The Note Dalat

Everthing good for me, especially the receptionist welcome me warmly, I feel safe staying here as im traveling alone, definitely recommend The Note Dalat.

Loved the little touch of fresh flowers in the room. The bathtub had a great view but dangerous to get out of. The location is great with easy access to restaurants, the lake, and night market. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was minimal and ungenerous. For exampke most hotels you can have both a hot drink and juice not just one or the other. Buses park in the vacant lot across the road and make noise and commotion.

De keuze voor het ontbijt is beperkt, maar in een hele kleine ruimte met veel liefde gemaakt.

Schattige en leuk ingerichte kamer, lief en behulpzaam personeel.

Kamer was vochtig en slecht geïsoleerd waardoor de kleding klam werd. We hadden de was service gebruikt van het hotel, echter was onze kleding niet erg schoon en rook het ook niet fris.

The staff is genuinely super sweet and friendly and nice. The hotel is small but very curated, and I really like the mix of fresh flowers and warm cinnamon and anise in the whole building, it gives a cozy and welcoming feel

Unfortunately the building is in front of a parking lot, and there can be some noise, but personally I wasn't bothered by it

很美好的一次旅行经历，我们早上五点多比预计早很多就到了酒店，大堂的值班人员热情接待了我们，并且提供了洗澡间让我们整理。酒店的小姐姐服务热情周到，早餐也很好！很满意！

Le personnel, extrêmement gentil et attentionné. La dame qui s'occupe de l'accueil de jour parle très bien anglais et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. La dame qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners a été également très agréable et toujours souriante. La literie et le linge de toilette sentent très bon. Le lit est très confortable. Le cadre est très reposant avec toute les plantes qui bordent l'entrée de l'hôtel et le balcon. Le petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre est très appréciable. J'ai même eu droit à un petit cadeau à la fin de mon séjour. Merci 🙏 Je recommande sans hésiter 😊

Peut-être la baignoire qui pourrait ne pas correspondre à tout le monde étant donné qu'elle est assez petite. Mais ça n'a pas été un problème pour moi.

El personal de este hotel es sencillamente excelente; desde el momento de la llegada nos trataron con una amabilidad y profesionalidad excepcionales. Además, el hotel es precioso y destaca por su buen estilo de decoración, con un diseño muy cuidado en cada rincón. La habitación estaba bastante bien, amplia y cómoda, aunque al entrar se percibía un ligero olor a humedad. A pesar de ese pequeño detalle, la experiencia general fue muy positiva gracias a la belleza del lugar y a su gran equipo.

L'hôtel est magnifique. La décoration est moderne et de bonne qualité. Des fleurs fraîches dans notre chambre. C'est le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait au Vietnam. La personne à l'accueil est très gentille et souriante. Elle nous a accueilli avec un thé à l'artichaut et des bananes. L'hôtel est très bien placé, pas très loin du marché de Dalat. A peine 5 mn à pied.

L'hôtel est en face d'un parking de cars et les clients de l'hôtel d'à côté étaient très bruyants. Les gaufres mériteraient d'être légèrement plus cuites. Mais c'était quand même très bon.

Le personnel très agréable

The hotel is well located very easy access to markets, lake and wonderful bars and restaurants. The staff is so kind and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. I loved the yoga room on the 3rd floor for morning stretching.

Det var mere end jeg forventede af prisen og de 2 stjerner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jeg synes servicen var høj og hyggeligt med morgenmad på værelset. Personalet var så søde og imødekommende God afstand til by og butikker Charmerende lille sted - vi vil komme igen. Og var kede af at skulle rejse derfra efter 5 nætter Og friske blomster på værelset flere gange under vores ophold 🌸 wow

Det larmende lidt om natten / tidlig morgen. Morgenmaden bliver kedelig på dag 3, men igen jeg forventede slet ikke så fin en morgenmad til den pris. Vi spiste det 2 dage og det var igen mere end vi forventede af et hotel af den størrelse 💗

5泊しましたがスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしいです。またスアンフーン湖やナイトマーケットにも近い中心部に位置してとても便利でした。

設備は若干古い感じがしましたが、補って余るくらいの良さが有りました。

this was such a beautiful place to stay. the room was clean, stylish, and the bed was soooo comfortable. the bathroom wowed us the most, easily the nicest bathroom in any accomodation we've had on a 2 month long trip. The bathtub is so luxurious, and if you arent a bath person the shower is perfect as well with great pressure. The attention to detal is amazing, the room smells like cinnamon because of the little cinnamon stick pinecone packages dotted around. The breakfast included is great as well!

The only negative we had during our stay was that when I had an issue with a grab delivery driver, I went to the man working at the reception for some simple help communicating in vietnamese to solve the problem. I was clearly a little frustrated with the issue, had been going in and out the hotel right in front of the man at the desk to stand on the street and find the grab driver, calling him, ect- and as a guest paying to stay in their accomodation, who is unfamiliar with the area and language I expected a bit of support, or atleast attempt at support, and some better hospitality. I tried to communicate the issue with the man, but he just grunted at me and said "no english," and then blatantly ignored me, staring at his computer screen with headphones in even with me standing right next to him. I did not and would not just expect anyone local to Vietnam to speak english-but he spoke basic english fine when he checked us in, and suddenly when I needed assistance with an issue the ability magically disappeared. The other encounters with staff at different times was great!

We liked the location, the staff and the room itself. Also, the amazing interior of the hotel!!!

The only thing I didn't like was the high humidity in the room, which came from the bathroom, because the fan in it was not able to remove the steam in time.

Lovely little hotel in a great location, within easy walking distance of the lake. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was decent and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Meget sød og service minded host. Hotellet har en fin stil og der var endda tændt små fyrfadslys på værelset, inden vi checkene ind på det virkelig fine værelse. Værelset var rummeligt og meget hyggelig. Badeværelset havde badekar og bruser der havde glas ud til, som gjorde at man følte at man tog bad i det fri (på den gode måde). Perfekt beliggenhed på rolig gade, meget tæt på der hvor det sker.

Wahnsinnig schönes Hotel, von dem aus man fußläufig die Stadt super erreichen kann. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Night Market. Frühstück ist wenig, aber man kann es im Bett genießen:) Das Hotel ist bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll dekoriert. Der Preis ist einfach unschlagbar.

Было все слишком идеально. Вход в отель - в цветах, при регистрации напоили чаем. Номер супер - очень уютный и удобный. Шишки и свежие розы в ванной - просто вау. Запахи везде невероятные. Молодой человек на ресепшене - лучший. Я 14 лет работаю в отелях, я в восторге.

Saw all the positive reviews for The Note and wondered if our stay would match other guests’ experiences, and it did! The staff could not have been more kind, welcoming and helpful. Our room was gorgeous, with lots of little touches to make it feel premium. The bed was really comfy, there was space to hang our clothes, the bathroom was really modern, everywhere was very clean. Breakfast options were yogurt, pancakes or toast and all were really tasty. Also the location was great. We wished we were staying more than 2 nights, would really recommend staying here if you’re visiting Da Lat!

Очень милый маленький отель. Прекрасное расположение, 7 минут пешком до ночного рынка и ресторанчиков. Очень приятный персонал, ребята очень приветливы) в проживание даже был включен завтрак. На выбор вафли, тосты или йогурт с хлопьями. У нас был номер с двумя большими кроватями, для семьи двое взрослых+двое детей, было комфортно, но мы останавливались только на одну ночь.

Good location, 5-10 walk from the centre. Light breakfast was included which you could have in your room. Homely feel. Netflix on Tv was nice.

Shower was unpredictable in temperature. Bathroom got quite wet as no screen when showering.

Phòng rất đẹp nhưng có chút tiếng ồn ở phía ngoài khách sạn do gần bãi xe và công trường, trường hợp này không phải do khách sạn mình có thể thông cảm được.

One of our favourite stays on our 5 week trip around Vietnam! Great location, if you’ve stayed here you will know the the quality of the bed linen was amazing and the hotel smelt so nice!! The manger was super friendly and helpful, couldn’t recommend enough

Location was brilliant, the staff were very kind! We even got given a present when we were checking out which was very thoughtful. We enjoyed having the breakfast delivered to us in a morning. Room was very clean & house keeping was done each day.

The room would benefit from some air conditioning to avoid damp as our clothes felt a bit damp after. Overall though we cannot complain as it was a lovely stay for 3 nights & we would definitely recommend!

Staff went above and beyond to help us at every opportunity. Breakfast is simple but one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in Vietnam. Room is clean and bed is comfy!

There was a super strong smell within reception and the room (cinnamon mix, natural bug deterrent) which was overpowering at times!

This little gem of a hotel really exceeded my expecations. The hotel itself was very nicely designed, the staff was super helpful and lovely, and the room was a very nice size and had a super lovely bathroom.

La camera era splendida, spaziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio; il balcone pieno di piante è un piccolo angolo di relax perfetto dopo una giornata in giro per Da Lat. Colazione ottima, preparata al momento e davvero gustosa. Il personale è stato super disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, sempre gentile e sorridente. Posizione top, a circa dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, quindi comodissima per visitare tutto. Se torniamo a Da Lat, sicuramente torneremo qui!

Très bien, bien placé. La personne qui s’est occupée de nous était très bienveillant et aux petits soins. Une agréable surprise. Le petite déjeuner était bon mais vraiment pas copieux, le seul bémol. Également, les fenêtres sont mal isolées donc du bruit de bon matin était présent avec les bus.

Very friendly and attentive staff, incredible location just out of the hustle and bustle but still close to walk to. Cute hotel with lovely thought out styling. Truly loved it and would stay again!

Das Hotel hat nur wenig Zimmer und hat uns gut gefallen. Der See ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Hotel konnten wir völlig unproblematisch einen Roller mieten, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer war mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch, einer offenen Garderobe und einer Minibar ausgestattet. Ein Wasserkocher und ein Fön stehen zur Verfügung. Im Bad hatten wir eine Badewanne. Optisch toll gemacht, eine Überschwemmung leider nicht zu vermeiden. Pflegeprodukte stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Frühstück muss aus einer Karte vorbestellt werden und kann auch auf dem Zummer serviert werden. Wlan sehr gut. Das Personal äußerst nett und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, non loin du marché. La chambre était calme, propre et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas forcément copieux mais excellent. L'accueil est très chaleureux, et nous avons été bien conseillé pour dîner vietnamien

J’ai tout aimé dans ce joli hôtel, le personnel mais surtout la qualité et la décoration. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de soin et des rails que je n’ai jamais vu dans d’autres hôtels.

We had an amazing stay at the Note, from the second we stepped out the car, we where greeted with an umbrella as it was raining and tea, we where able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. All staff was so helpful and cheerful and truely made our stay in Da Lat that much better! We were made a delicious coffee on check out too! Thanks so much

The male receptionist was fantastic. He was genuinely so kind and always jumping to help us, even insisting on carrying the bags to and from the elevator every time. The room was gorgeous as well and we loved all the little details like how amazing it smelled and the cinnamon sticks and pine cones. The bathroom was lovely as well. Everything looked like the photos and they also let us store our bags for the entire day after we checked out. This is such good service and value for money.
