Staff was very efficient, breakfast was awesome. Location is the best.

Some basic toiletries like toothbrush and paste could have been added. In a hill station tea , coffee sachet is must. It hardly costs anything.

the staff at the desk was just amazing, we had a bit of an issue with the payment and they still let us check in and pay an hour later. the room was clean and good and there was nice hot water in the shower and the hotel is placed right in the market which is amazing.

Avoid Matheran for Weekend trip Save your time and money! The ghat road is a nightmare with 3–4 hours of heavy bumper-to-bumper traffic. Do not attempt this drive in a low-power car. While the resort's outside ambiance is nice, the actual rooms are a disaster and absolutely not worth ₹13k a night. Our room smelled terrible, and the sofa had no cover and was infested with termites. To make things worse, there was no hot water during a cold, rainy weekend, and basic amenities like hand wash were missing. Even getting coffee and sugar pouches required constant follow-up. Lastly, the food was disappointing, as the vegetable dishes had a strange, overly sweet gravy. Overall, a highly frustrating stay. Not recommended at all!

Dinner was nice and it has good options

This is my first time experiencing a period stain, and I was shocked when I was charged ₹500 for a bedsheet. I found this incredibly petty, especially considering I’ve stayed in five-star hotels where such charges are unheard of. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even provide tea when I requested tea bags. Furthermore, the phone service was out of the order and the network itself was faulty and No WiFi access in the room. Given these issues, the price we paid was simply not justified.

Rooms were average. No mirror in the hall would be helpful.

We thought our booking included lunch but it was not. Wi fi speed was too low. There was too much salt in 4 to 5 items in dinner

The resort is strictly vegetarian, but this information was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Hot water was available only for a limited period in the morning, which was inconvenient. I had specifically requested a room on a lower floor due to health concerns; however, I was allocated a room on the second floor in a building without a lift. Additionally, some bathroom fittings were damaged and in need of maintenance. Sound insulation between rooms was also poor, as noise from adjacent rooms could be clearly heard, affecting overall comfort and privacy.

The Location was good. and the food was good.

The bathroom had nothing to hang the towels which is a Basic common sense. Asked for thinner towels but were very adamant on giving the thinner towels only if you swim. this is not customer service but self service.

There was no sufficient light in the room, one tv was not working, very small property not much to explore, washrooms didn't have body wash

The staff were all very attentive and professional, particularly Ms Minal and Mr Milind in reception who spent a lot of time helping us after our flight home was cancelled. The swimming pool was very well cared for, the water being clean and with no sign of excess chemicals.

Breakfast -The breakfast on both days was sumptuous. The breakfast staff was very helpful and took care of every need and they saw to it that our plates were never empty. Most items were freshly prepared near the outdoor location with a beautiful setting. We could never complain as the food was very tasty and less oily. right from the juices, khakras, fruits, breads, toasts, aloo parathas and theplas were all great.. There is one incident i noticed, on the other table were a couple with their little son seated and just doing what kids do, he nearly fell from the back of the chair as the chair had a big gap from the back rest which is comfortable for the adults but not so safe for fidgety kids. One of the waiting staff noticed this and promptly got another chair with a protective backrest which was safe for the child. No one asked for it but the staff did it out of concern. This was so good to see the staff taking care of their guests both with service and care. Loved the outdoor breakfast setting at Adamo Resorts with great breakfast and a very polite and helpful staff. Rooms - We had booked the deluxe rooms but for some reason got upgraded to the villas and the rooms were big and spacious with a soft bed, drawing room, balcony with table and chairs. just perfect. The bathroom was well equipped with saop, shampoo and good shower with 24 hours hot water. Also the bathroom was one of the biggest I have had compared to the other hotels and resorts I have stayed. Staff - I would give the staff a 5 star simply for being very helpful, attentive and polite. Facilities - Enjoyed few games of table tennis at the well equipped club/game room. also had other electronic games and pool tables. The surrounding areas and the inside areas were always kept clean by the staff. The resort also had a full time staff to chase away monkeys if they got too mischievous with the guests. All in all a great place to relax and feel safe too.

The pool if only it had to have a heater to regulate the temperature, that would be great. I have stayed at some places in goa and those pools dont require anything as the waters are warm due to the climate. However at cold places if there is some way of having the waters warm in the pool, that would be excellent. I had carried my swimming trunks but couldn't use them.

Walls in 501 were soggy near the ac. No intercom was there. Was kept only after reminder. Tariff charged was very high maybe due to festive season but it was very very high

I am first time visited to expensive not hot water coming for bath no telephone working no wifi working no allowed swimming pool after 6:30pm so why you charge too costly all over bad experience this hotel I recommend all please don't book adamo the resort

We had a wonderful stay at *Adama The Resort* in Matheran. From early morning breakfast to lunch and evening dinner, the Jain and Gujarati food was absolutely excellent. The staff service was top-notch and very courteous. The resort is located in a very peaceful and serene part of Matheran, just a walkable distance from the main market and shopping area. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty while still being close to the local attractions. Truly a memorable experience! ---

Fixtures and fittings are a bit old. AC was making noise as it's quite obsolete.

made a reservation for 3 people and they gave me a small room. I asked for a penetrated room, they asked me for a drug supplement for 3 nights, 6000 doctors. One has to think that a hotel was only for people, even though they ask us for money. Food is fine

Disappointed with Inflexible Booking Policy I had to postpone my stay due to unexpected circumstances and requested a date change, not a refund. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely inflexible and refused to accommodate my request, despite having availability. Customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to offer any solution. I expected a bit more understanding and flexibility, especially as a paying customer. Very disappointing experience—won't be booking here again.

My son enjoyed the short magic show. Food was good. Room service was quick.

Property itself was nice and staff was helpful

Looks like a team of thieves… we lost our gold chain with locket and property is not taking any action against their employees… We have logged an FIR against the property. There are no CCTV cameras in the entire resort! No acknowledgment from the hotel management.. We paid 18000 Rs per night per room!!! The resort is in close proximity to the market. It's on the way of most of the points to see in Matheran. Rooms are very spacious with a huge Balcony.

Water flowing continuously from flush tank because of flush button was not operating and we could not stop the flowing water. Because of this lot of water was getting waste
