The room was smaller than expected, the AC fan wasn't working properly which led to lack of air flow in the room, the bed was sinking and it wasn't comfortable to sleep on. The room they gave was at the end of the lobby where the numbers didn't match, it felt like it was their bare minimum and one of their worst room's. No follow up was taken post complaint was raised and their response time for a request is atleast 45 mins.

The reception staff were very helpful and accommodative, I recollect the name of Sopan who was very good in customer management. Also the car staff Pappudas and Shafi were extremely good guides and supportive to my requirements. The hotel staff serving food were very helpful, i recollect the name Shiva who was very supportive. The systems built in the hotel for the room access, lift access etc. are excellent. Also the TV had all the channels so watching your favorite regional channels in spite of being in another region was a plesent experience.

Breakfast could have much better options in nonveg section specifically. Food taste in the hotel could have been better to give much better linguistic delight to an Indian palate.

All shower gel, handwashing and shampoo bottles where empty and on repetitive ask they were not refilled. Hand towels were ot kept in room.

The rooms were not clean as expected. I just found some used sugar sachets under the phone. Plus the ventilation of smoking rooms are not up to the mark. While I checked in first day the smoke smell was very strong. While we mention 2 guests the room should be provided with 2 towels only one was given

One of the weirdest and most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a hotel happened during a 1 day work stay. I checked in around 3 pm, left my luggage in the room, and stepped out for work. When I returned around 7 pm, I noticed a plate of fruits on the table and was unsure if it had already been there when I checked in. I went to the reception to confirm and was told that hotel staff had entered my room after I left to place the fruits.
