I LOVE ALISON AND NICHOLSON!!! They made the stay so fun and nice. The villa was BEAAAAUUUUUUTIIFULLL. All amazing. Beyond - jackson
This was our first trip to Grenada, but it will not be our last! Silversands is a 10+++! From Laurent, the manager, on down the staff is amazing! From the service they provide, it seems they’re all invested in a peerless guest experience. First, in addition to being beautiful, it is immaculate. I’m the freak that looks in corners–not a dust ball not a stray hair anywhere. The property manages simultaneously to feel expansive and intimate. I could go and on, but you should just go!
The resort is stunning, the staff was beyond accommodating, kind, cheerful, welcoming, our Villa was magnificent. The Beach is wonderful. We had a Magical vacation.
By far the nicest hotel on the island. Amazing service, very good food, pleasant, always helpful staff. The roads are currently in disrepair, but I would recommend renting a car or at least getting out and about around the island. it is very beautiful and we saw almost no tourists at the other beaches and the many waterfalls.
Celebrated my 30th with the family and had an excellent time, particularly loved the 24/7 gym access and the spa. Room was great with a nice view, housekeeping services and staff in general were very pleasant and helpful. Special mention to Michael Noel who assisted us from check-in check-out and ensured we had a superb stay. Thanks again to alllll for my amazing bday!
From beginning to end, our experience at Silversands was simply incredible. Perhaps we didn’t know what to expect as it was our first time visiting Grenada but to our surprise, this was one of the best Caribbean vacations we’ve ever taken. The people here (on the island and at the hotel) are soooo nice! Just after booking, we received several inquiries from the property about making arrangements for pickup, reservations, excursions, room preferences, etc.. The staff was beyond accommodating. Then when we arrived, the lobby entrance’s curb appeal let us know instantly that we’ve landed in our new luxurious home for the week. The rooms are gorgeous, views are breathtaking and overall experience left us not wanting to leave. Little touches like a welcome snack and wine, a delicious breakfast spread, complimentary bottled water, beach yoga, weekly bonfire bbqs and so much more make this such a wonderful place. We also visited the sister property (beach house) which was equally as amazing though slightly smaller. The water was a bit more rough there but still fine for swimming. I can go on about the great restaurants, service and impressively long swimming pool but you get the point. If you want a new, posh, luxurious experience for the discerning traveler, this is it. Enjoy!
We had a king ocean view penthouse room. Fantastic view, exquisite room design and overall quality. The interior designs used at the resort are very 'Scandi'/modern and minimalistic style, which we love, all of very high quality. Everything seemed very new, extremely well kept and cleanliness was superb. The resort is quiet and has a atmosphere of what I would call 'discrete elegance and sophistication'. Location at Grand Anse beach is great - small restaurants and bars along the beach. Not crowded at all when we were there except for last 2 days bc cruise ships decided to dump some passengers on the beach via water taxis (yes, I despise cruise ships and their crowds). Good news even then - no-one will be in front of the resort nor on the next 100-200 years/meters of beach, so not a significant issue really. Staff is very friendly in a way that does not seem forced nor makes you feel like a rich jerk who they are serving bc they have been told to do so. It felt like all were genuinely friendly and helpful. If you are into the full local island experience and want to use the public busses, there is a stop right outside the hotel. If you like more upscale transportation, the staff is very helpful in arranging this. 'Value' is subjective and can always be debated, but we got a good price and a free upgrade via AMEX Platinum, so definitely recommend going that route if you have that card. Beware - if you have to purchase breakfast for outside/extra guests, it's 70 USD per person! Way overpriced for what it is.
Visited with wife and baby in November. An amazing hotel, with excellent staff, service, and location. Will definitely be back!
This was my 4th stay with Silversands and I’m already booked for my fifth stay in 2026. It’s always a wonderful experience. I’ve stayed in the months on June, December, Late April/early May and now late October. It doesn’t matter the month, it’s amazing in all the months. I’ve really enjoyed the daily yoga and Pilates classes (except Sunday) that were added in 2024. Both Herli and Wilson are great. It’s poolside and a wonderful way to start the day.
My husband and I booked this resort intending to enjoy a quiet getaway for a week. Silversands delivered exactly that and more. The property is beautiful and well maintained and the management and staff was very attentive to our needs. The property manager Laurence was exceptionally helpful and came around every morning at breakfast to make sure any concerns were addressed. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options every morning. The room we booked was beautiful, full of light and faced the ocean. We enjoyed the beach and long pool experience and the staff there were super attentive. Overall we were very impressed and plan to come back to Grenada and stay at Silversands again
We needed a peaceful getaway after a particularly difficult past few months. We booked the Silversands just for that reason, and we were not disappointed. Aesthetically it was a beautiful environment and the management and employees were on top of things. We felt very cared for there. I want to thank one person in particular, Laurence, the general manager, she resolved an issue very early in our stay, and she checked with us throughout our stay. Finally Dijon on the waterfront helped my wife and I to master the paddleboard
Really enjoyed staying here, it was quiet, clean and the staff were super attentive. The Spa was good but far too many mosquitoes to be able to spend any time by the pool and the prices dont include taxes which made it a huge shock. Other than that the food is insanely good if you like Thai style food - truly excellent and the time we spent was so relaxing - just what we needed.
I had dinner slat the Grenadian grill the food and service was the best yet, I loved that menu , the ribeye was my favorite also the property was beautiful to an extreme How can I forget the server was a respectable young man he gave the best service he makes us want to come back again thank you silversands
We overall enjoyed our stay at the resort. It was our first time on the island of Grenada, and we both travel a lot and love to experience different upscale, luxurious properties. Check-in was seamless and we were offered refreshing beverages and cool towels on arrival. When given a tour of our suite, which was gorgeously styled and breathtaking, we did not realize some amenities commonly found in hotel rooms were not readily available or missing (no iron and ironing board, or cutlery and plates within the kitchenette). Later on we found out that the rooms are supposed to come with a portable flashlight to aid in walking on the beach in the evening-no flashlight was in our room. Also, we were told the beverages (bottled water, canned soda, sparkling water) in the mini refrigerator were complimentary, with the exception of the alcoholic drinks and the jars of snacks. However, this was not accurate, and we later were informed that only the bottled waters located on the counter were complimentary. The front desk manager Tara was very gracious in resolving this matter. Breakfast is complimentary and decent, but they listed items on the menu or at the counter that were not offered or no longer available (cornmeal porridge, fried bake, plantains). The other front desk manager (gentlemen) was also gracious in resolving this matter too. The pool and cabanas are stunning, and are first come, first serve. The majority staff are cordial and well mannered. The staff who attended to our suite were thorough and amazing. Arranging transportation through the hotel is reliable, but is greatly overpriced, so research your options if it matters to you. And you can also walk up the beach to many great restaurants, just carry along your (room appointed) flashlight if you’re returning to/from dinner, because the beach is sparsely lit at night, but overall extremely safe. My only gripe was their system in keeping track of guests leaving/returning to the property via the beach entry. They need to find a consistent way of keeping track of guests leaving the property, and making sure to be courteous about it. On several occasions, we were suspiciously confronted about whether we were guests. Of course, we would not mind an inquiry to verify guests staying on the property, but on some level, I suspect that their approach with us may have been racial bias-just a heads up. We were told on one occasion, that a staff member at the restaurant (nearest to the beach) did not recognize us, so they wanted to make sure we were guests. Why does it matter if this particular staff member recognized us?? We hadn’t ate at the restaurant yet, and we just arrived the day prior, so why is this particular staff member the reliable sole source of guests on the property? On another occasion, 7pm at night, I noticed a staff member from the same restaurant sneakily watched us walk along side the pool towards the beach, and then abruptly approached us when we reached the beach and started to walk off. He was very off putting and a bit confrontational when approaching us and asking for our room number. He further antagonized us by asking if we wanted a flashlight, and then remarked that if we were really staying on the property, we would know there were flashlights our rooms. Like previously mentioned, there was no flash light in our room; upon return to our room, I also asked the front desk staff where it was located just to be sure. This same staff member only left us alone after I mentioned that I saw him staring at us from the restaurant, so he was very aware that we came from the property. Overall, my friend and I agree that we would return to Silversands, because of the amazing look of the property and the cordiality of the front desk staff and managers. Plus there are other great amenities, like the gym, and complimentary use of the sauna, and spa facilities, and the accessibility to other restaurants via the beach. Overall, we recommend.
We are returnees at Silversands Grenada, and our latest visit was, wonderful, as always! It was a five-star experience from start to finish. From the time we set foot there, we were reminded why Silversands Grenada is the best Luxury resort in the Caribbean. Silversands is an abundantly stylish and elegant setting throughout. Complemented by genuine hospitality from the staff we value so much. The greeting ceremony on arrival to the hotel is a taste of the service excellence Silversands exudes. It was a pleasure to meet Dennis the new manager on arrival . The properties are always well maintained, with beautiful tropical gardens and immaculate beachfront with stunning views from every angle and not to mention the gorgeous Caribbeans largest pool. The villa was as to be expected, a comfort palace and luxury paradise, tastefully decorated, with fully automated blinds and curtains. The culture of maintenance is clearly visible as everything is in perfect shape since our first trip five years ago. Most of all, what distinguishes Silversands from other Caribbean upscale resorts is its conscientious dedication to guest satisfaction. The service staff always surpasses expectations, remembering guest preference and using those little touches that made our stay one to never forget.
Absolutely lovely, high-design resort right on Grand Anse Beach in St. George's Granada. Terrific staff whose first language is English, two nice restaurants, plenty of loungers poolside at a 100 meter long infinity pool. Gorgeous and very well appointed Spa. One hint? Don't rent a car unless you truly like living on the edge of annihilation! Cabs and busses are plentiful and much less stressful.
Absolutely beautiful!
One of the best experience we ever had from the location, facility and staff. It was beyond and above our expectations. A fabulous stay
Beautiful place nice people Michael the manager is amazing, help us with all our needs, I highly recommend this hotel. Kellisha is very welcoming. Everyone is great, I want to live here. We’ll be back soon
Fantastic experience. People are so nice and friendly. Food is Amazing. Very friendly island. Views are Amazing. I will definitely be back again!
Loved my room!
I cannot stop talking about this entire experience! It was amazing! From the pick up at the airport to the drop off to return home it was fantastic. The staff, the room, the food, and the pool facilities. EVERYTHING!! 10/10 recommend!!!!
It feel like home, everything and everyone we came in contact with was amazing, the beach was out of this world more so BBC one of our favorite 😍 will be back there in that very said hotel was was really welcoming and comfortable.
Stayed at the Beach House which was wonderful. Went to the Spa at Siver Sands Grand Anse for massage. Shadie has magical hands, best massage ever.
Absolutely AMAZING stay! Hotel was stunning but service was over the top. We felt so special and so well-cared for. Thank you!!
I would like to extend my deepest thanks to the entire Silversands team. On 9.6.2025, my now-fiancé proposed to me on the beach at Silversands, and it was truly the proposal of my dreams. The team went above and beyond, working closely with my fiancé to ensure every detail was perfect. From start to finish, they made this moment more magical than I could have ever imagined. We celebrated with a beautiful dinner alongside friends, enjoyed the beach and infinity pool, relaxed at the spa, and stayed in a stunning villa. Every aspect—from the food and drinks to the service, atmosphere, and accommodations—was exceptional. The staff worked tirelessly to create an experience we will cherish forever. I wholeheartedly recommend Silversands for proposals, weddings, honeymoons, special events, birthdays, and vacations. Words cannot fully capture my gratitude—thank you for being such an important part of this once-in-a-lifetime moment.
It was an amazing trip and the hotel made it even more memorable. Service was great, food was great, the staff are well trained…. Great job to the Silversand team!
I travel a lot. This was my ninth international trip this year so far and I would rate Silversands Grande Anse definitely my best hotel experience this year and one of my best ever. Superb. You will definitely see me again. Thank you.
Loved it!!! Silver Sands Grenada was absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. The pool was gorgeous at night, the room was full of amazing amenities, and the bathroom was my favorite part. The entire resort felt luxurious and beautifully designed. Highly recommend if you want to indulge in a fancy stay.
Silversands Grand Anse is an extraordinary boutique type hotel located on the warm and welcoming island of Grenada. A contemporary design combining wood and concrete with a matching tropical landscape, makes SSGA a unique hotel in Grenada. Spacious and accommodating rooms with large balconies overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Excellent air conditioning, ample bathroom and plenty of closet space. Power outlets for 120 and 220 power appliances. The most important asset at SSGA is its staff. A team of service-oriented individuals such as Chef Avonel during breakfast and lunch at Grenadian Grill, Chef Sommei during dinner at Asiatique. Asiatique offers an ample Pan-Asian menu with excellent ingredients and flavors. Sabrina, Princess, Rehanna at Grenadian Grill provides you with a kind and genuine 5-star service. Akimon and Djohn at the beach, made sure our umbrellas and lounge chairs were always ready for us to enjoy the hotel's beautiful beach. Overall, Laurence and Dennis operate this hotel and instill a 5-star service to its team and consequently to their guests.
Stayed here on a quick trip for the 4th of July holiday and really enjoyed my time. The room I stayed in had an ocean view and was nice to behold during sunrise and sunset. The hotel is next to some local things to do and eat in case you want to venture out. I didn’t try all of the dining options, but the buffet on the weekend and breakfast were my favorites with good local and international cuisines. The spa is aesthetically the best one I have seen yet. I would like to extend my appreciation for Princess who set a fine example of the quality to be expected at this establishment. Her friendly, welcoming nature immediately created a warm atmosphere of professionalism and care. She is a real asset to the team at Silversands.
We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and babymoon at Silversands Grande Anse. It was such a relaxing vacation we definitely plan on coming back with baby and family! It was nice to hop to the Beach House resort to experience the tranquility of the beach as well.
The resort was everything I imagined—and more. After seeing the ad on TikTok and reading the glowing reviews, I was sold and knew I had to experience it for myself. I’d like to give special recognition to the following staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable: Merrick, Laurence, Becky, Sabrina, Vadie, Rehanna, Saskia, and Cashmir. (I didn't get the names of two additional ladies, they are usually together and one is from Egypt as they too deserve recognition). A heartfelt thank you to each of you for your outstanding customer service. Your warmth and professionalism made this experience an absolute joy for both my better half and me. We’re incredibly grateful!
A staycation to celebrate my birthday. I wanted peaceful, relaxed, reflection and that's what those hotel offered. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming which made the customer service experience amazing. This hotel is picturesque, pristine and beautiful. The food, the food, the food......delicious meals, served with smiles. If I had to choose a favourite dining experience over my 2 nights' stay, it'll be dinner at the Grenadian Grill. The mixed salad and grilled fish dish was scrumptious. The waitress was very courteous and pleasant. The breathtaking pool is another element to love and enjoy. My stay was enjoyable and it exceeded my expectations. I'll be returning.
Beautiful place and setting the staff were also lovely and very helpful i will deffo rerurn
Absolutely loved my stay at Silver Sands. I was blown away by the beauty of the property and the kindness received from the staff.
Beautiful property. Amazing friendly staff. Right on beautiful grand Anse beach which made the view & time spent well worth it. Breakfast was delicious, lunch was great. Overall an amazing stay & can’t wait to come back.
A great luxury experience. This resort is beautifully designed and has such friendly staff members. Also, an amazing spa experience.
Everything about my stay at Silversands was five stars. Highly recommended! The staff was always helpful and very friendly.
Everything about this place is 5 stars!! We had an amazing time at Silversands. It is worth the long travel day - just book it!
Staff and service ++++. Location, pool and beach ++++. Top notch place.
Rooms were clean and staff were courteous and attentive. Grenada is the Isle of spice but the hotel food is bland, grossly overpriced (US$85/person for the dinner buffet) , options are limited and not up to standard of a 5-star hotel. Only 2 restaurants on site. Breakfast was just ok, the buffet was the same each day and was usually cold most of the time. I always had to ask the staff to warm my plate. Please spice up the food!
The hotel facilities, beach, and staff were excellent. The restaurant accommodated all special meal requests. I would definitely return.
What a charming gem, discovering both the island of Grenada and Silversands resort! The pools on site are out of this world and beach access is incredibly close. The view is spectacular! Delicious food including breakfast buffet and Asiatique was a fan favorite with awesome curries. The staff is amazing throughout the property but HUGE shout out to Rennate, Shea, Donique, and Nicholson making our stay incredibly convenient and fun! 10/10 would recommend and already dreaming of returning!
The staff was excellent
Went for our 5 year anniversary. From the minute we arrived at the airport to the minute we left the service was impeccable. Room service came 2-3 per day to replace towels, toiletries, and make bed. Pool staff immediately brought out coolers of water and towels when we sat down without hesitation. Restaurant staff greeted us right away and were lovely — kind, attentive, and extremely friendly. Chefs made amazing food at both Grand Anse and Beach house. Our last night we did a private beach dinner, and they set up a beautiful dinner table with 5 year anniversary spelled out in rocks surrounded my tiki torches. Dennis hosted us to a cocktail hour on our second night and was super friendly. Highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting. So much love from the amazing staff here the entire time. Wish we could stay for 4 weeks instead of 4 days.
Silversands Grand Anse is a very special hotel. It's large enough to have great restaurants, bar, fitness center, and spa onsite...but not so large that you feel crowded as a guest. The staff is superb, very welcoming and helpful, from the moment you arrive until you leave. The breakfast buffet is massive. The rooms are sleek, light, and romantic. We will definitely return!
We transferred to this hotel from Six Senses – ironically because Six Senses had the decency to inform us five weeks in advance about nearby building works. They were transparent, so we chose to cancel. We wrongly assumed that this hotel, by contrast, would be a quiet escape. We spent thousands of pounds extra to transfer to this hotel, unaware that we would be walking into a construction zone. We are in Block 1, rooms 125 and 124, where building work is taking place directly behind our room. The noise is unbearable – if you lie on the bed, your head physically vibrates against the headboard. There is no escaping it. Forget sitting on your balcony or relaxing with a book – the entire experience is ruined by the din of heavy machinery digging and drilling along with the constant beep of vehicles reversing. You can’t sit on the balcony. You can’t read. You can’t nap. You can’t relax. Not once were we warned about this. There was no mention during booking, no notice at check-in, no letter in the room, and certainly no apology. The hotel is being extended—this is not minor maintenance. It’s heavy-duty groundwork that will likely go on for at least a year. The fact that this was hidden from guests is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the management appears completely absent. When we tried to speak with someone about the intolerable noise and shaking room (our children genuinely thought it was an earthquake), the manager was nowhere to be found. Instead, someone thought a plate of cookies and a bottle of champagne would suffice as compensation. Frankly, it was insulting. The building work doesn’t even stop at 3pm like UK construction. We left the room at 6pm and it was still ongoing. To be fair, once the dust settles (literally), the rooms themselves are modern and nicely designed. Grenada is a beautiful island with an interesting history. The beach restaurant is excellent. The pool is impressive. Internet is frustratingly patchy. The service is well-meaning but inconsistent, and breakfast varies wildly depending on who’s in the kitchen. But none of this matters if you can’t sleep, relax, or enjoy a moment’s peace. This hotel should not be open during this level of construction. Until it is complete – and until management learns the basics of transparency and guest care – do not stay here.
Nicest resort on the island. Professional, clean, high end. Great breakfast, nice restaurants at resort, walkable beach to some other bars & restaurants along the way. Super nice staff - Tara the front desk, housekeeping prompt, Josh / Dejon at water sports / pool drinks also amazing. Highlighly recommend for a couples get away. Fast wifi + Lots of local US TV Channels. Also you can take a short shuttle to their other property which has an AMAZING beach like its out of a movie!
Excellent. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff.
My wife and I stayed at this resort last month and had an amazing stay. The location on a top notch beach is superb. In addition to swimming we took many walks along the beach, and there is a local crafts/food market along the beach a short distance away. One of the more beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. My wife had a spa treatment which she thoroughly enjoyed, is a gorgeous spa. The pool is incredible, we were told it is the longest infinity pool in the Caribbean. Every other facet of the experience was wonderful; the size, cleanliness and amenities in the room, the attentiveness of the staff,,, just a wonderful experience
We just left Silversands Grenada and are en route back home, but I was eager to jump on and write a review to praise the Silversands team and this property! My wife and I went with another couple and stayed in one of the Villas. The Villa was stunning. Perfectly designed to give everyone a master bedroom and suite. The largest "plunge pool" we've ever had at a private residence and the design and decor were great. We got plenty of use of the Sonos sound system to keep us entertained. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by Dennis (GM) and the Silversands team. All of them were fabulous! The welcome drink was so good that we asked our assistant team to get a pitcher of it for us to continue to have during our stay. Shea and Nick were at our beckon call via WhatsApp the whole trip. Anything we needed from reservations to more ice, etc. they were quick to respond. They had great personalities, and we enjoyed having them help us out! The property itself is beautiful! My wife and I have been fortunate enough visit some incredible destinations around the world, and I can say the Silversands team and the beauty of that infinity pool (longest in the Carribbean) are up there with them all. I had lowered my expectations for dining on property but every meal we had from the delicious breakfast to the dinners at the two restaurants were really good! Another unique perk is the ability to use the spa facilities (pool, sauna, ice cave, etc.) throughout your stay. That's not always the case, so we enjoyed that as well! The beach is great as well. The security team always made us feel safe and welcomed us back on property after going on evening walks. The beach isn't huge, but we never felt like we needed a larger beach given it was never crowded. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who was working the pool and beach area, but he was also very attentive. Stephen also did a great job of remembering our preferences and greeting us with a friendly face. We talked about literally having almost no complaints or "notes" for improvement whatsoever! If I was trying to find something, the one thing I would say is that our villa was fairly close to the main road, so you had a little bit of consistent road noise or honking; however, it never impeded our sleep so it really wasn't an issue but worth noting. While they don't have any tennis/pickleball courts on property at the moment, Dennis let us know they are working on building pickleball courts which will be a great addition! All in all, we were sad to leave the property and didn't know what to expect having not ever traveled to Grenada or Silversands. However, I'd strongly recommend visiting Silversands at Grenada! You won't be disappointed!
The breakfast spread was wonderful and included local dishes. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. The beach is lovely, and who can forget the amazing pool?! I wish I could stay here every time!
Wow, where do I even begin? Our stay at Silversands was honestly one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. From the minute we got there, we were just blown away. The place is beyond beautiful super modern but still feels like you’re in the heart of the Caribbean. The pool alone is worth the trip, and the beach was so peaceful I could’ve stayed there forever. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. Huge thanks to Nandini and the rest of the team they were incredible. So kind and thoughtful, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. You don’t always get that kind of genuine care, and it meant a lot to us. They made us feel more like family than guests. We’re already planning to come back in July because we didn’t want to leave. If you’re thinking about staying here just do it. You won’t regret it! Sabitree Rampersad
Im a Canadian and love good food and to be pampered! Take it from someone that has been to several hotels in Grenada over the past 25 years! Silversands is number 1! Thank you Silversands Grenada for giving my family and I the time of our lives! And there's a kids club!!!
The word perfection does not do this place a justice… what a treat! From arrival to departure, a truly classy experience. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such luxury in my life. Attention to detail and service is impeccable. Staff is friendly, attentive and not overbearing by any means, in fact their presence is felt; not seen… that is truly a feat! We felt like the whole world stopped and we were just living in paradise… if I ever end up back in Grenada this is the place! Thank you for the delicious chocolate, wonderful memories and truly top notch experience; you’ve set the standard! Thank you again for everything you all do, best regards!!!
When someone describes perfection, I will think of my experience at Silversands. It was truly an amazing, beyond words experience. From the moment you arrive, beauty is everywhere. The infinity pool leading to the view of Grand Anse Beach is breathtaking and immaculately maintained. Every member of the resort’s team takes care of you as if you were part of their family. Each one of them was exceptional at what they did and incredibly attentive to your presence and needs. They already knew our dietary restrictions and greeted us by room number and name at every dining location. That level of service is truly topnotch. Silversands is the only resort I’ve ever stayed at that genuinely felt as clean and comfortable as my own home. When we entered our suite, the floor, bedding, shelves, and bathroom all felt as if we were the first and only guests ever to stay there. While swimming in the pool, we were offered various snacks and water, all of which tasted amazing. The entire property felt very intimate and secure, with security stationed at several points to ensure that only resort guests were on the premises. Breakfast included everything you could ever want or nee and it was absolutely delicious. The extra cherry on top of this already incredible experience was the personalized note and gift awaiting us in our suite, thoughtfully prepared to honor the country of Grenada. Silversands has set the bar for what a getaway experience should be in such a beautiful country. I will forever refer friends and family to Silversands Grenada so they too can enjoy the most memorable and amazing experience of a lifetime.
Beautiful property. The staff was welcoming, and very friendly. Dannica, rolando, Dijon, kellisha and the rest of front desk displayed exemplary professionalism and customer service
AMAZING HOTEL!! My friend and I travel all around the world and have stayed in many 5 star hotels & this hotel is in our top 2 favorites ever. Beautiful facilities, kind staff, and felt like we never received a "no" response. I'd give it 6 stars!
I’d rate this higher if I could. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Service was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful. I went in to the trip saying I wasn’t sure I’d be back to Grenada but after staying at this hotel, I’ll definitely be back! Work every penny!
Silversands stay was above and beyond my expectations. I’ve stayed at The Ritz in Grand Cayman and this hotel was even better. Excellent for relaxing. Overall, amazing front desk, restaurants, and beach lounge staff. Incredible infinity pool. Ocean view king room worth every penny. The only con was that since I’m a beach lover the water depending on the day had seagrass. They did have staff all day cleaning it up. If you walked a little further down the beach the water was perfect.
The staff was amazing
Nice room, great pool, helpful people
Silversands Resort offers a beautifully relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway for unwinding. My room was clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. However, I would have appreciated a more powerful fragrance to enhance the ambiance. While the food at the resort was inconsistent, the drinks were outstanding—especially the fresh-squeezed orange and mango juice, which was a delightful touch. The service was exceptional, and I want to extend a special thank-you to Djohn and the pool staff for their attentiveness and hospitality. The bamboo massage I booked was well worth it, adding to the resort’s tranquil appeal. The Tesla pickup was both aesthetically pleasing and a stylish way to arrive. Next time, I would opt to stay at the Beach House and book the VIP airport service for an even more seamless experience. Overall, Silversands Resort shines in its ability to provide a truly relaxing retreat, with top-tier service and luxurious touches.
My stay at Silversands Resort in Grenada was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere was incredibly tranquil and relaxing—exactly what I needed for a perfect getaway. Every penny spent was well worth it. From the welcoming front desk to the attentive cleaning staff, the spa team, and the poolside service—everyone went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The entire staff was professional, warm, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. I would return in a heartbeat.
Staff is attentive, property is beautiful. Beach is calm and safe to walk. Pool is breathtaking No negative comments at all, and I am a tough grader. Food is pricy but phenomenal. We also visited the sister hotel and they are just as attentive and beach is smaller but clean and beautiful. FYI the sister property has complementary shuttles (15 min away ) if you don’t have a car.
Request oceanfront hotel building 1. Building 2 only good if not on far end. View is of small sheds not well kept just to side of property. Woke up to dogs barking at 5 am and roosters at 7 am. Once we moved to center of building 2 all was good. Get to buffet before 9:30 even though it closes at 10:30. They don’t replenish food once it runs out after 9:30 and if you ask they will say yes but it never comes out. All else was a very good property with great pool, gym nice, and access to beach excellent.
This is a truly beautiful resort.
AH-MAY-ZING!! Worth every cent. Beautiful. Immaculately clean. Great service. Delicious food. Attentive staff. Went her because our chosen resort was awful. Everything about this resort was perfect! A little pricey, but worth every cent.
Silversands is truly a slice of paradise and the service, room quality and overall guest experience was incredible from start to finish. Having access to both Grande Anse and the Beach House properties make this hotel a true 5 star experience. Both properties are absolutely stunning yet distinctly unique. We are already planning our next trip back and are so grateful for the incredible staff that make this hotel one of our favorites. A special shout out to the housekeeping team who go above and beyond. Also all of the staff at Asiatique, the entire Beach staff and Stephon. You made our stay extra special. See you again soon!!!
Incredible stay! Extremely clean, staff was all caring and made our stay extra special for my birthday. Amazing Thai food and snacks by the pool. The layout of the hotel makes you feel like you have your own oasis. Need to already plan a trip back!
This hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Our stay included breakfast which was delicious. The staff was very attentive and professional. I will definitely be back and recommend my friends and family to stay at this amazing hotel.
Wonderful experience staying at the villa. Great customer service and attention to detail. Perfect setup for our group with easy beach and pool access. Would definitely recommend if you’re able to get a villa and share it with friends/family. The private pool was the highlight for our kids. The staff was very attentive to all our needs. Thank you for your hospitality!
good place to stay
Wonderful experience from start to finish. The pool is stunning. The sea is clear, calm and beautiful (none of the seaweed some Caribbean destinations are struggling with). It's at the end of Grand Anse beach so not likely to get too much overflow from cruise ships. The beachfront was totally quiet and serene for the entirety of our stay. Service is great. Some earlier reviews noted poor service by the pool, but management must have fixed that as this was definitely not our experience. All the staff were lovely and attentive. We never had to wait for a drink by the pool or anything like that. We would not stay anywhere else on Grenada.
The day pass experience at Silversands makes no sense. Worst on island. I've tried most of the other day passes on island and I expected much more from this hotel. I couldn't wait to leave. A couple of the staff were friendly but the majority of them seemed unpleasant, and unsure as to what the day pass offered. The information given on the phone was different from the info at the front desk when we arrived. It wasn't a welcoming experience at all. Definitely would not return to that hotel.
The reason for this rating is Simple ~ Wilson The Masseuse. Massages are my thing, and I'm very particular with what I need, in terms of pressure and time spent. Wilson was a Miracle worker!!! That is how I felt! Came out literally lightheaded and feeling de~stressed, de~knotted and completely the opposite of how i went in! Appreciating his time and effort. I'm definitely returning for Wilson's hands LOL
Great beach, service and accommodations
Staff was fabulous. Many dining options with great food. Very relaxing piece of paradise
Great location - a short drive or walkable to many things. Beautiful beach and fabulous pool. Service is excellent.
We stayed at the Silversands Grenada for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. It was the best Caribbean experience ever. This property is exquisite, well maintained, and secluded while boasting a beautiful private beach with fantastic sunset view, and close vicinity to its local shopping mall and restaurants. The staff could not have been nicer- right down to the wait staff, maintenance people and pool staff. They were phenomenal, very friendly, attentive, made us feel at home and were always available to answer our questions. Also, I want to recognize Nandini Nootoo, A director of Front of house. She completed our fantastic vacation! Very thoughtful Thank You again. The room was clean, spacious and modern with a fantastic ocean view. We loved opening the panoramic glass doors to see the beautiful turquoise water and listen to the waves everyday. It was a perfect destination for family vacation! The beach and pool were beautiful. Small comp drinks and snacks/fruit given out at the beach were nice touch. Both my wife and my teenage daughter is very picky and selective eater while myself is food/travel lover. Two on site restaurants were great(The Grenadian Grill and Asiatique). The sauces on Lobster Linguine, Penne, and Spaghetti were spot on! In fact, they were tastier than ones that I had in Milan, Italy. Live Jazz at The Grenadian Grill was a huge PLUS. Well done !! Kudo to a chef at Asiatique as well!! Pad Thai kung along with Stir fried rice were very tasty.

We had a generally very nice experience at the Silver Sands. It wasn’t perfect, but unless you are paying zero attention and have no expectations, there’s no such thing as perfect. The property itself is lovely for the most part. Very modern. It’s a nice manageable size. It feels at once spacious and intimate. The developers did their best to create the illusion of a resort isolated from the outside world. More on that later. Across the board, the staff are friendly, outgoing, and hard-working. There were some occasional missteps in service here and there, and some operational shortcomings, but we have found that this is generally the case at resorts across the entire Caribbean at every price point. Silver Sands is a relatively young resort, and they are still finding their way in some areas, but they are already largely ahead of the curve. Unlike so many other places we’ve stayed, we encountered no one with an attitude or anyone who didn’t seem to like or want to do their job. The concierge team was particularly on their game. We are not super high maintenance people, but every request we made was met quickly and efficiently. And unlike other resorts, we never overheard any other guests complaining about anything having to do with the concierge team. Based on earlier reviews, the food and beverage team has upped their game considerably. We had consistently tasty food, served by friendly, knowledgeable staff in a mostly timely manner. There were a couple of speed bumps here, but overall we were quite happy with the restaurant and bar service, despite the high prices of some things. We have spent more money at other resorts for much less in terms of quality and service. While there were some small gaps in housekeeping’s consistency, they were more a source of confusion than anything else. The room was always kept very clean, if somewhat unevenly restocked here and there. The spa was nice enough, and the treatments were competent, but it was far from our favorite Caribbean spa experience. It felt a bit understaffed, particularly in the maintenance department. There were some stained towels and random half finished drinks lying about in the changing areas, and one worker was mopping the floor directly in front of us while we were trying to relax after our treatments. The shortcomings in the food/beverage, housekeeping, and spa areas are a fairly easy fix with continued training. But there are some things about the Silver Sands which cannot be fixed. In 14 years of Caribbean travel, we have never stayed at a luxury resort that was so closely situated to a fairly loud and busy road, with so many tightly packed neighboring homes and businesses. St. George’s is a densely populated high traffic area of Grenada, and Silver Sands has insinuated itself in the thick of it. Throughout our stay, we were reminded of this, via barking dogs, chickens, car horns, sirens, loud music from passing cars and/or bars down the beach, etc. We still had a relaxing time in general, but the property is simply not remote or isolated in any way. If you can afford one of the 3 or 4 bedroom villas on the beachfront, you may not notice the hustle and bustle of St. George’s as much. But we were in one of the two hotel buildings situated behind the villas. And that was one of the major drawbacks of our stay. We were in building 1, which was the reportedly quieter of the two, based on previous reviews; somewhat further away from the barking dogs in the area. But the downside of being further away from the dogs was that we were directly behind one of the two restaurants. On our first night, we were kept awake by a loud, repetitive mechanical sound coming from the restaurant. We couldn’t figure out what it was, but we called the front desk and the next day the sound was mitigated for the most part. But the constant droning of the restaurant’s refrigeration/air conditioning, and the regular coming and going of staff and small vehicles, bringing supplies, linens, plates, etc. to and from the restaurant was not only visible, but highly audible from our balcony, and inside the room, all day and most of the night, until about midnight, every day. They built a busy restaurant in front of a large portion of their smaller rooms. There’s no getting around that. It may be a non-issue for some, but it’s worth noting if you are looking for quiet serenity. Again, this wasn’t a complete deal breaker for us, but it took a bite out out of the relaxation factor. The beach was very close, relatively speaking, to our room, but we couldn’t hear the ocean at all over the sounds of the constant industry directly below us. Unfortunately, we were also not able to find much serenity at the beach itself as often as we would have liked. It’s quite a small portion of beach, which has the benefit of being easy to get to and from on the property, but carries a distinct disadvantage when it comes to having to listen to your neighbors’ constant talking or smelling their cigarettes. If you are used to crowded busy resorts with beach chairs a couple of feet apart from each other, you may not have any issues with this. But we have stayed in places where your nearest neighbor is several yards away and you are able to enjoy the natural beauty of a quiet beach in peace. The close nature of the beach chairs also made it difficult to stay in the shade of the smallish umbrellas. As the sun shifted, we kept having to move our chairs and inch closer and closer to our neighbors to avoid getting sunburned. There were also not enough umbrellas for all the chairs, and I witnessed a little bit of drama regarding that. Service at the beach, in terms of getting towels and drinks was mostly very good. There were some days when we had to chase people down for something, but overall I would say the beach service is fine. The staff is as friendly, hard working, and helpful on the beach as they are everywhere else on the resort. On a positive note at the beach; we were regularly treated with small gratis refreshments and snacks on a regular basis…much more frequently than anywhere else we’ve stayed. As a middle-aged couple seeking a peaceful beach retreat, we were largely satisfied for 6 of our 7 nights. People were mostly chill. The pool was populated by the occasional swimmer(s) looking to cool off or take a few laps. The cabanas lining the pool were sparsely populated with people doing low-key things like napping or reading. We were lulled into thinking this must be an adults-only resort. But on our last day, we were starkly reminded that it is not an adults-only resort. A family with three young boys arrived and promptly turned the elegant infinity pool into a football field. There was much yelling and screaming. It completely changed the vibe of the pool area, and the resort itself. For our last day and a half, they dominated the pool and could be heard carelessly carrying on, their cacophony reverberating throughout the resort, audible even in our room with the windows closed and earplugs in place. (I am constantly disappointed and embarrassed by my fellow Americans’ inability to read the room.) Silver Sands seems perfectly poised to be an adults-only resort. I strongly feel this could give them an edge over the other child-friendly chain hotels populating the island. We feel very lucky to have spent the majority of our time at the resort in a relatively calm child-free environment. But the arrival of that one family on our last day was a reality check, and it will definitely impact our decision to return. Silver Sands is a bit of an anomaly. It clearly strives to be a sophisticated five star property with five star service, but this seems to be an ambitious goal, in the face of being situated directly on top of a neighborhood of working local Grenadians, with copious chickens and dogs, and a smallish crowded beach, If you are staying in the rarified air of the beachfront villas, you could very well escape the misgivings we had with the resort. But if you are staying in the hotel buildings, be prepared for a somewhat variable, sometimes frustrating, and slightly cramped experience that raises some existential questions about what a five star resort is doing in the middle of all of this.
Great staff and service all around. Everything was top tier and very clean. They were able to find me roses last minute. And the beach staff was amazing! The massage service was beyond great as well & very personable. I can’t wait to come again
Such an amazing hotel and country! The resort was so nice and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. The food was delicious too. We went on several excursions and they were great. It's right on the beach and has some of the best views. Would visit again!
Flawless resort and exceptional beach. If you enjoy huge modern room, gorgeous pool that is beachside and the friendliest service ever, stay here. They dust sand off your beach chair, bring treats all day long, provide kayaks, paddle boards and snorkel equipment. Spa visits included! Breakfast amazing! Special thanks to D’John at the beach, he represents your resort perfectly! See you next time! Eileen and Ken Migden
The resort is beautiful and well maintained and the staff provides exceptional service
Amazing resort with fantastic workers. Food options were good and there were plenty of places along the beach where you could go for different options. The beach was calm and clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay currently planning a trip to return.
Amazing experience. Silversands and all we got to experience was amazing. Can't wait to come back.
Wonderful experience. Second to none!
From checking in, lazing by pool and beach club silversands was truely amazing. The rooms are very clean and spacious and have alm the amenities you need. We stayed 5 nights and dined in both restauraunts and also walked down the beach to several other close by places, the staff were so helpful and were always available.
A very worthwhile stay in Grenada. Staff, location, service, food are all sublime. We highly recommend!
It was fabulous
Everything was top notch, including the service, amenities, grounds, views, spa, and location to beach.
Beautiful property, small with limited things to do and not alot of eating options, 1 lunch option and 1 dinner
It doesn’t get better than this!
Would recommend property
If I could rate this hotel higher than 5 stars I would. Hotel is amazing and the staff were gracious and friendly. Did not want to leave.
Excellent service
A beautiful hotel with the most friendly & helpful staff!
