The rooms were very clean, the hotel was well priced and it was close to the airport.

Limited food options in house and no alternatives nearby. Staff seemed more interested in their phones than their clients.

The room was clean and spacious, great value for the price. Near the Airport and the Mega shopping mall.

The hotel is new, comfortable, and well maintained. Even though there aren't any shops close to the hotel, there is a nice cafe on the ground floor, and a Seven Eleven just outside the entrance.

Staff at the reception could do with a smile on their dial.

I was charged when I asked for early checkin while the room was already available and I didn’t report soo early 😕

Loved the location, nice and close to the airport. The staff were so friendly and everywhere was very clean.

Although far from the centre, the hotel is great if you wish to have proximity to the BKK airport, as the ride from it is only around 15-20 minutes. The room was very spacious and clean. There is a small lunch bar in the lobby, as well as 7-Eleven very close to the hotel.

Absolut super Hotel, es war leise, sauber und top ausgestattet. Ich würde wirklich jederzeit wieder kommen! Auch für längere Aufenthalte absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist vielleicht nicht Jedermanns Sache. Taxis müssen eine große Schleife fahren, wenn sie einen wo hinfahren. Mich hat das aber kaum gestört. Das Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr schlecht ausgestattet - vieles kaputt und schlechte Qualität.

Modern hotel with spacious room. Easy check-in and check-out. 7 Eleven right next door. The price for two rooms was good value.

The hotel was roughly around 10-15km from Bangkok downtown. Everything was clean, the staff made sure to restock the water bottles for us each day. It was about 30 minutes away from the BKK airport during peak hours. No issues getting to the hotel despite crazy traffic.

Nothing particular about hotel that I didn't like, it was a little far downtown bangkok and would take us an hr to get there during peak rush hours. Don't let this stop you from staying at this hotel. The traffic is crazy regardless

I recently stayed at The Journey Hotel Bangna and it was a very convenient option for a short stay in Bangkok. The main advantage is its location near Suvarnabhumi Airport, which makes it ideal if you have an early flight or arrive late at night. Staying here helped me avoid Bangkok’s heavy traffic and the stress of potentially missing my flight. The airport transfer options and easy road access are definitely a big plus. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, great for resting before or after a long trip. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from central Bangkok, so it’s not the best choice if your main goal is sightseeing around the city center. However, for transit stays or business in the Bangna area, it’s a very practical and reliable option. Overall, I would recommend it for travelers looking for convenience near the airport and a comfortable place to rest without worrying about traffic.

Location , clean hotel , polite helpful staff

The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is that the cleaners were constantly banging around which made it difficult especially if we wanted to lay in, on our last day we were woken up to staff fixing something outside our door , they were very loud and didn't seem to have any concern for the guests . Overall it's a great place to stay it was just a bit too noisy early morning.

Die Lage ist super, da es nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Wir haben die Unterkunft genutzt, um unseren Mietwagen am nächsten Tag abzugeben. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und es war ruhig, abgesehen vom leisen Verkehrslärm, der uns persönlich nicht gestört hat.

I liked that it was near a 7 11. I liked the coffee quite small though for the price. Food was nice. Staff were helpful. Beds were good for a short stay.

Établissement propre et confortable, à 30 min de l'aéroport.

Murs fins, on entend les voisins dans leurs chambres. Le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais. Notre chambre était en face de bâtiment en travaux donc mauvais vis-à-vis.

Ein sehr tolles Hotel im eigenen Stil. Frühstück war hervorragend und im gesamten kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen. Vom Flughafen nur halbe Stunde entfernt.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Zu den Haupt Attraktionen etwas weiter weg. Aber dennoch mit Taxi oder Crab zu erreichen.

Lovely staff. Great reception/ cafe area and really good value for money. Nice to have 7 Elven a few meters away.

Gym could have been better maintained and with some gym mats too. The location is okay with the 7-Eleven nearby but not close to much else, which means a taxi is required to get around. Can take lots of time with frequent bad traffic.

It was really convenient for our short stopover in Bangkok. The check-in and check-out was really quick and efficient. The room was super spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s also nice that there is a 7Eleven just next door. We had breakfast in the hotel as well and it was really good too.
