Petite chambre basique sans fenêtre. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas ! Lit petit !! Difficile à trouver car il y avait des travaux !

No me gustó nada, no dormí nada, cucarachas en el baño, se escuchaba una rata toda la noche dar vueltas por el falso techo. La terminal en la que está, está en obras y nadie te lo avisa, está todo en obras, no se puede acceder por la terminal ni a los servicios de la terminal.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Staff are friendly and helpful. And the location is inside the Soekarno-Hatta airport, so it's convenient as a place to rest between flights.
No lift into the hotel, just stairs. Although staff are ready to help with luggage. The room is sub-standard, there are two big steps down from the room door into the main area of the bedroom which take up a lot of space and very inconvenient to try and open up a big suitcase. There is no door to the shower, so the whole bathroom (toilet and sink area) is wet after a shower. The shower floors were poorly built so that the water doesn't flow naturally into the drain, but flows out of the shower instead.

Para una noche estuvo bien. Quizás la habitación es estrecha y el escalón que tiene.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026The staff, in particular, the lady on the front desk who was extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. Security & bar man also very friendly. Could not fault team - really friendly and helpful.
Excessive mould and mildew all over wall and ceiling, very unhealthy (and potentially dangerous) to breathe this in. Room smelled awful, like sewage. Only good thing about this room was the shower. Bathroom and stairs treacherous with a massive tile coming away just trying to close the door.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026A very convenient option for transit travelers with an early morning flight form Soekarno Hatta Airport. The hotel is located in Terminal 1A, however during this stay of mine (end of May 2026), T1A is undergoing renovation works so the walkway to T1A from T1B (where the inter-terminal train station is) is poorly lit and quiet at night.
The hotel has limited flexibility regarding reservation changes. I mistakenly booked the wrong night and although the rooms were available, the front desk was unable to change the reservation date directly and asked me to do it via booking.com platform. In my case, changing the date was not possible so I had to make a new reservation. This was not the fault of the hotel, but travelers should be aware that date changes may not be accommodated at the property, even when there was availability.

Reviewed May 23, 2026لا يوجد شي اعجبني والمكان سي سي سي سي لابعد درجة ولا انصح بالتعامل معهم نهائي وكذابين ونصابين وحرميه وغير محترمين وغير واضحين ، مذكور في التعريف للمزايا في البوكنق عن طريقهم انه يوجد لديهم مكان لتخزين الامتعه خاص للعملاءالذين حجزو عن طريقهم حيث يتم تخزين الشنط الغير مرغوب بها اثناء التنقل في الطيران الداخلي وتبين لنا انه غير صحيح وتم سفهنا وتم افادتنا انه لا يوجد لدينا تخزين وانه الكتابه فقط لغرض التسويق وكذلك افادونا انه يوجد لديهم باصات تردديه للمطار طوال الوقت وتبين بعد ذلك انه فقط وقت واحد الساعه5 الفجر وعند مطالبتنا بذلك افادونا لديكم القطار او تاكسي والحساب طبعا نحن ندفعه من جيبنا الخاص وتم المحاوله معهم وافادتهم اني ساقوم بتقديم شكوى وقالو لا مشكله لدينا قدم شكوى + لا يوجد اصنصير لديهم والغرف جميعها بالاعلى والدرج متعب جدا جدا جدا والموظفين لا يقومون بمساعدتك في الشنط ويقومون بالنظر لك فقط وتم طلب منهم المساعده فقط في انزال الشنط وتم الرفض القطعي وقالو لا يخصنا ذلك + وينافخون علينا ويقولون تبي تكنسل الحجز كنسل ولا راح نعوضك ريال واحد ودفعنا قيمة التاكسي باستغلال طبعا 150 الف روبيه مع العلم ان البوابة قريبه انصح بعدم التعامل معهم بشكل قطعي وانا مسؤول عن كلامي امام الله قبل كل شي والله ياخذ حقي منهم
اسوء تعامل مر علي في حياتي بجميع الفنادق في انحاء المملكه سي جدا والله لو تم عرضه علي بلاش ما سكنته كذب عيني عينك ويجحدونك ولا يهتمون في النزلاء بشكل قطعي والمكان غير مريح بالمره وانواع الاصوات فيه غير مريح لابعد درجه يبدو لي ان المكان مسكون من الجن
