Staf wanita tu jaga di kaunter agar kasar dan mendesak , saya book 2 hari dan telah bayar semua dan deposit pun bayar . Minta tanbah tilam dan akan bayar kemudian apa bils balik dari keluar makan tapi semasa saya di luar dia cal dan desak saya bayar segera. Sebaiknya saya boleh bayar apa bila balik makan mlm nanti. Baru masuk bilik dan esok masih saya sewa . Bukan saya lari tak bayar. Cagaran pun ada ..ini pertama kali saya jumpa sikap staf begini . Tiada mesra pelangan.

There is excessive noise coming from the bathroom, especially during after we flush out. The loud sounds are disturbing the peace and causing inconvenience to nearby residents.

Toilet - its wet toilet. It should be dried and shower area should be separate and not together with WC. This has caused the whole toilet to be wet and hazardous to the elderly as the tiles are slippery.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Lokasi senang cari. Parking pun tiada masalah. Area sini senang cari makanan. Ada Cafe di lokasinya. Sekitarnya banyak tempat..cuma perlu jalan kaki. Stesen minyak Petronas dekat je..jalan kaki jer untuk beli barangan runcit.
Mudah,senang dan selesa. Berbaloi sangat.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The room and space are very comfortable and cozy, suitable for family and i book the suite room for 4. Staff very polite and very efficient but i think they only have 1 receptionist i guess. Overall is ok will book the same place for my next trip.
The aircond are not cool just blow the air, i got the rafflesia suite on the 1st floor. Bathroom pump is so loud whenever we use the toilet pump or water heater. Hope you guys can service or renew the aircond. Lastly scariest part me and my sis found the charlie ant on our last day😬thank god it was our last day, please call the pest repellent to maintain the safety and customer thank you.

The air conditioner is not cold, the mattress is quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, the pillow is uncomfortable, and I cannot sleep well, which results in a headache. The shower tap is small and not satisfactory for bathing.

However, my main concern is the towel provided — it was old, rough, and uncomfortable. I strongly suggest replacing it with better quality towels to improve guest comfort.
