Many insects like ants, spiders, mosquitoes and lizards cockroaches.. And no housekeeping so if stay few days the room becomes very dirty and dusty.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Very close to Tangkak town. Within 20 min drive to Gunung Ledang. Good communication could self check in late around 10pm with key lockbox. Clean room and toilet. Hot shower nice. Aircon and fan good. New room and well kept. Good smell from air freshener . Comfy bed and pillows. Good wifi speed. Would stay here again for Gunung Ledang trip.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025The inn is conveniently located nearby amenities, food places and Gunung Ledang (<20 mins drive) which was the main objective of my trip. Parking is also convenient as you can park right in front of the unit you're staying in.

Reviewed May 18, 2025The facilities was good except for the bed. Air cond functioning well, good water pressure. Owner was very kind. He did invite us to the small gathering at his house.
Bed really bed. You lie exactly on a spring and the spring was hard and not supporting your back. me myself who doesn't have any back issue also feel not rested. Plus our trip this time because I joined Ledang Climbathon. Feels not rested before and after the race. Space to put our small belongings and also to hang our garment also was so minimal.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2025the room is spacious and clean! i requested a small table to do my work and the owner provided a good one. u can park your car right in front of your room. location is good, easy to find eateries. no tv but it's ok. it would be great if the owner can install a water heater in the bathroom. overall, i recommend this place. i've stayed here twice and definitely will stay here again whenever i'm at tangkak.

Bathroom really not great, not sure how to use the water systems. Also, some basic cutlery or maybe one plate would be useful so you can eat something. There were two salamanders in the room, not big issue for us but good to be prepared
