Went here for my proposal to my (now) fiance. Amazing place with amazing people! Would also highly recommend the boat ride ;)

I stayed for one week and was working remotely doing sales calls. I loved everything about Bosko but most of all the staff were just amazing. They went above and beyond in every way. The internet was very fast and reliable. The facilities were excellent and the location was super convenient right next to town.

There was nothing i didn't like.

Excelente ubicación, la atención del personal es seguramente la mejor que he tenido en cualquier hotel que he estado, muy tranquilo y bonito.

La relación calidad precio no es adecuada, incluso con el precio que conseguí (un 20% menos de lo usual), sigue siendo muy alto. Aún así le doy 9 estrellas porque el hotel si es excelente, solo que el precio si es más alto de lo que debería. Y digo esto basado en mi experiencia de haber estado en muchísimos hoteles de alta categoría y que fueron muy acordes en relación calidad-precio.

The jazzuzi

This is not a luxury experience as priced and advertised. The staff did their best but were clearly poorly trained. The food is ok but not great and they didnt even have basic things like oranage juice. The property is overall dated and so is the rooms. The room also had a health and safety issue a low steel bar thats part of the structure that you can easily hit your head on at night time when visibilty is poor. I will include a picture youll see what im talking about. Overall it was very disappointing for £240 a night its really worth £70 a night no more.

Staff was great. Property very unique and beautiful.

Would be great to have hooks or hangers for towels. With the rain impossible to hang outside.

Our stay at this hotel was super nice. The property offers breathtaking views over the lake. We stayed in the Presidential Suite — spacious, elegant, and well designed. Even if you’re not staying in a top-tier suite because (its quite expensive and is mostly in the shadow) this hotel is still worth visiting: A) you still have a pool on the “rooftop area” with stunning views B) The hotel’s restaurant is extraordinary, both for breakfast and dinner. Every meal was beautifully prepared & delicious.

As mentioned the presidential suite is overpriced as we needed to go to the common pool to get sun.

It's a place that meets all expectations, with great service and excellent food. Highly recommended.

la señalizacion para acceso al hotel puede mejorar, es necesario que pongan un rotulo sobre el porton de entrada para que no haya ninguna perdida al momento de llegar.. podrian decorar de forma mas romantica las habitaciones sin que eso genere un costo adicional.

Way too overpriced. Demasiado costoso para lo que ofrece, lo único es que la habitación es en forma de iglú, de resto es muy normal. El desayuno tiene pocas opciones y es pequeño, las zonas húmedas muy pequeñas. Nos tocó lloviendo en la noche y no hay techo en los senderos para llegar a las habitaciones, la electricidad no funcionaba bien, ni el WiFi, ni el aire acondicionado, ni la señal de celular. La habitación no tiene cortinas o blackout y no tiene privacidad. No es un lugar top para el precio que tiene, si costará un tercio de lo que cobran depronto sería más acorde a lo que ofrecen.

Escribi desde 5 pm al chatear para preguntar horarios restaurante y nadie me respondió. Llego 8pm al hotel y mientras ne registro son las 8 y 40 pm. Y nadie me alertó que cerraba cocina y x solob10 minutos no pude cenar. Aparte nadie nos ayudó con maletas y nos entregó la habitación para saber el funcionamiento

Very nice, excellent staff

We really loved that every room had a view. Really from every place on the property there was a view. The staff was really great! The bed warmers were phenomenal. We loved the welcome drinks. The amenities including kayaking and the bonfire were also great.

It felt like every time we went to order something, they were out. Like out of at least one thing on the menu every day. We wanted tortellini, out. We wanted cake, out. We asked for a watermelon gin, out! Aside from this, everything you order takes about 30 minutes plus. Even drinks. Breakfast in the morning was easily an hour. Additionally, you cant REALLY take a shower after 8pm as in thunderstorms every night. I also feel like bringing your luggage up after your stay is a bit much ONLY because it’s very uphill!

Absolutely hands down the most unique and luxurious place we have ever stayed. We had zero complaints. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. It was very easy to get to places around the area including to Guatape. The mushrooms were spacious and especially enjoyable to stay in during night time thunderstorms.

We loved the concept,our room was so nice and clean. All the requests that we had were accomplished. Everything worked properly and the service was excellent. The restaurant was sooo delicious!

I recently stayed in what was called the Mushroom Room at this glamping hotel. While the concept sounded charming, the experience was a bit less comfortable than expected. We had to walk about five to seven minutes over a very rocky and slippery path in the rain to reach our room. Once we got there, we found out the washroom was actually outside, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. Given the chilly weather—around 15 or 16 degrees Celsius—showering outside in the rain was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the room didn’t have any window shades, so we were woken up by bright daylight at around 6 AM. On top of that, there was no heating inside, and it was pretty cold at night. Overall, I felt these details should have been made clear in advance. Unfortunately, the hotel was unwilling to offer a refund when we chose not to stay. If you’re considering booking, just be aware of these factors so you can be prepared."

The view was amazing. They also offered a canoe which was a nice activity. The jacuzzi was nice, too!

Overall, completely overpriced for what it is. Aside from the great views and the location, there are big differences in the mushrooms. Mushroom 5 was quite nice with plants and vases which made it feel really cozy. Mushroom 6 had basically nothing besides a bed and some cold looking furniture. There were dead flies and butterflies on the floor which I - of course we are in nature - accept but not if they just cleaned it 10 min ago. The bed did not really get warm and the bed heating they offer did not work. There is no heating in the room and it gets very cold during the night. Some things that do not fit to the high price of this place are that they don’t offer a free bottle of water in the room (you can’t drink the tab water), nor an espresso machine or something. The breakfast was an absolute joke - you could choose one (!) dish per person which was in fact some egg with champignons but super small and some fruits. Everything else was on additional costs. Its not a problem if the hotel costs not a lot, but for this high priced hotel I would expect way more than a tiny dish. Overall, it did not match the expectations and it is definitely not worth its price. It felt like a bit of a tourist trap to me. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The stay was very nice and relaxing. The area is beautiful with multiple excursion options. We did helicopter ride, boat ride, coffee tour, and massages. All were awesome experiences! Highly recommend. Only negative was not having room cleared one day.

Rooms are getting old. Pool isn’t nice. Cocktails are made with cheap alcohol and there is no bar. Feels like owners are just here to cash in but no attention to guests. Same with check in at 3pm when the room was ready much before… just to try and charge early checking fee

The mushrooms are great and spacious with a great view on the lake. They have aircon and heated mattress for the cold at night. The outdoor shower is great. The sky pools are amazing!

They charged 4$ for a toothbrush which should be for free with that price for a room. Also no drinking water in your room, you need to pay extra for it. I would not order the tasting menu as it’s a bit pricey for what you get, just order a la carte.

Nature oriented glamping experience. Simple but detail oriented with everything you need to be comfortable while feeling very connected to the local ecosystem. We loved the jet skiing experience and the massages. Food was outstanding. Staff was wonderful.

Food and staff were excellent, and the activities offered we varied and attractive. We did a private boat ride and it was excellent. It's a gorgeous location and we felt safe.

-Perfect location, close to the rock, in the midst of a huge tourist attraction but does not feel like it. -Most exquisite food in 3 weeks Columbia. -Beautiful view over the lake from the pool and our privat jacuzzi. -Friendly and helpful staff -Outdoor shower -Kajaking on the lake

What a great experience, gorgeous property offering an experience that's truly unique in the middle of nature. Best shower of my life in the outside in the sunlight lol. The tents get cold at night and there is no heater, just heated blankets in the bed. There were nights where we were really cold and there was nothing we could do about it. Bring socks and sweatshirts and sweatpants and you might be good. The food in the restaurant is delicious and so beautifully presented, the food is a 5/5 including the in-room breakfast.

I will definitely be adding this property to my business vacation list.

I like the whole concept of nature and relaxation.

The “elevator music” by the pool. Having politely asked us not to disturb guests with any music, the hotel then disturbed us as we could hear it from our room - despite asking for it to be turned down twice.

Everything, location, it was sooo peaceful. We wish we stayed longer to do other activities. The room was perfecttt and views were the most incredible and the food was amazing, including breakfast.

The fridge was making really loud noises during the night it kept waking us up. We only stayed one night but any longer we would have said something to staff.

The property was gorgeous and so well taken care of. We loved our mushroom with a private jacuzzi tub. We really enjoyed eating breakfast on our deck while enjoying a beautiful view. The staff was so helpful and always willing to help. The property is a quick trip to the town center, and they can call a tuk tuk to come pick you up if you don’t have a car. We loved our stay and wish we had spent more time there.
