive staff. A lovely fruit basket was waiting for me in the room, as well as a lot of coffee pods. I loved my stay there! Parking on the street is very easy, and there are many restaurants all around.

Place looks nice and clean on the surface but if you look a little closer you can see the issues.

The place had a very strong smell of damp! And without opening the window/door the smell was very diffuse to get rid of. Even with the window/door open the smell never fully went away but what did happen is cockroaches came in! When I informed the company they sent some one to clean who did an average job but no amount of cleaning could get rid of the damp smell. We eventually had to book into a hotel. The management company however, were completely unwilling to engage in any conversation about discount or compensation, but the apartment was unliveable! They just kept sending cleaners round (even though daily cleaning was included so essentially nothing extra). What they need is a dehumidifier and a net on the door/window to stop bugs but allow air to come in.

Clean, oceanfront comfortable apartment. Staff is very helpfull. The only thing: sofa bed was too noisy, which was terrible to slip for all of us.

Despite a brief stay of one night and one full day at Coastview by Azores Villas, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations, which included two balconies offering exceptional views. Furthermore, its convenient proximity to the city center allowed for easy access to downtown Ponta Delgada via a short walk. This is a super fun location to be based at while in the Ponta Delgada area. You have views of the ocean, lovely balcony space, plenty of street parking nearby, and you can get into town by taking a 20-min walk. The room we had was very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the overall value was exceptionally good. I would love to come back.

Wished we had a key for basement rear exit as parking was scarce at times due to the popular restaurant next door. In the rear of building there was plenty of parking.

Très beau séjour, l'hébergement est conforme à la description et nos demandes pour arrivée plus tôt et un départ plus tard ont été accordées. Bel endroit, elle vue sur l'océan. Je vous conseille le restaurant Michel, pas très loin (15 minutes à pied environ).

Nowoczesne mieszkanie w małym budynku, poza sezonem dużo miejsc parkingowych poza strefą płatnego parkowania. Znakomita lokalizacja - przy drodze wylotowej na każdą stronę wyspy.

Close to the airport, big apartment, and balcony with great views. Not really walkable to the town restaurants; however, it is directly next door to a great steak house- O Galego! Get in line early!

Magnifique séjour. La chambre était grande et nous avions une cuisine avec fruit, café et lait pour notre séjour. Ce fût très apprécié. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et répondent rapidement à nos besoins. Le logement se situe également à côté de deux très bons restaurants recommandés par les locaux. Il se situe légèrement en retrait du centre-ville de Ponta Delgada, mais cela permet plus de tranquillité.

My stay at this waterfront condo in São Miguel, Azores, was absolutely fantastic. The view from the condo was breathtaking, offering stunning sights of the ocean right from the living room. The property was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Its central location in Ponta Delgada made it incredibly convenient to access all the activities and attractions we wanted to visit. Everything was incredible! We had the room on the top floor, fully furnished kitchen, view on the ocean and of course access to the common hot tub. It's worth every penny and would go back anytime! We even had fruits upon arrival :-) (and towels for the orange hot springs!)

Humidity smell

The property was a great location, about a mile walk to the city center along the water. Instructions to check in were super clear. The property had a great hot tub, was very clean, and was perfect for our stay. Our host was very responsive and provided information about the island and left snacks, water and coffee. Highly recommend Cais 20 restaurant down the street!

Very friendly staff. All of them always answered a question immediately. Lovely place. Kitchen had all modern amenities. Clean and well kept. Easy to get to Ponta Delgada. I would recommend to friends and family. We stayed in Unit 2 which was the 1st floor.

Hosts were incredibly communicative and responded to our every need in the most timely fashion. A high quality accommodation that we would absolutely recommend!

Stayed on 2nd floor with balcony and sea view, parked on the street. Comfy bed, extra heating unit (early March, only 12C overnight), kitchen with everything, found fruit, butter, cheese, bread, milk in the fridge...txs for that! Nespresso coffee machine with few pods, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, tea bags etc... Had dinner once at restaurant next door specializing in steaks (even in low season fully booked, very popular), gotta have reservation...but it's worth it, best steak ever!

The ocean view was beautiful and I always felt safe and comfortable in the villa. It was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to stay! They were extremely responsive and checked in frequently. The villa is also pretty centrally located. Would highly recommend!!!

Meidän piti vaihtaa majoituspaikkaa keskustaan (omasta halustamme), ja kaikki tapahtui todella mutkattomasti ja nopeasti. Tästä majapaikasta meille ei tullut kokemusta, mutta voimme suositella saman yrityksen Casa do Contador -Suites & pool hotellia. Se oli todella siisti, runsas aamiainen tuotiin korissa ovemme taakse joka aamu ja loman loppupuolella henkilökunta toi huoneeseemme viinipullon. Meillä oli huone nro 7 ylimmässä kerroksessa, ja sieltä avautui näkymä kaupungin kattojen ylle ja merelle. Pihalla oli siisti, pieni uima-allas ja aurinkotuoleja. Jos sää olisi ollut parempi, siellä olisi voinut viihtyä enemmänkin. Aulassa oli laadukas kahvikone, josta sai hakea kahvia milloin vain. Hotellissa oli vain kymmenkunta huonetta, joten paikka oli rauhallinen ja kodinomainen. Lämmin suositus!

Everything was great! Welcoming basket was a lovely surprise… we never struggled to find parking and generally it was a good location.

Unit was in good condition with great views of the surrounding coastline. kitchen was well outfitted with sufficient items for cooking and the welcome basket of items was appreciated.

Great apartament with perfect view with on-foot distance to Ponta Delgada. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Tarace with nice view on ocean and clean jacuzzi. The staff was very helpful and was taking care of cleaning and all things we needed.
