Samsun Osmanli Otel

Immer wieder gerne

Despite booking a Superior room we were given an old one that did not match the photos. The bathroom was not nice and not clean enough. The receptionist made us wait an hour for our room despite our arriving after the check-in time, without apology. The lobby bathrooms were also not nice.

Our reservation was not honoured and we paid a lot more. The room was clean but soundproofing was non-existent. Noise from other rooms and toilets was very loud and disturbing.

Samsun’a geldiğimizde yine aynı yerde kalırız.

I stayed in the suite with a view of the city. Very nice room, friendly staff, comfortable area downstairs for breakfast, close to a tram stop for access to nearby beaches.

On arrival, the receptionist failed to recognise that i have already paid for my booking in advance at the time of my booking and charged me 5400 liras, it only when i complained to expedia that i had my refund...but oddly, when i was charged by expedia, in the first place, they charged more....suggests, that the hotel put me up in a less standard room in the first place. And then on checkout, i asked for a taxi to return to the airport and the hotel asked me to pay 700 liras....but the taxi i had to get from the airport to the hotel originally costed me 220 liras.

Eski bakımsız hayal kırıklığı yarattı bende

Excellent hotel! good location! I recommend to all!

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale pulito e bene arredato. In camera ho trovato una favolosa poltrona/amaca relax.personale cortese e cordiale

I think I got a bad room on the 4th floor. It was very noisy at night, the soundproofing is very week. The breakfast was poor and very limited.

Practically no windows. One person talks in the hotel all the rooms hears him/her. We herd baby crying whole night. Well intentioned staff but it did not overcome property shortcomings.

Good place. Clean. Staffs good

Odalar tuvalet kokuyordu. 2 odada kaldık 1. Gün bu şikayet ile başka 2 odaya geçtik. Geçilen odalarda sprey kokusu gidince aynı koku duyuldu.

Genel olarak memnun kaldım temizliği iyiydi sıcak su güzeldi. Kahvaltıda yeterli ve doyurucu. Tavsiye edilir fiyat permormans olarak iyi

Very nice otel in very nice location near Gar tramway station and all buses markets is beside the otel also Room is big and clean Staff very friendly i would say thanks to Sanaa , she talk very well english and she help me in everything

Bana göre hiç temiz degil, Banyo yapmaktan bile vaz geçtim.

The hotel location is excellent, the room and the service are very good

Odadaki kahve fincanlari maalesef kirliydi. Bir gecelik konaklama icin tercih edilebilir.

Very nice hotel with very good service , clean and personnel good attitude and ready to help in any problem! Big plus for the personnel.

I was very happy with my choice and stay at this hotel, very nice hotel , very good services and very nice personnel. If I will ever return to Samsun I will definitely stay at this hotel again! 10+ for evreting 🙏

We stayed here just for one night as we were traveling around Turkey. We thought it was a great value for the location and comfort. The staff were lovely, spoke English very well, and the breakfast was super. They even knew how to provide a vegan friendly breakfast!

Ses yalitimi cok kotu bizim sansimiza yan odamiza cok gurultu yapanlar denk geldi ve geceyi uykusuz gecirdik

Otel gerçekten her anlamda iyiydi. Temizlik, konfor olarak çok güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim .

the staff were friendly, breakfast was a huge disappointment services was primal not recommended at all

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Location is close to metro easy to reach all places in Samsun. Personnel was friendly and helpful.

Oda temiz ve ferahti. Calisanlar yardimciydi. Ama kahvalti bekledigim gibi degildi. Kahvalti almazsaniz hem lokasyon hem temizlik bakimindan tavsiye ederim.

Teilweise unzufrieden.

Nice and clean

Çok güzel bi otel herkese tavsiye ediyorum

Oda genel itibariyle iyiydi.

Decent enough for the price, but there’s nothing to do nearby. And, even though when you book the hotel it says breakfast is included they tell you in the morning it’s not.

it was good, Clean and center area. The staff were nice and very respect.
