Dat het aan een drukke weg zit. Dus je hoort wel het één en ander.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Alles was naar behoren. Ze hebben eigen parkeer service je geeft de sleutel af en zij zorgen voor parkeren en wanneer je met auto weer weg wilt gaan brengen ze het.
Eerste dag was de kamer niet verlucht het was lang stilgestaan. Maar volgende dag was het netjes opgeruimd en de kamer was weer fris en schoon

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Прекрасная локация: отель расположен в самом центре города. Вид из окна открывался на красивый, ухоженный парк и море. Номер просторный, чистый. В ванной комнате - большая столешница, можно было удобно все разместить. Парковку предоставили. Персонал очень любезный, стараются помочь. Завтрак подавался на крыше отеля, откуда открывался потрясающий вид на Самсун и море.
Лично мне не понравилось, что при наличии свободных номеров нам предложили номер с неисправным кондиционером. Сотрудники знали об этой проблеме, но решили, видимо, что и так сойдет. Правда, по нашей просьбе номер тут же поменяли. Сантехника в ванной комнате уже очень уставшая. Но, в принципе, это не испортило нам впечатления от отеля и самого города.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Die Lage ist top, man kann zu Fuß zur Tourismusinformation, zur Uferpromenade und etlichen Museen, die nächste Haltestelle zur Tram ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch waren nicht vorhanden, aber es gibt ja Übersetzungsprogramme. Hiermit wurde ich bereitwillig und gut informiert und bedient.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Hotel byl velmi čistý, pokoj dobře vybavený a snídaně výborná. Velmi příjemná byla zejména slečna na snídani, která mi každé ráno připravovala skvělou tureckou kávu. Jako zahraniční host jsem však postrádala lepší služby a komunikaci v cizím jazyce. Překvapilo mě také, že během desetidenního pobytu po mně bylo požadováno průběžné denní placení, což na mě působilo dojmem určité nedůvěry, jako by panovaly obavy, že odjedu bez uhrazení pobytu.🙄😂😂 Chyběly mi také informace o místních zajímavostech, doporučení výletů nebo pomoc s dopravou. Větší zaměření na potřeby zahraničních hostů by celkový dojem z hotelu výrazně zlepšilo.
Největším zklamáním pro mě byla omezená nabídka služeb pro zahraniční hosty. Komunikace byla velmi obtížná, protože personál hovořil pouze turecky. Již před příjezdem jsem se dotazovala na možnost transferu a návštěvy hamamu, ale dostala jsem pouze stručnou odpověď, že hotel tyto služby nezajišťuje. Přitom by stačilo doporučit vhodné místo nebo pomoci s objednáním taxi. Nepříjemně mě překvapilo také to, že během desetidenního pobytu po mně bylo požadováno průběžné placení ubytování. Situace se naštěstí vyřešila díky mé kolegyni, která komunikovala s recepcí. Chyběly mi také turistické informace, doporučení zajímavých míst v okolí nebo pomoc s dopravou. Domnívám se, že větší jazyková vybavenost personálu a aktivnější přístup k potřebám zahraničních hostů by úroveň služeb výrazně zlepšily.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Amazing location and very spacious room. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay very relaxing. I was also able to check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very poor. Most of the time I couldn’t connect at all, and when I did, it was extremely slow, so I didn’t have any or a good internet connection during my stay. Also, the staff felt a bit cold and not very welcoming.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Отель находится в очень хорошей локации. Шторы практически блекаут, что для меня было очень важно. Кровать удобная и большая. Персонал с ресепшена очень вежливый и каждый раз при моем появлении вставал, что меня смущало, ведь я ходил курить на улицу))..номер с видом на парк и море тоже очень понравился. Прямо напротив отеля растёт дерево на котором живут сотни птиц, при этом их звуков практически не было слышно в самом номере. Если я вновь окажусь в этом городе, то точно выберу именно этот отель.
Если придираться, то не хватало русскоговорящих каналов на телевизоре..но это если придираться.

First time was nice, but second time hotel told me they cancelled booking and now I have to pay more than it was on booking price it was late and I payed later I found out booking wasn't actually cancelled but I jist got scammed. Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Die Lage war Top Central, Zimmer mit Meerblick. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter. Frühstücksbuffet erstklassig, Riesenauswahl. Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Unser Fahrzeug wurde eingeparkt und bei Abreise wieder vor das Hotel gestellt.
Wc Deckel war Lose und ist bei Ankunft sofort heruntergefallen. Wlan im 6. Stock so gut wie nicht vorhanden.

When I booked the accommodation, I left my card details for payment. When i enter the hotel they literally asked me to pay for the accommodation from the hotel door, took me behind the counter to show me that it hadn't been charged, and I left the accommodation more than a month ago as if I knew by heart when something was taken from my account, pointless. They explained that I had to give them my card's CVC number, which is not given to anyone. Then I asked them to pay through booking.com and barely got the room key to check in. Literally after 3 minutes the phone in the room rings, in 5 minutes an employee comes to call me to come down to the reception. In the meantime, I update the CVC number on Booking.com and when I was at reception tell them that but they tell me that they can't charge through Booking.com again because they don't cooperate with them so it's unclear how I left the reservation in the first place, they say they can't do it because of their bank, but I can pay with a card on the spot, which I did in the end.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Wir wurden vom Personal herzlich empfangen und uns wurden bei den Koffern geholfen. Das Personal hat uns zum Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und die Einrichtung mit den Spiegeln hat mir gefallen. Zum Frühstück gab es ein Buffet mit sehr viel Auswahl. Da es uns die erste Nacht gefallen hat, haben wir uns für die Nacht vor dem Weiterflug wieder für dieses Hotel entschieden. Zwei Nächte dazwischen waren wir in einer anderen Stadt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel vom Herzen.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Otel genel olarak iyi ama küçük ayrıntılara dikkat etmeleri gerekli. Temizlik, yatak konforu iyi klima iyi. Ama mesela banyo temiz fakat yukarıdan su akmış olabilir. Fakat lekeler ve kabarmalar var. Lavabo musluğu fazla geride. Lavabo tezgahı birleşim yeri kararmış düzeltimesi gerekli. Daha bunun gibi bir kaç küçük düzeltilmesi gerekli yer var. Ben sektörden geldiğim için dikkatimi çekti. Ama günün sonunda bu otelde tekrar kalırmıyım. KESİNLİKLE EVET. söylediklerim sadece küçük şeyler.
