Very old building, onky lift no stairs, in case of fire no emergency escape, room wall paper was tearoff, wash basin leakage, AC pipe routed through wash room and was leaking, wash room drainage was chocked, water was accumulated all around.wash basin which under the room also water leaking issue, while wake up at morning, water came across bed area.

I suffered lot in stay at this FAB HOTEL GREEN LANDS CLASSIC, Bhuvaneshwar. If ask anything ,No response from reception Bad smell in room, unable to sleep due to mosquitos, no hot water facility. overall bad experience for stay in this worrest hotel .

Choosing this hotel turned out to be a great decision. The room was extremely clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which really helped me relax after long and tiring practice sessions. The environment of the hotel is peaceful and safe, especially for female travelers staying with family. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the sports venue. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to athletes, families, and anyone visiting Chandigarh.

Wash room is not good, No mirror for shaving, Toilet commodity and wash basin is opposite together with in 3 feet wash room wide. Water is getting leak from toilet commodity Hot water is not coming. After raising complaint it took about 30 minutes .

Rooms were not clean and bit untidy. Bathroom is too small and hardly able to use, very small basin, cockroach in the room, broken bucket, broken AC, spider webs etc

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025It was a harrowing night. The hotel was in a dingy place. The didn't have a room boy and we have to carry our entire bags ourselves. The rooms were untidy and no windows and hence no ventilation. The rooms were stinking. No glasses, water heater and kettle in the room. When asked for glasses, they gave cheap plastic ones. We had to go to the market far away and bought glasses ourselves. No restaurant in the hotel or nearby. There was cobwebs in the bathroom and we had taken photos of it. We were forced to stay in spite of the problems because they had collected the entire amount while booking. We felt cheated and fooled. In fact I had made several bookings through you over the years and I never experienced such issues. The traveler makes the booking based on the trust and reputation of your portal. I failed to understand as to how you have selected this property and on what criteria. You must remove it instantly from your list. Also you must seek compensation for our troubles and the amount may be refunded to me. We didn't have a wink of sleep and all others were blaming me for choosing such a horrible property. Our trip ended with this horrible experience, as this was the last night of our trip of five nights. I expect a favorable response from you and compensation too. The photos of entrance, lift, room and bathroom attached. I am lodging my complaint with Fab group of hotels, as the property is run under their name.
