Es ist super praktisch gelegen, direkt im Terminal wo man auch abfliegt. Perfekt für einen Transfer. An sich war es aber sauber in der Kapsel und man hat sich nicht eingeengt gefühlt.

Die Kapseln sind an sich super, aber mit einem großen Problem: und zwar sind diese null Schall isoliert. Sobald jemand die Gegend betritt, seinen Spind öffnet oder sich auch nur unterhält, wird man sofort wach. Deshalb Ohropax mit Einpacken. Mein Fernseher ging nicht! Da es Gemeinschaftsduschen sind, wird es schnell sehr dreckig.

Le fait de rester dormir dans l'aeroport est vraiment un gain de temps mais c'est vraiment lr seul point possitif. Ne passez pas plus d'une nuit ici...

Le garcon de l'accueil devrait songer à changer de metier... fort dessagréable.. c'etait pas un lieu facile a trouver car 0 informations sur comment ci rendre.. mais ma remarque ne l'a pas percuté d'un poile.. La propreté des douches vraiment pas ouf, rien n'est insonorisé alors préparez les boulles quies... Des que vous vous tournez toute la capsule craque car c'est en plastique Vraiment 1 nuit pour depanner pas plus

Está súper bien si quieres dormir en el aeropuerto para coger un vuelo temprano. La cápsula es cómoda, te dan toalla y zapatillas. Las duchas son un poco cutres y sucias pero da el apaño, el resto bien.

El ruido que hace la gente y que se escucha del propio aeropuerto. Es “caro” pero te lo ahorras en desplazamiento para dormir en Yakarta.

Está en el propio aeropuerto lo que te ahorra desplazamientos si solo vas a pasar unas horas o una noche.

Te piden un depósito en metálico o algún documento, eso no lo vi en ninguna descripción. Estaban de obras en el aeropuerto y a las 23:00 había un fondo de taladro.

Es lo que ofrece, una cápsula para pasar unas horas entre vuelos. Correcta para el precio

Tuve una experiencia horrible porque la T3 está en obras y el martilleo fue constante de 22h a 3 am que abandone el establecimiento por desesperación. Creo que me deberían haber avisado antes de hacer el check in. Fue literalmente imposible dormir ni un solo minuto

The Showers and toilets could have been cleaner..

Each of the capsule is reasonable. I could sleep very very well unil the time I had to wake up. Checking out was so smooth and the receptionist immediately returned the deposit when I returned my card key. Also, I noticed that actually you can go to your checking in counter of the airport by taking a slope elevator just in front of the reception desk. So this must be a super-convenient accommodation for those who are familiar with this accommodation.

Very little information. I was almost giving up staying at this accommodation. It did not appear in my google map... Plus, when I finally arrived at the reception desk after asking more than three people who looked working at the Terimal 3, there was only one person who was spending super long time with a lady. I finally had to speak loud, "Are there anybody else who can take care of us?" The service, which should be minimum as this ia a capsule hotel, is no existent. When checking in, the receptionist did not give me a bathtowel to me. I thought that the towel will be in my pod, but there was not. Where is the shower room? Where is the bathroom? No information. I had to ask some guests for this kind of information. As Indonesian guests are very kind, I could get the necessary information from them. The tank of drinking water (both hot and cold) at the lounge space was empty even a few hours after we requested to add water. I had expected that the service would be exactly the same as the same PassGo Digital at Terminal 2. No, no. PassGo Digital Capsule staff take care of you. But not this one. It turned out that the receptionist just forgot to give me a bathtowel. There was no apology for that, though. Finally, when checking out, I found a little plastic bag of snacks which a previous guest must have left on the bed. Oh, no. It is disgusting. A day before, I just checked out of a hotel after enjoying a swimming pool with a beautiful garden for the same price......

La comodidad de estar dentro del aeropuerto (Terminal 3) la ubicación es en 1st Floor (Ground Floor, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor). Se agradece descansar un poco antes del próximo vuelo.

Hay que ser realistas y, saber que son cápsulas hechas de plástico y, que harán ruido. El ruido de los otros huéspedes es normal, es un aeropuerto con bastante tránsito de vuelos a cualquiera hora, no esperes a tener el sueño de tu vida en una de estas cápsulas, es más bien para descansar un poco antes del próximo vuelo.

Fais le job pour son emplacement mais pas très propre. La douche notamment après un long courrier n’était pas du tout un bon moment vue la saleté.

Zero hospitality, no clear instructions about the area, dirty, no amenities. Male and female are in same dorm. No privacy. Adding just 30$ I could get 5 stars hotel just next to this property

The l9cation is perfect for a layover. Right under the international checkin. Lots of fpod options around. Can charge your phone in the lounge area... the pod was spotless.

The bathroom was not great. Wet floor. Towel strewn around. Very...nice to have a shower. The noise overnight kept me awake. Would have been good to charge my phone in the pod.

L’emplacement, l originalité.

L accueil n est pas très chaleureux. Quand j ai demandé le fonctionnement, la personne a l acceuil m a juste montré la parte d entrée sans plus d explication en mode débrouille toi…. Les douches ne sont pas très propres.

Je me suis trompé de terminal, le jeune homme à l'accueil n'a jamais voulu appeler le même hôtel du terminal 1 pour essayer de modifier la réservation alors qu'il y avait de la place, vraiment pas sympa... Un peu de considération ça fait du bien quelquefois... Je ne recommande pas de se tromper 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Perfect place for layovers

It wasn’t exactly soundproof but it wasn’t too annoying in the longer term

It was very nice to be able to just find our stay and rest after a long day of travel.

It did get quite noisy when people were in and out all the time. Even just the rustling of bags to settle in for the night was pretty noticeable. But there were a lot of people who were talking as if no one else was there trying to rest. Also the amount of individual toilets was low- seemed most were connected with showers and that is hard when you need to wait for someone who’s showering just to use the toilet. If there was individual toilets the signage was not clear

It was exactly what I needed where I needed it after a very long trip from Salt Lake City through Incheon to Jakarta. I arrived after midnight, and the staff immediately responded to my request for a very late check in. The process of check in and accessing my capsule was fast and easy.

The restrooms/showers could be cleaner. I understand that they are apart from the main capsule room itself, but it seems as if they are only used by hotel guests. They need to be maintained a bit better.

Völlig stressfrei ankommen und sofort einen Schlafplatz sowie eine saubere warme Dusche, was will man mehr. Der Check in für den Inlandsflug an nächsten Tag war eine Etage höher, perfekt.

S était pas très propre, je ne me suis pas infligé la douche. Je ne me sentais pas à l’aise dans la capsule je suis parti avant le départ prévu.

Very convenient capsule hotel , perfect if you have few hours at night between two connection flights and don’t want to sleep on a bench ! Very cheap price, I could sleeping comfortably for a couple of hours

I could take a shower with a towel and slippers provided, so I didn't have to get mine wet before my flight. The bed in the capsule is comfortable, and the AC effective.

The capsules provide no noise cancellation, so expect to hear every small noise other guests make, and there will be plenty of them.

空港内にあんな近未来的なカプセルホテルがあるとは、素晴らしい。防音やプライバシーも守られていた。室内も広々していてTVやミネラルウォーター1本も付いていた。

Location

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. However, the problem is that not all guests understand the importance of being quiet. Even at 1 a.m., people were still dragging their suitcases around, so it wasn't any quieter than an airport terminal. In addition, the bathrooms were not very clean. Another issue is that there is no need to use so much air freshener in the rooms. The strong scent made me feel dizzy for quite a while.
