Many small details I appreciated: furniture, artwork, soap tray, 2 dust-bins, comfy clean slippers, free coffee, kitchen access, drinking water filter, small evening "mood light'. Tai and his parents made me feel more at home than my actual home.. with real conversation, helpful tips for activities, and even invited me and other guests to share meals and go play pool... just wow!

Thai (sorry about the spelling) was an exceptional host and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. He was great to chat to and so funny! The whole building was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Da Lat.

Die Gastfamilie ist unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich mit Balkon und das ganze Gebäude spotless sauber. Dazu gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit gratis Wasser und Kühlschrank. Eines der besten Preis-Leistungs Verhältnisse die ich in SOA gesehen habe.

我们入住的402号房间，淋浴水很不稳定，要么都是热水要么都是冷水，在早上和晚上时马桶可能没有水，令人很尴尬。民宿主人也无能为力，为此我们和Booking客服联系了。

La famille qui a nous accueille était adorable, toujours à l’écoute et prête à nous aider Nous avons même eu le droit à un petit thé chaud à notre arrivée après un long bus de nuit Nous avons également bien rigoler avec Tai, toujours prêt à nous conseiller et à nous faire des bonnes blagues Je recommande sans hésité, il faudrait même payer plus pour la qualité de l’hébergement !

Всегда была горячая вода, хотя мы были на самом верхнем этаже, рядом рыночек с фруктами, цветами, Laundry тоже 5 мин ходьбы. Но самое главное - это хозяева, добрые, отзывчивые, Тай прекрасно говорит на английском языке и можно решить любые вопросы с ним, он всегда открыт к общению и старается помочь с планированием путешенсвия по Далату. Мой сын подружился с его сыном и они несколько раз играли вместе, к тому же здесь есть гостевая кухня и я готовила сыну каждый день привычную нам еду. В отеле есть горячая и холодная вода в открытом доступе, можно пользоваться холодильником, чайником и плитой. Цены ну очень хорошие, рядом есть все возможные кафе. Спасибо Тай и всей вашей семье за такой тёплый и гостеприимный приём, извините, что не написала раньше, мы путешествуем по Вьетнаму) Рекомендую всем, кто планирует поездку в Далат))

Special mention to the owner, who gave us amazing addresses to eat, places to visit, options to rent scooter and booked our next bus ticket. Reviewed Aug 15, 2025La chambre est simple et efficace avec un très bon matelat. Je retiens surtout c'est l'accueil et le service. Tai et sa famille sont adorables. Location de scooter, réservation bus pour Quy Nhon, conseils pour visiter les Dalat et des bonnes adresses de restaurants. Le service a été impeccable, Tai s'est même levé à 6h pour m'accompagner à mon minibus lors de mon départ. La famille est toujours aux petits soins pour vous et vous aidera si besoin. J'ai passé une agréable soirée à discuter sur la petite terrasse devant son homstay en sa compagnie avec 2 autres voyageurs (un francais et un mec de Las Vegas). Merci pour votre accueil.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025I cannot praise this place enough. The host and his family were the heart of this homestay/hotel. They were all so incredibly kind and friendly especially their charming son Tai, who speaks perfect English and makes you feel so welcome. Tai, kindly gives you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area and he helped arrange a pick up from the transport company for my coach journey. As for the rooms which are perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower pressure was powerful in comparison to a lot of places in Vietnam and it was such great value. The location is down an alley between 2 restaurants but it wasn't noisy and I never felt unsafe. It's not in the centre which I prefer but close enough to walk to and surrounded by good local restaurants and cafes.

Il y a une cuisine au rez de chaussée si vous avez besoin. L’emplacement est central. Qui plus est, gérant est adorable, et quand je dis adorable je pèse mes mots : il m’a aidé avec tout ce dont j’avais besoin et ce toujours avec le sourire. Los propietarios se esmeran absolutamente en tratar bien a sus clientes. Me reservaron el autobús a mi siguiente destino y con recogida en el hotel. Mucho más que bien, en mi caso el trato fue espectacular, ya que enviaron a mi siguiente destino algo importante que había olvidado en la habitación, ocupándose de todo y además con urgencia. Sin duda una estancia excelente! Muchas gracias por todo!

Reviewed May 2, 2025Super liebe Besitzer. Das Hotel gehört einem älteren Ehepaar, das kein Englisch spricht, dafür aber eine Ausstrahlung hat, dass man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Die Dame hat uns ein Willkommenssmoothie ausgegeben und hat uns zu verstehen gegeben, dass bald ihr Sohn kommt, der Englisch spricht. Der Sohn ist die Hilfsbereitschaft in Person :-) er hat über Maps uns Tipps gegeben, wohin wir gehen können und was wir unternehmen können. Jede Empfehlung wars wirklich wert. An einem Tag wollten wir in der früh um 4 Uhr schon los und er ist wie selbstverständlich aufgestanden und hat uns das Tor geöffnet. Außerdem war unser Zimmer sehr sauber.
Es ist normal für ein Hotel in der Stadt, aber man hört leider den Verkehr bis ins Zimmer.

De badkamer was erg klein dus bij douchen werd alles nat en het droogde niet echt. Ook geen koelkastje in kamer maar wel een beneden in de gedeelde keuken.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2025Lovely little guesthouse run by a very friendly owner. Room and bathroom were clean. It s situated in a quiet side road, 15 mins walk to the lake. Free coffee available. Laundry can be done across the road at a very reasonable price. Would stay here again.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2025Staying at this place was an incredible experience, mainly because of the amazing hosts. They took great care of me, were always helpful, and constantly radiated positive energy that really lifted my spirits. There’s free water, tea, and coffee available, and the garden is filled with the beautiful scent of flowers. The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance. The bed is very comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep – it’s a true oasis of hospitality.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2025La chambre est propre et assez grande. C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le propriétaire est adorable. Toujours de conseils niveau suggestions d’activités et resto. Il peut même organiser votre trajet en bus pour l’étape d’après !

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025Комфортный отель и доброжелательные владельцы, искренне заботятся о гостях! Помогли мне купить симку, забронировали место в автобус до Нячанга, да просто в любых вопросах было очень приятно общаться :-) Номер большой и чистый, удобный матрас, есть туалетный, обеденный и рабочий стол, розетки в удобных местах, на первом этаже можно пользоваться кухней - холодильник, посуда, фин для кофе и даже кофе и чай свободно в любое время. Расположение удобное - это в пределах 2км от центра - как раз попадают в область бесплатных шаттлов турагенств, то есть на экскурсию заберут прямо из отеля. Рядом несколько локальных кафешек, магазинчики по типу "за углом". От озера (центра) где-то 1.5км, граб байк 14-19 тыс донгов, 5 минут - и ты в центре. Буду снова в Далате - вернусь в этот отель обязательно. Большое спасибо за ваше отношение к своему делу и к своим гостям!

Tai il ragazzo della reception è una delle persone più gentili che abbia mai incontrato, mi ha aiutata tantissimo, non solo dandomi consigli utilissimi e nell’organizzazione degli spostamenti ma anche dal punto di vista umano, mi ha dato una mano in un momento difficile. Se potessi dare 20 punti per lo staff lo farei! Lo consiglio vivamente perché ti fa sentire a casa!
