⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very pleasant stay at Lamrin. The property offers excellent value for money, with comfortable rooms, good amenities, and warm hospitality. The hotel is well-maintained and provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a reasonable price. A special thanks to our butler, Gulshan, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. He was always helpful, courteous, and ensured that all our needs were taken care of promptly, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. We would definitely recommend Lamrin to anyone looking for a quality stay with excellent service and great value for money.

Every thing. Beautiful location, excellent views, quite, clear air, very good food. Excellent staff. I must have stayed in thousands of hotels , airbnbs all over the world because of the nature of my career , this place is among the best. It’s a unique way to do it. No formal reception, a butler (personal assistant) is assigned to each guest and they are available on personal mobile to help you with anything you need. My help was Gulshan and he is excellent. He intuitively understood my needs and made my stay wonderful. Even followed up after I left to ensure that I had made safely to my next destination. Both psychologically and environmentally peaceful.

The property adjoins beautifully manicured tea gardens with a view of snow capped Dhauladhar peaks in the background. The view from the rear verandah and patio is amazing. The best part is the butler assigned to each unit (of four rooms) who prepares dishes according to the taste and preferences of the guests from a wide choice of Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines. The property is well-designed, well-furnished, and well-maintained. The staff is efficient and helpful. It will be an ideal destination for a small group that can hire a full unit of four rooms and have it all to themselves.

There is no open space for taking a walk. The road in front is narrow and one needs to keep stepping aside to let vehicles pass. There is an access to the tea gardens at the back but the gardens are steep and unsafe for a senior citizen like me. Even young persons can't walk in the gardens after dinner when it is dark. I was disappointed that such a beautiful property next to a tea garden uses tea bags instead of brewing loose-leaf tean in a proper pot.

Spotlessly clean. The staff are super helpful and kind. Our view over the tea gardens was gorgeous and breakfast is fantastic!!!

The location is spectacular. So is the house. Our stay was made memorable by the scenery, weather, location next to a tea estate and most importantly, by Maninder and the rest of the staff. Our stay coincided with Holi. The celebrations in the town, make for colourful memories.

There's nothing to dislike here. But a few things to be aware of. The rooms we stayed in were on the first and second floors. The stairs are quite steep. So if u have an elderly person like we did, it might get a bit challenging. The rooms are small and just about right, for 2 people. The rooms are warm, comfortable and nicely done up.

One of a kind location, nestled next to the tea gardens. Great butler service (shout out to Mr Raman who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable). Very clean and well maintained. Delicious food!

Loved everything

One of the best properties in palampur for a reason.Located in the posh residential area. They have villa type rooms with a common lounge space for 2-3 rooms. Open space was also great with a clear view of mountains and tea estate both at a time. The butler assigned was hands on superb, went way outside the box for his duties assigned. Loved the stay and would love to visit again.

A bit on the side of city, so finding an option to commute at doorstep was a trouble as we took a drop off can to the property. However, available at a short walk of 500m. Also the rooms are quite small, if not for the common area, the stay would have become very congested.

The room was much too cold. There was only a small heater. Not at all enough. I was freezing all night in the bed. Bathroom with no heating at all.c

Everything about the property is top rated from the location, villas, view of the mountains and tea garden and the staff. The staff conduct is highly professional and they are very courteous. Our villa butler Mr. Gulshan was very professional and courteous. He was answering all our queries about the local cuisines and cultures with a smile. Thanks to Ms. Sapna for curating our daily activities in Palampur. I highly recommend this property to family groups.

Ambience and Room was quiet comfortable . Raman was extremely helpfull , as well as the front guard .

A telecom in the room would be nice . A rare scenario happened that I forgot my phone charger and couldnt connect with front office .

Loved the location & the property was beautiful. The property is situated on the bangs of Tea Garden. Very comfortable, great food, great views & a very well maintained property. Property has a location advantage considering its right in a tea estate and overlooking Dhauladhar ranges. The staff, ambiance, scenery and overall everything about the hotel was great. Our personal caretaker provided us with everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will visit again in the future.
