Horrible smelling room and filthy bathroom, no soap, shampoo, toilet roll given, clogged drain in bathroom, stained bedsheets, staff would not care to answer, staff charged money for complimentary water bottles, Breakfast was stale and of poor quality. Highly not recommended!

Complimentory 1litre of W.Bottle not enough for single Border useing one day.
Thali pack Combo serve bitter taste small papad, which has toxic form made. Gulan Jamun serve d old frezzing products.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026The receptionists were not polite. We got one water bottle and asked for one more. At the time of check out, the receptionist asked me to pay the cost of two bottles. I told him, I got only one bottle extra and argued why I should pay for two bottles. But the receptionist was not ready to agree with me and so I had to pay ₹33/- as the cost of two bottles. When we were about to leave the hotel, the receptionist came to me with one bottle of water and asked me to take it. But I didn't do that.

Room service is not available they will not clean the room everyday, price is too high for this type of room, location was far from Golden beach, we chose it on treebo's trust but this time we felt like disappointed. Only Breakfast was good, we would suggest you choose your room wisely near golden beach and front side of sea facing room, there were too many hotels don't depend on online booking, you will get available room immediately after reaching there.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2024The services are very fine, breakfast was nice and very calm and peaceful rooms. Reception desk managers are very helpful and the hotel having very good space for parking. The safety is also a measurable point for any hotel and Treebo Oasis fulfill that.
charging plug must be available besides all the beds in double occupancy rooms. We have to struggle for charging our communication devices

Too small room. It was difficult to even move around properly. Extremely overpriced compared to the offerings. It was clean and staff was decent. If the price goes down by 30-36% then it can be a 7-8 rating hotel.
