Good airport hotel

Overall this was a great choice for staying close to Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris. You can take the RER (urban train) from the centre of the city. Only thing that is misleading is that there is no airport shuttle service. It is a train system within the airport area. So I had to call the hotel to understand this. They when you get off the train, you still have to walk about 8 minutes to the hotel. So not door-to-door. Melia, please make that clear to your guests. Otherwise, great value and would highly recommend.

Great hotel and very conveniently located to CDG airport; it was a 12-15 minute walk with our bags. It was also very easy to take a half-day trip to central Paris. The food and service at the restaurant was nice!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and in good repair. Funky decor. Only caveat is that the shower is a glass enclosure in the bedroom. It was frosted glass so you couldn’t see in but may not be everyone’s taste. Think teenagers or older folks. Sink and mirror were also in the bedroom.

Everything great except sound insulation. Could hear everything from next door guests.

I was late for a meeting this morning as the hotel only has one iron and ironing board! I was told to go to a room on the second floor where I would find the iron, however it was not there. Had to keep going back to reception to ask where it is! Complete waste of time!

It’s enough to stay there for just one night if you have to get early morning flights. The room is clean and plenty of space to organize your suitcases. Walking distance from the hotel to the train station to get terminal access.

Upon arrival, there was not one waiting to check in, three girls at the check in desk were just chatting and laughing about - trying to avoid eye contact, after standing around the check-in desks for about 15 seconds, one of the girls probably realized that one of them has to provide check in services!

I enjoyed the design of the hotel

This will do a job for a night before a flight. However there might be better just around the corner. The area has a lot of very similar hotels. Among things we did not particularly like: carpet in the hallway is in poor condition, room has vinyl floor (does not feel very cozy). Elevators had a bad smell. Room was spacious and the breakfast was good but for instance the toaster was not working... In conclusion, some good, some bad, nothing really extraordinary,

Upscale. Air conditioning not effective. Close to airport but poor arrangements to go to/from airport.

Safe was left locked by previous occupant. Staff should be checking the safe on final clean up and getting the technician to attend to it before the next guests arrive.

The property is WAY out and requires an awkward walk through the CDG police facilities. That said, the hotel is always welcoming, clean and well priced. I have stayed here numerous times and recommend it to travelers to Paris. It would be ideal if there were more food options in that area.

I booked one of their larger rooms, and it’s very nice - lots of room and comfortable. The hotel is in a hotel grouping very close to the train that takes you directly into the airport. It is absolutely quiet. I tried room service - one of the pre-prepared meals - and it was very good. Yes I would stay here again.

Great for an airport hotel. The breakfast was very good value for €15. The pastries and coffee were very good. Very enjoyable.

It's great that they have games for kids in lobby (air hockey, ping pong, petanque), and the games are near the bar/lounge, so parents can relax while kids play.

Food at restaurant and breakfast was just ok. 5/10 Surprised on the flies and gnats in the dining area.

Location and restaurant were great, I only recommend to improve the Sofa Bed. Not comfortable and not 100% leveled, which is a problem for people that has reflux.

Very good location. Family rooms are big and very clean. Nice view on the planes (well insulated from noise). Restaurant with a great menu, fresh food and good service. kids can play games in the lobby (table tennis, video games? Etc). Very convenient for a family WE (Paris city center and Parc Asterix easily accessible).

Easy access from CDG by free CDGVAL, and short 6 minutes walk. Nice gym with on demand exercise on large screen. Staff members were nice.

In the last 18 days, we have slept in 12 different places. The Innside was the best of all of them! The breakfast was abundant, the room comfortable, and the shower wonderful. No water on the floor, no insects flying in through open windows, no carrying luggage up or down stairs, no surly wait staff. We were tempted to stay there for two more nights rather than continue our journey to Iceland, but we had non-refundable reservations in Rekjyavik. If it hadn’t been for a canceled flight, we would not have stayed at the Innside at all because we were supposed to be in Iceland instead. The joys of travel…

Great location to walk to free train shuttle to all terminals

Really nice hotel. We stayed there on our last night, to be close to the airport for an early flight. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was just okay - but we appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on site after a long trip.

Nice hotel, room very spacious

The hotel's design is not bad, and the front desk staff were courteous and professional. Unfortunately things go worse when I arrived in the room - it was quite warm, the air conditioning did not work, there was no way to open a window, and the hotel did not provide a fan. It made for a bad night's sleep. But worse was dinner. I arrived late so went to the restaurant around 9 pm. After i was seated, the server for my table stood next to me, chatted with her colleague and didn't take my drink order for perhaps 5 minutes. It then took 10-15 minutes for my drink - a draft beer - to arrive. Food came quickly after I ordered it, but it was undercooked and bland. At this point I'd spent about 4o minutes to have a beer and a bowl of pasta, and wanted to leave as I had to get up early for a flight the next day. It took at least 5 minutes to flag down my server, who then told me I needed to wait. I waited 15-20 minutes but she didn't return. Finally I just wrote my room number on a napkin and left it on the table, went up to my room and rang the front desk to ensure the bill was charged to my credit card. It was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing dining experiences I've had in years.

We had a fantastic stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Paris CDG! The hotel is modern with comfortable and quiet rooms having excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is very convenient for travelers, being close to the airport with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Paris, and will certainly stay again the next time we need to overnight!

J’ai 80 ans et suis légèrement handicapée. Quand j’ai demandé de l’aide pour descendre mes valises (départ pour l’Inde), il m’a été répondu que ce genre de prestation n’est pas prévu. À mon arrivée cependant quelqu’un avait pu m’aider. Une jeune stagiaire avait été très aimable et serviable. Par ailleurs, je n’ai pas réussi à me servir de la télé. L’indication comme quoi le room service se trouvait là m’a renvoyé au QR code sur la table de nuit, que je n’ai pas pu scanner. Je ne pense pas retourner à Innside.

We came in earlier than expected, one of the staff just brushed us off and said check in is at 2 pm , without checking if there is a room available. But the other lady, helped us by checking if there is available room and checked us in. Very helpful and pleasant.

We liked this hotel and its convenience to CDG. The staff members were very welcoming, and the room was very quiet. We had trouble figuring out the heating/cooling system, but we were comfortable nonetheless.

A stunning hotel with a brand new refurbishment. Incredible sea views and beautiful ammenities, all the little details are perfected. The pools are excellent and the spa is well worth a visit. Located close to town and the beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Easy access to the airport

We booked and prepaid for a room at INNSiDE by Melia Paris Charles de Gaulle specifically because of its proximity to the airport, knowing we’d be arriving late from an international flight. Unfortunately, our flight from Iceland was delayed nearly three hours due to severe weather in Paris. By the time we arrived, well after midnight, the airport was practically deserted and securing a ride to the hotel was a challenge in itself. When we finally reached the hotel—exhausted and dragging three suitcases and two carry-ons—we were told our prepaid room had been given away due to overbooking. The front desk clerk offered no apology, only informing us that we had been "moved" to another hotel “just across the street,” then silently began walking in that direction without offering any assistance or explanation. He barely spoke and made no effort to acknowledge how difficult and frustrating the situation was for us. Thankfully, the reception team at the Marriott across the street was gracious and welcoming. The woman who checked us in apologized—on behalf of another hotel—and assured us we’d be taken care of. She was the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing and avoidable ordeal. Having worked in hospitality leadership for many years, I fully understand that “walking” a guest is sometimes necessary. However, it is standard practice in any reputable hotel to not only cover the cost of the alternative lodging but to offer a gesture of goodwill—a complimentary breakfast, a room upgrade, or even a sincere apology. None of this was offered by INNSiDE. This experience was the antithesis of hospitality, and I will be avoiding all Melia properties moving forward. I strongly discourage others from staying with this chain. In the travel industry, how you handle unexpected situations defines your brand. Sadly, INNSiDE failed completely.

Open space concept of bathroom and shower makes this room appear very large and is perfectly optimized with all conveniences in a unique setup. Not suited for people looking for privacy when in bathroom. Restroom is separate with the usual privacy.

I had the impression it was "Inside the airport". Technically, it is, but it is still a few miles from the terminals. Public transport drops you a fair distance from the hotel. If you have luggage, that doesn't work (we had to call an Uber). Also, the room was large, as advertised, but the bathroom was still very small.

The hotel is super close to CDG Airport which is why we selected it as we had an early morning flight and were on the tail end of our European Girls Trip. Whike the room is bigger than a traditional Paris Hotel room, the configuration was weir. The bathroom is glass and completely see through (ok if uih are with your partner, but a bit awkward if you are with friends).

My flight was cancelled, so had to find a hotel nearby CDG and I booked Innside. Tha t was absolutely right choice! The room was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were really charming. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice property if you have no issues. Just don’t expect them to solve a problem like returning something you forgot in the room. They lie giving the problem to the person on the next shift. I ended up leaving my AirPods because I waited so long for them to bring them to me that I almost lost my flight.

This hotel rooms are basic but good. We booked a loft room and found it spacious and we had everything we needed for our quick overnight stay. We opted for this hotel due to it’s close proximity to Charles De Gaulle airport, however, finding the shuttle with our autistic son in what is a very busy and not clearly signposted airport became too difficult so we took a taxi and got stung paying 20 euros! The hotel restaurant food wasn’t great to be honest, so we wouldn’t recommend eating here, however, there is a well stocked shop in the lobby for light snacks and drinks. There’s also a retro arcade game and shuffleboard in the lobby which was fun for everyone! We wouldn’t rush back to this hotel though.

Close access to CDGVAL. Friendly helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Restaurant on site with a decent menu. Really like the activities in the lobby (table tennis table, retro PAC-MAN machine) to keep one occupied. 24 hour little shop in lobby is useful. Would recommend staying if catching an early flight the next day or as a stopover to catch next flight.

Strong stale or humid smell once door opened. Room extremely hot. Was reported but still the same. Only one day the scramble egg was too soft almost like gravy. It could be better.

Great option for a small layover. We ate dinner at the hotel which was good. Room was nice and clean. Only thing I would change is the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. I requested early check in.. definitely wouldn’t bet on that- we had to wait till the normal check in time
