Lovely, clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location. The breakfast was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

The clean modern interior is just beautiful, also the little terrace and garden view are wonderful to wake up to :) Jessica Suzanna and the rest rest of the team are the most beautiful warm and friendly souls and I feel always honestly welcome when I go there! 🌞❤️

I booked this place last minute after realizing I had my dates wrong at my previous hotel, and I’m so glad I got the chance to stay here, even briefly! It’s modern and very clean while still feeling warm, cozy, and full of character. I loved the cute patio and garden sitting area, and my ocean view was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, breakfast was really good, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. I genuinely wished I had more time here!

There isn’t a private parking lot, so parking is along the street in front. However, there’s a long parking area and I never had trouble finding a spot. I was told it’s about a 20-minute walk to nearby things, but with limited mobility I chose to drive, which worked well.

Ottima struttura non molto lontana dal centro che è raggiungibile anche con una comoda passeggiata lungo il mare.Posizione strategica per visitare anche tutta la zona di Furnas e Villafranca. Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata con possibilità di usufruire di caffè , acqua e dolcetti tutto il giorno in autonomia. Un particolare ringraziamento va a Jessica la ragazza che si occupa di gestire la struttura e in particolare la colazione dispensando ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare

Non è una critica ma un suggerimento per il proprietario..metterei qualche luce in più all interno della camera perché l illuminazione è un po' carente soprattutto la zona armadio

Water sipped through our room when it rains through the windows. The owner could be a tad more communicative. There’s no one onsite if you ever need assistance. Also, please be advised that Uber doesn’t really serves the area.

Our hosts were incredible. We felt welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The ladies learned our style and needs, made fantastic recommendations, and made us feel like family coming home for an overdue visit.

One key to share did limit some logistics but was not a problem for us.

The staff were extremely helpful - especially the wonderful Jessica. Breakfasts were tasty, enjoyable, and more than plentiful. Our ocean view room was well-appointed and just a tick above 'cozy' in terms of size. For awareness: There are 2 standout restaurants (Gastronomo and Casa do Bife O Galego) within a 10 minute walk, although the old town center is 25 to 30 minutes by foot.

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the island. The room was clean and comfortable and hosts are very warm and kind. Everything was perfect.

Très très humide, cela prend le nez la première fois que l’on rentre mais il y a beaucoup de déshumidificateur afin de corriger ce point.

We really enjoyed the staff.

It was a great breakfast every morning. It was beautifully presented including fruit, cheese, meats, breads, fresh squeezed juice, coffee, eggs, and yogurt. It really helped to get a start on the day.

Wish there were shops closer by. Not really a big issue.

We got a room watching the ocean - amazing view! The place is located at the outskirts of Ponta Delgada, and because we had a car it was an advantage for us - it's in a place which is not crowded, with plenty of free parking, and still quite close to the center by car. The rooms are uniquely decorated, and the included breakfast is good. The most amazing thing about the place is the staff. They are super nice persons, always willing to help and have plenty of good advices about the island.

The room was located in the second floor with no elevator, so it's less accessible for certain people. It didn't bother us at all, but if you have mobility limitations, you should know that.

The staff was really nice and helpful, which definitely elevated the overall experience. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and they even provided a gluten-free option when I asked for it at the start of my stay. The only thing I missed was vegetables at breakfast. The location is great if you have a car, and we always managed to find a parking spot nearby. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and while the city center isn't impossibly far, you might not want to walk it multiple times. Being close to the sea was really important to me, so that was a plus.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to stay in our original room due to poor indoor air quality. The rooms are very humid because there is no proper ventilation system. While there are air-source heat pumps, they aren't powerful enough to actually cool down and dehumidify the air. The bathrooms have no ventilation at all, relying entirely on opening a window or door. We originally chose a room on the garden side with a private terrace, but it had a strong, musty, basement-like smell, so we asked for a room change. Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff, we were moved to the sea side, which I highly recommend! That side got more wind, and keeping the doors open helped ventilate the space. Changing rooms saved our holiday, otherwise we would have had to move to a different hotel entirely. Still, bed linen and clothes left outside the suitcase felt damp the whole time, and towels wouldn't dry in the bathroom. Luckily, they did change the towels every day.

Casa da Ilha has a beautiful, minimalist, and peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were very nice and kind. The breakfast room was cozy, and the breakfast was high quality, delicious, and beautifully served at the table. We had an early morning one day, and they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast bag for our room in advance. Free parking was easy right in front of the house or nearby. It is a bit of a walk from the centre of Ponta Delgada, but very easy to reach by car. We enjoyed our stay.

The neighborhood was a little run down but once you got thru the front door everything was great.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful! I really enjoyed the clean design (like puctured) and nice breakfast.

The room lacked some storage possibilities for clothes.

The perfect stay in Sao Miguel. Super clean. Towels are changed everyday. The Staff is the nicest I have ever met. Jessica, Suzanna and Annabela make you feel at home. They also make the best breakfast and the most delicious scrambled eggs! They also gave us advice on where to go everyday depending on the weather. Sao Miguel is the most beautiful country we’ve been to but it was extra special because we stayed at Casa Da Ilha. Will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect

Auch kurz nach Mitternacht, wir sind erst dann mit dem Flieger angekommen, wurde auf uns gewartet und wir konnten problemlos einchecken.

Je mets 12/10 pour l'accueil. Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous! Vraiment merci à Annabella, Jessica et Suzana pour leur gentillesse.

Pas grand chose.. En tout cas rien qui ne nous a empêché de passer un séjour inoubliable! On aurait aimé un sèche serviettes et surtout un placard pour pouvoir ranger les vêtements. Tout était parfait sinon!!!

Nově vybudované ubytování, moderní, čisté, majitelé moc příjemní lidé, ochotní, vstřícní. Snídaně skvělá, vybavení také. Vlastně si není na co stěžovat. Jen první moment byl trochu rozpačitý, protože ubytování se nachází v řadových domech a okolní domy jsou v hrozném stavu. Ale výhled jsme měli na oceán, kam se dalo chodit běhat nebo na procházky. Byli jsme moc spokojení a určitě ubytování doporučuji.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und stilvoll eingerichtet und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Es herrscht ein richtig persönlicher Umgang, als ob man Urlaub bei Freunden macht. Es werden persönliche Tipps zur Insel gegeben, welche man vielleicht vorher nicht am Schirm hatte.

Es war etwas kalt im Zimmer.

Der Service war top, die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren ein zusätzliches Plus ...

Nous avons eu un bel accueil du personnel, de beaux échanges au déjeuner également. Tout le monde était très gentil. À 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Le lit était très confortable avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et complet.

La douche parapluie qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Hotel pequeño de 9 habitaciones con un trato de 10. El personal encantador, y los desayunos cuidados y completos. Disponen de café, té y agua a disposición en la zona común donde se desayuna. Las habitaciones son amplias y con camas muy confortables. Muy recomendado

Nada. No está en pleno centro de Ponta Delgada pero se llega en menos de 30 minutos andando o 5 en coche.

Simplemente perfecto. El trato de las chicas es muy personal, siempre pendientes en el desayuno, servicial y atentas a todos los detalles. Es un hotel muy familiar. El desayuno super rico y amplio. Te aconsejan diariamente qué cosas hacer y visitar. Las habitaciones todas nuevisimas, camas muy comodas , vistas al mar. No se puede pedir más, perfecto todo. ¡¡¡Volveremos!!!

Nada, todo fue maravilloso. Aunque llegar al centro de la ciudad te lleva unos 20 mints andando, elegimos a propósito este hotel porque queríamos la tranquilidad de las afueras, lo cual conseguimos, y realmente los 20 mints eran un paseo muy agradable pegados al mar

Everything, from the room to the views to the peace to the staff to the breakfast was the best i have ever experienced. Usually there is always some aspect missing in a hotel, but this was really the complete package and I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time.

A casa é muito bonita e acolhedora e corresponde ao que nos foi prometido.

As funcionárias que zelam pelos quartos e espaços comuns são de uma má educação grotesca. Sentadas constantemente no sofá e todos os dias diziam com desdém "A esta hora já não limpámos o quarto." No último dia, ainda antes da hora de check out, bateram à porta do quarto com um força inacreditável enquanto berravam que se aproximava a hora de saída. Não sei de que curral saíram mas é completamente inaceitável que um alojamento com tanto potencial tenha pessoas como estas a dar a cara.

Very friendly staff and decent room and facilities. The breakfast was great.

In winter, the room was very humid with no reliable way to decrease humidity. That was not the case in other of our stays. Our clothes in our bags started smelling after a while. Additionally, the AC when set to "warm" mode smelled really bad.

Locația ideală pentru a explora Azore. Fetele sunt foarte prietenoase, vorbesc bine engleza și știu să te îndrume către toate locurile frumoase de pe insulă. Mic dejun excelent, curățenie, totul foarte ok. Locuri de parcare suficiente (gratuit), restaurante foarte bune in apropiere. Faleza in apropiere unde vă puteți plimba și admira oceanul.

Der Zigarettenrauch vom Innenhof kommt bei gekipptem Fenster leider ins Zimmer.

La decoración del alojamiento es perfecta, acogedora y desprende mucha paz. El trato del personal es muy atento y amable, pendientes de ti y de tus necesidades (por horarios, por excursiones). Las zonas comunes son cómodas y acogedoras. La ubicación es buena tanto de buenos restaurantes (no tan turísticos) como del centro caminando. El desayuno ofrecido por el alojamiento incluye productos locales y frescos.

As pessoas que estão no alojamento são incríveis, são super prestáveis e atenciosas. A localização é incrível, os quartos são confortáveis e o espaço é acolhedor.

As condições são excelentes, o pequeno almoço é dos melhores, completo, tudo fresco e de muito boa qualidade. Voltarei numa próxima pois criou-se uma boa amizade.

The beds and pillows, the room layout and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast had local products and was simple but good.

The staff smoke during their breaks and sit in the courtyard early am so you cannot have the window open or they wake you up. Specially if you have the window that gives onto courtyard.
