Holiday Inn Express Paris - CDG Airport by IHG

The Holiday Inn Express CDG - is an a excellent location for those who need to fly out very early from CDG. The staff is very helpful and take the time to answer questions regarding the various transportation options to CDG. The room was very clean, new but a bit cold. The airport shuttle was on-time and very helpful. I was too early to try to breakfast but it is in the lobby as are the cafe/bar. A good choice for an early flight out of CDG.

Easy access to the airport shuttle, clean room although one of the toilet paper holders was broken, very helpful and friendly staff

Everything good about the hotel. Was an overnight between international flights. Only confusing thing was hotel shuttle is a tram in the airport not a bus. Just needs to be clearer on expedia.

A nice hotel in a good location to the Airport. We even got a user to the city to quickly checkout the sites.

Perfect stay close to CDG

Short walk to airport shuttle. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Not a 5 star hotel, but perfect to decompress after a long flight. Easy walking access via CDGVal from Terminal 2. Good free breakfast. Other meals pricey, but it's a hotel. Rooms clean. My last stay had a clogged sink, but staff is not going to know unless the previous guest reported. Time before that was noisy shower plumbing. Easy access back to all trains and ground transport

Rooms are absolutely clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and toilets were spotless . Friendly staff

The staff was very kind and the hotel was very clean. I appreciated the free breakfast and luggage storage. The location in relation to the airport was extremely convenient.

Excellent morning breakfast, wide variety — though no yogurt, at least that we could find. Not a problem.

The room was small but it had what I needed. It was very convenient to the airport ehich was the reason I chose it. I had a frustrating dining experience for both dinner and breakfast. I waited 2 hours for dinner as the wasitress forgot to put in our order. We were starving. When they reslized their mistake, they offered us one drink. We protested and after 10 minutes they finally comped the meal. Breakfast hours were 6am ,-11am. I got there at 7:30 and got the last of the scrambled eggs. When my travel partner arrived at 8:30, eggs were no longer offered..check in and put was seamless.

Food/buffet was not the best and the options for supper were not reasonable priced.

Clean, comfortable bed, great location -short tram ride to airport terminal and airport train station. Good dinner with great salad bar. Unfortunately poor water pressure in shower. Nina at the front desk was wonderful. She was friendly and helpful.

Not enough staff.. food from bar not good ..cold and tasteless . Noise all night like sweaky door opening and closing ..front desk staff member abrupt and unfriendly

Good dinner - the salad bar is excellent at a very reasonable price. Very good breakfast. The location is OUTSTANDING. A short tram ride to the Airport and the airport train station. Nina at the front desk was friendly and made me feel like a valued guest.

This was a perfect place to spend the night before flying out of Charles de Gaulle Airport. The staff were helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle was only a short walk away.

Modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location for early morning flights out of CDG. The included breakfast started at 6 AM and the hotel is a short walk to the shuttle train serving the airport terminals.

The front desk personal was very helpful and friendly, the room was quiet and clean, the restaurant had good dinner options and the breakfast was good, the airport shuttle was very close and it is free 😀 it was a great place to rest before our flight.

This a hotel at a major airport. Depends which terminal you arrive at you may have up to 20min to get to correct stop. Then need to walk about 300m to hotel.

Nice clean hotel. We were very tired and needed to regroup before we flew back to North America. Bed was great, breakfast was good and the price was reasonable. Close proximity to CDA made it all the better.

The instant coffee in the room was a let down.The breakfast was disgusting.Eggs appeared to from a bag,the bacon soft,unappealling.Even the fresh fruit was terrible.The coffee machine was good.

Hotel was dirty, carpets were stained, chair in room and head board were stained also, gasket seal around shower door was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in awhile. Free breakfast was not good aesthetically or the taste. Was out of orange juice, eggs were runny. Not what I would expect from a Holiday in Express as they are usually very good.

A very nice room, great little bar and great service :) Restaurant didn’t really have a great selection, but understandable for a hotel next to a major airport. Just a heads up.

It was easy to get to from the airport and clean. Room was spacious and modern, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options and a spacious eating area. It was quite busy at check in and had to wait which was tiring arriving in on a late flight. Could have also provided in the room extra pillows.

Just ok

Stay went as expected. Surprised at the lack of a shuttle. We trammed to the area where we could walk to the hotel. Thank you for the email telling us where to exit the tram.

Front desk person, Lareb, was amazing. Helped us navigate the train service and went out of her way to help. Breakfast was very good, room was clean and comfortable. So close and easy to get to and from airport!!!

Could hear next room. Reception staff indifferent. Inadequate coffee and milk in room upon arrival. Harried to leave before 11:00 by cleaning staff knocking on room door.

I’d describe it as adequate. Bathroom was not particularly clean, and staff ranged in attentiveness/attitude. Breakfast options were quite good, dinner was just ok. However the proximity to the airport is excellent (walkable) and the price is reasonable.

Very convenient to the airport

One of the main reasons for choosing this location is its proximity to the parking shuttle (cdgval) we didn't need a taxi or bus to take us to and from the terminals which included the RER blue line to Paris city central

Well, shower, showering, the entire bathroom flooded because the drain was clogged. Air conditioning wasn’t working :( Loved the free breakfast. Easy to get back to the hotel.

Close to the airport. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Wine glasses in the bar were dirty. First room we were provided smelled of smoke.

Enjoyed staying here so close to the CDG airport so I could easily take the free shuttle (a light rail system). Delicious food in the restaurant with very attentive service! Would stay here again!

The hotel is right at the airport, between terminals 2 and 3. The access to public transport and airports terminals is easy and quick.

Hard to figure out how to get to the hotel via the train. Not clear that a train is a shuttle and not a bus. Taken by airline mobility assistance to a bus stop where I waited an hour before finding out I had to use the CDG VAL. I have mobility problems and I was trying to walk with luggage. It was a very tiring experience and went right to bed and only got up for breakfast. Was to weary to go to Roissy!

Breakfast was really good and free. Shuttle service is convenient but I couldn’t use It on the way in because the hotel sent just a pretty nonsensical diagram and then didn’t answer when I tried to call to figure out where to go to catch it. Hotel itself is pretty dirty and rundown. My room reeked of smoke and as an asthmatic when I woke up I was feeling pretty terrible. The last straw was a spot of what looked like literal human blood on the door handle to the bathroom. If it wasn’t the middle of the night, I might’ve changed hotels.

A very good hotel to lodge. Proximity to the airport and availability of train shuttle to/from airport terminals made the hotel a unique location. However, room service would make the hotel a better place. Also, breakfast being served could be better than what was experienced.

The property is pretty well on par with other Holiday. Inn Express except the buffet was poor

Good shuttle to Paris airport. The food however I found not very good and expensive.

The breakfast was really good. At reception the staff member we met was not friendly and difficult to hear. The server at the bar was terrific and made up for her lack of courtesy.

The hotel was very good, room was sound proof which is great because you are next to the airport, the access from / to the airport was easy and they offer an included buffett breakfast which is very convenient.
