Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The guest house is actually located in a apartment and so feels like at home if you live in an apartment. Actually we get a room with attached bath in a 2/3-BHK flat with a shared living room and kitchen with a fridge. There is ample parking in the grouns floor parking area shared with other apt residents. The front desk staff are very welcoming, helpful and make all efforts to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are quite clean, no damaged or torn furniture or such. Our first stay was nice except for the no bunk bed for the 3rd person, we were happy with everything that we simply booked this placve again for our second stay without a second thought or looking for another one. For the price it is value for money, not to forget it is within hitech city. We could even watch kannada channels on the TV and also WC football with the DTH connection that they have without paying anything extra unlike other hotels where they have very limited channels. We loved the coffee, delicious and served in a tall mug with good quantity. We stayed there for our biometric appt at US Visa Center, and appreciate Mohan (staff at front desk) for giving us very useful tips to help us finish it comfortably without any sweat and unexpected issues.
The Kitchen does not have a microwave. In Guest house kitchen, the cook is not very friendly and not interactive. It is difficult to talk to him when you need something. Its easier to communicate your needs via the front desk. There is no bunk bed available unlike mentioned in property info. They keep napthalene balls inside the closets that is too much odour we didn't like.

It's not a hotel. It's an apartment. There's No name board/hoarding outside for display of the property. It's at 4th floor. Not to expect towels, toothpaste, brush, hair dryer etc. Not even kettle for drinking hot water. It's very far from city centre, thus travelling outside costs above normal rate.

The overall experience was very disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and the service was extremely poor. The room did not even have a proper toilet seat when we checked in. After we complained, they simply placed another loose toilet seat instead of fixing it properly. Basic toiletries were not provided properly, and when we asked for toothpaste, the staff gave us a used toothpaste tube, which was completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The property also mentioned free breakfast during booking, but later refused to provide it and asked us to pay extra. The cleanliness, hospitality, and overall maintenance were far below expectations. I would not recommend this property to others.

Reviewed May 12, 2026I had a very pleasant stay at Hitech Shilparamam Guest House. The hospitality was exceptional and the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel very relaxing after a long day. The location is also very convenient, especially for anyone visiting the Hitech City area. Overall, the service and warmth of the team made the experience truly memorable.
There was nothing major to dislike. A slightly faster room service response and a few more food options would make the experience even better.

There were no towels provided, cockroaches were all over, no bathroom accessories provided. I agree I didn't pick there call as I was travelling but my reservation was confirmed. The room which I booked was not provided and the extra bed was pathetic extra blanket was all torned but we still managed the same. As we all 3 wanted to stay together myself, my dad and mom we adjusted and spent 3 nights

The single room is adjacent to the kitchen/their lobby. But uncomfortable if only women are staying.
