Very clean. Easy check in. At airport so great for a long layover.

Toilets are far away so prepare for that. Not recommended for claustrophobic people. From be for me as I just slept.

I loved that it was away from the busy loud part of the airport. I could actually sleep, which was great!

Uncomfortable mattress

Location and friendly staff

The mattress was so hard that with an international flight the next day meant I had slept very little and upon landing and a quick a&e visit turns out I had pulled my back... Never again. I didn't mind that the bathroom is upstairs but I do think there should be a portaloo or something near by...

The staff that led me to the capsule were lovely and welcoming. The actual facility itself was brilliant, air conditioned, cosy and sizeable bed, great location in terms of there was a 7 Eleven nearby and lots of restaurant options for food - and obviously the fact that it’s literally at the airport.

It’s a huge shame because otherwise it would’ve been a great stay, but there was construction work right outside my capsule literally all through the night. I believe they were making more pods? It was very frustrating as I’d booked to stay here to build sleep up for my 20 hour journey and I hardly got any sleep. There was drilling, hammering, construction workers generically talking literally up until the early hours - probably 5am? So frustrating. If the company knew that there was going to be construction work, I’m not sure why they allowed bookings to be made on the same evening. I would’ve stayed at a proper hotel if I’d have known.

Nice clean room

Not really has a real front service. It’s just a little tine table with the lady sitting at the hiding corner. I was working around looking for the front 4 times!! I had to help 2 persons looking for the capsule and the locker. There are a few sleeping boxes in the same area. I would try those next time.

Well I had to try it and I was very happy with it....great for those awkward flights that come in on those ridiculous hours like 1 to 3 am. Everything was a breeze as I had self check in due to my late flight. oh and of course there is a 7-Eleven a few feet away. It felt like something out of a sci fi movie like say 5th Element.

Ahhh...yes it was quite a walk to the restroom but, do it before you go to sleep and problem solved.

So convenient for my schedule.

Of course the lack of bathrooms but it was it is.

Convenient thought not simple to find at first. Clean and generous size. Quiet.

No common lounge area, no bathroom and a long walk and up a level to the nearest, no shower available.

Away from people walking past, closeby luggage storage and the Raillink.

Comfortable and good place to get some sleep! The charging ports are helpful, and it’s cool enough inside. The girl who helped check me in was nice. There is also lockers behind to store your items.

It’s close to the transport area, so you can hear a bit of noise

A good place to sleep and rest if you have to transit in Bangkok and don’t want to go outside of the airport

The restrooms near the capsules were all closed so I have to go up to first floor to use one. It was very inconvenient.

I could actually rest

I had a wonderful 15-hour stay at Avagard Capsule Hotel during my layover at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The capsule was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Although the mattress was a little firm, I slept exceptionally well thanks to the quiet atmosphere and the individually controlled air conditioning. The lighting was excellent, especially for doing makeup, and I also appreciated having a personal locker for my luggage and complimentary slippers. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was always cleaning the capsules immediately after guests checked out, which made the whole place feel very well maintained and hygienic. The location is another great advantage. It is situated in the airport's basement, close to many currency exchange counters, affordable restaurants, and several massage shops, making it very convenient during a layover. Overall, I had a very comfortable and restful stay and would happily choose Avagard Capsule Hotel again for a transit stop at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

However, the shared restrooms are located on a different floor. It wasn't ideal to go back and forth, especially late at night, so once I returned to my capsule, I preferred to stay there until morning. Breakfast is not provided, but since this is mainly a short-stay capsule hotel, that wasn't a major issue for me. Finally, the free WiFi was not really working, it was slow.

The directions to get to the hotel is confusing. During night time, Couple customers are wondering is the hotel located in that dark hallway? It’s far from bathroom.

Very convenient to get some rest between flights. The capsule is actually roomy to lay down and still have a backpack. There is a locker connected to your booking with the same password.

There should be bathrooms nearby, not one floor up. I wish you could charge your phone inside the capsule.

Liked the included ear buds to reduce noise of airport. Mattress and pillows clean and comfortable. Charging ports and different types of cabin lights to choose inside. Pretty spacious for a pod

Wasn’t to clear how I was meant to get into it but it was easily resolved after I phoned the number.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable pods. Lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The pods include a locker suitable for two large checked in bags. Check out was easy as the lock on the pods reset after the alloted time finishes so checking out didn't require anything but taking my items and leaving the pod shut.

Nearest toilets were located on the 1F, whereas the pods are located on B1 floor. Not ideal if you have accesibility issues but perfectly managed for me as a solo traveler.

Air conditioning in the unit was quite loud with no way to turn it down thank god we had earplugs, no nearby toilets either have to go to the floor above which is abit annoying

Walk to the bathroom

Location was good. We stayed at the hotel 2 times (1 during transit to our final destination, and 1 also during transit on our way back home 2 weeks later): during day time and during night. The hotel is located after passport control, so you have to get through it first. During day time it took us about 1.5 hours (maybe little less) from the rtime we landed till the time we reached the hotel. But it's worth noting, that it was the first time in this airport, so it took us longer to find the location and to go through passport control (+there were longer queues during day time). On our way back it took us less than and our to get to the hotel since we landed. Both times we had over 10 hour transit, so it was worth it for us. Inside it was clean, wifi worked well, was quite peaceful and quiet inside the capsule.

The price is more that twice higher during the night The nearest toilet is on the other floor, quite far away

It was right in the airport with easy access so finding it was quite easy. The bed was clean, and surprisingly very secure. Enough space for one person to roll around comfortably.

The walls are paper thin and the light from the next-door bunk bed seeped through the capsule. I wished I brought myself an eye mask because it was difficult to sleep. The closest toilet access in aaaaaall the way up as they have no toilet access in the same floor. Users will need to walk around 300m to the nearest escalator, go up, and then once done you need to go all the way back down. I thank God I didn't have bladder issues on that day, else I would rather just sleep in the upstairs toilet.

Check in was quick and easy, there was good security the capsule was easy to access and the interior of the room was clean, comfortable and had wiFi available.

it was quite hard to find the capsules (no signage), and the toilets were not only separate, but on another floor. I never found out how to adjust the A/C.

The staff is very friendly. There is AC in the capsule and bed is comfortable for what it is.

The cost of capsule is not worth for what it is. There’s no closest restroom. (You have to walk all the way upstairs to the floor above, no showers (false advertisement) and when you book (it says you can book two people for one capsule (does not allow two people in one capsule when you get there). It can be noisy when other people are climbing into their capsules.

Very very clean and comfortable, very spacious, easy to access, friendly staff, was possible to store luggage before check-in. We managed to go to the city for a walking tour, got back, and were fresh for a morning flight.

I slept here for one night, because I was in transit through Bangkok and the flight was the next morning, very early. This way I gained about 2 hours of sleep and the taxi money that I would have had to take to get to the airport at dawn. The "room" is big enough to sleep even 3 people, if it were allowed. The only problem is that you can't stand up. Clean, good mattress, no strange smells. You are also allocated a locker for a medium-sized luggage. The girl at the "reception" didn't speak much English but was kind. You can hear some noise from the ARL train, whose station is nearby, but no more than you hear the street noise in a hotel in a busy city. Good Wi-Fi. All in all, for one night and when you have a very early flight, it's a good option

One disadvantage is that you have to use the airport toilets and there are none very close. The price, 50 euros/night, high for a hotel like this.

No one was waiting at the reception. There was a sign saying be back in 15mn and i waited 1 hour maybe more. and i had to book another box to another company and never used he capsule i bought and never got refund

The pod was nice. It was clean. It was a good prices.

Air conditioner did not cool unit below 29°c. It ran constantly foil pipe was frosty. Buttons and controllers did not work. Digital clock did not work.

Convenient and clean to get a few hours of sleep.

So clean and does not smell like anything at all! And in remote/quiet part of the airport. Cool looking capsule. This was my second stay in 2 weeks. I was actually looking forward to sleeping there again :) Love the luggage storage, super white sheets, comfy pillows and adequate airflow. They provide a small water and ear plugs. Super convenient right by money changers, morning coffee, train station, long term luggage storage etc. would stay again in a heartbeat.

Have to go far to use the public toilet (and if you want a shower - only option is a lounge).

Из удобств внутри - салфетки, беруши и вода. Много места, зарядки. Было тихо. Негабаритны багаж бесплатно сдали до удобного для меня времени (позже ,чем было выселение).

В этот раз не работал туалет. Приходилось ходить на 1 этаж. Внутри очень холодно. Укрывалась с головой и прикрывала подушкой стык двери, потому что оттуда сильно дуло.

Super comfy easy to find right in the airport so in between my arriving international to following domestic flight it was perfect only downside no bathroom on that floor gotta go up a level
