Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Excellent location in Zocodover Plaza. We arrived by car and the guidance on dropping of bags and then parking was spot on. Lovely rooms, well soundproofed, and good to look out on activities in the square. Fabulous staff, we had to move rooms whilst the air condition was fixed but they were extremely helpful, using google translate where necessary to explain things to us. Good breakfast, served on a tray, with cheese, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, pastries, toast, fruit and yoghurt. Perfect start to our holiday.

It was difficult to find and drop off luggage. Although the location was good, better instructions to find it and deal with cars and luggage are needed. Also there is a flight of stairs to the check-in counter.

No hay ascensor para subir de la calle a la recepción, aunque no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, se debe a que es un edificio histórico. Hay ascensor para subir de la recepción al resto de pisos.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026This is an excellent hotel situated in the plaza close to the Alcazar. Don't be put off by it being above the Burger King. There are many good local restaurants within a few steps. Maria, Noelle and Maxi were all friendly, welcoming, helpful and spoke rudimentary English. Find the front door and go up the stairs to the lobby on what Americans would call the second floor. That's the only downside to this hotel, you must carry your luggage up the first flight of stairs before accessing the hotel elevator. The staff will assist you if really needed. This is an historic building so don't expect rooms as large as the airport Marriott, you're in Europe.

If you’re a light sleeper being right on the square might be a problem as there is activity late into the night. This did not bother us in the least.

Lo primero, el hotel está en una primera planta, lo cual es bastante incomodo. La chica de recepción un encanto, la verdad. La plaza adonde dan todas las habitaciones no tiene ningún atractivo. Nada más subir a la habitación las sabanas estaban sucias, lo comunicamos y al rato subieron y las cambiaron por otras, también sucias y las volvieron a cambiar. Pero ya no estábamos a gusto y decidimos irnos, teníamos para dos noches, pero nos fuimos, lo comunicamos y básicamente nos dijeron adios, sin más.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026L'hotel è davvero stupendo, curato nei minimi dettagli, situato nella piazza principale della città ma, nonostante la vivacità e il rumore esterno, insonorizzato alla perfezione dunque molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Le camere e il bagno spaziosi, puliti e dotati di ogni confort. Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto sorridente. All'ultimo piano c'è una terrazza con una vista spettacolare, soprattutto all'imbrunire. La sera se vuoi puoi portarti del cibo e qualcosa da bere e goderti il meraviglioso panorama!
Alla struttura avrei dato un 10 e lode se non fosse per la colazione che, nonostante i prodotti di qualità, non ti consente la varietà che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle di quel livello. Ti viene servita al tavolo in un vassoio nel quale sono presenti, per persona, un uovo sodo, della frutta fresca, uno yogurt (del quale il gusto è scelto dallo staff), un succo (sempre scelto dal personale), un paio di croissant piccoli, del pane tostato, marmellata e una fetta di formaggio e prosciutto e naturalmente le bevande calde. Sinceramente avrei rivisto questo aspetto che secondo me penalizza un pochino questo hotel davvero fantastico.

Habitaciones adaptadas con todas las comodidades de un hotel de primera calidad y decoradas con exquisito buen gusto. Un personal excelente: cordial, bien informado, dispuesto a servir y con la actitud de quienes te hacen sentir como en tu casa. Pasar una noche en Toledo en un hotel que es una delicia, con el encanto de las gentes de Castilla, es una experiencia inolvidable.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Altstadt an einem belebten Platz, von dem man aber nichts hört, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Unser Zimmer war sauber und bot genügend Platz für Garderobe. Das Badezimmer war groß und die Regendusche wunderbar. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Und hat alles gefallen! Wir würden lediglich noch 2 Kleiderhaken neben der Zimmertür empfehlen sowie einen Wasserkocher und Tassen.

I checked in Sunday and checked out Monday. Hotel was extremely quiet during breakfast on Monday, so I guess breakfast options were more limited than other days due to low number of guests or something. For example, I was not given any option of how I wanted my eggs done. Breakfast was pre-set and delivered on a tray to my table as standard, with no choices, including only boiled egg.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Un excellent accueil et une disponibilité de toute l'équipe. Un bon petit déjeuner dans un cadre agréable avec vu sur la place. La localisation dans la ville : proche de tous les lieux à visiter à pied. Accès possible et simple depuis la gare de Tolède en prenant un bus (juste 3/4 arrêts); Faisable à pied si on n'a pas de valises car la ville est en hauteur. La chambre était spacieuse, avec vue sur la place, un balcon et agréablement décoré, moderne. Il y a une terrasse au dernier étage avec une belle vue (mais dommage qu'un bar n'y ait pas été installé pour avoir envie d'y rester : cet endroit n'est pas exploité. La vue est superbe.
La place sur laquelle se trouve l'hotel est un peu bruyante : c'est le lieu de départ des groupes pour visiter la ville, un lieu de rassemblement et une route passagère voiture et bus. L'hotel se situe au 1er étage (accès par un couloir et escalier) : pas pratique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Ensuite à partir du 1er étage il y a un ascenseur. Et pas de chance , au rez de chaussée se trouve un espace désaffecté suite à une probable fermeture de commerce, ce que donne une impression bizarre à votre arrivée. Mais heureusement que tout le reste compense cette 1ère impression.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Tolle Lage zentral am Hauptplatz, aber absolut ruhig in den Zimmern. Diese sind modern ausgestattet mit schönen Bädern. Die Dachterrasse hat angenehm Schatten ab Nachmittag und ist einer Oase in der Stadt, leider nicht bewirtet, aber man kann ein eigenes Getränk mitbringen.

eigenlijk niets Parkeren is wat verder weg , de koffer downhill lopen naar het hotel is prima, terug naar de parkeergarage is even een heuvel (zonder trappen) op oplopen naar de garage, het hotel geeft wel kortingskaarten voor het parkeren wat weer top is.

Reviewed May 20, 2026The Hotel Boutique Adolfo is an exceptional small hotel in the center of Toledo. It has a great location, right on the Plaza de Zocodover. While our room's windows overlooked the square, the soundproofing of the glass made it very quiet for sleeping. The room is spacious, with a separate seating area and a lovely well-appointed bathroom. The star of our stay was the breakfast, which was served in a room overlooking the plaza. Very generous portions of a variety of foods are served, to your table, on a tray. Our breakfast included ham, cheese, eggs, fruit, yogurt, bread, pastries and fresh juice. The excellent service is very personal, and staff provided wonderful recommendations for visiting the city. The hotel has its own label of red wine and vermouth from a nearby vineyard that you can purchase by the glass to enjoy on the property. There is a flight of stairs to reach the desk from the street. If you let them know of your arrival, the staff will assist you with your luggage.

Reviewed May 9, 2026The hotel is in a prime position for exploring Toledo. Beautiful restored building looking out onto one of the main squares. The bed was super comfy and a large bathroom with rain shower. Breakfast is brought to you on a tray in the breakfast room, consisting of cold meat/cheese/yoghurt/pastries/toast and fruit. The staff in reception are extremely friendly and happy to help with any request. We had a great time.

Reviewed May 5, 2026The location was perfect and the staff couldn't do enough for you. So very nice and helpful. We had never visited Toledo before and had traveled from Valencia and settled in after a long morning, the room was exceptionally clean and the front view and balcony were fantastic.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The location was great and the rooms were super comfortable, but for us the most memorable part of the trip was the staff. They were extremely helpful, especially at night when my family and I were relaxing of the fifth floor. We would definitely stay here again!

Teníamos pagado el desayuno de los dos días de estancia. Pero el último día por horario de tren no podíamos desayunar en el hotel, solicitamos un desayuno para llevar y cuando nos íbamos no teníamos nada preparado, el hotel nos ha llamado para pedir disculpas, pero considero que nos deberían abonar ese desayuno para 2 personas que no hemos recibido
