Sepp & Hannis Suiten im Dorf

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise für eine Übernachtung aus Ita-Dtl, aber allein daher habe ich die gesamte Organisation, die Freundlichkeit und das professionelle Auftreten des Hotels nochmal mehr schätzen gelernt. Manchmal ein wenig zuviel, aber allein das Motto GAMS und die einzelnen Personen vor Ort, die Buchung, die Abwicklung ist großartig. Mancher wird es nicht mögen, aber ich mag solche Strukturen und die Professionalität, die ich -bisher nur in Österreich- gesehen und gespürt habe. Essen war sehr gut, Landschaft und Menschen großartig.

Das Zimmer ist nicht regulär im Haupthaus, war mir bei Buchung nicht bewußt, daher muss man ein wenig laufen (sind etwas mehr als 300m), aber das ist nur ein Informationsdefizit. Der Außenpool bzw. der Garten war für die Anzahl der Besucher zu klein, demzufolge war es sehr lebhaft. Gefühlt ist der Außenpool auch etwas zu groß in der Hotelpräsentation dargestellt. Tatsächlich gestört hat mich, dass meine gebuchte Suit oberhalb von zwei Küchenabluftanlagen lag, daher roch es zwischenzeitlich (19-21Uhr/Fr->Sa) nach Essensgerüchen. Dennoch unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Poloha skvělá! Vše důležité v dosahu několika minut chůze. Klidné ubytování, parkovací kapacita dostačuje. Vše moderně a účelně zařízené, včetně kuchyně v apartmánu. Perfektně uklizené a čisté. Zůstávali jsme na jednu noc při cestě do Itálie, ale dokázali bychom si zde představit i delší pobyt. Na doporučení personálu jsme ještě ráno stihli výlet lanovkou s využitím Stubai Super Card, jejíž výhody nám personál recepce ochotně vysvětlil. Snídaně velmi dobrá. Pokud přijíždíte třeba později, tak jako my, a už by se vám nikam nechtělo, nebojte se navštívit restauraci hned v sousedství apartmánu. Je dobrá a ti, kteří třeba nemluví německy ocení, že ji provozuje paní z Čech, která zde žije již 36 let.

Die Unterkunft und das Personal ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen, war in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich, vom Frühstück über den Wellnessbereich bis hin zu den Angeboten der Aktivitäten. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

El apartamento daba a la calle por lo que toda la gente que pasaba te veía, hubiera estado bien que esto estuviera indicado. Para el precio que tiene el apartamento me esperaba algo mejor. Solamente había 2 tenedores, 2 cucharas, 2 tazas, 2 platos... Es un detalle fácil de mejorar que te hace la estancia más fácil y agradable.

Prostorné, moderní a čisté ubytování. Ochotný a milý personál. Chutné jídlo, velký výběr. Krásné prostředí.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Appartementhaus 300m entfernt. Super Wellnessbereich mit mehreren Saunen und tollem Innenpool. Außenpool etwas klein aber exquisit. Klasse Frühstück.

Eine Klimaanlage im Appartementhaus wäre schön.

Het appartement ligt op een heel mooie locatie . Vanaf het terras heb je een heel mooi uitzicht op de omliggende bergen en een deel van het dorp. Het ontbijt was heel lekker en goed georganiseerd. Veel lokale producten werden er aangeboden. Het voltallige personeel was super vriendelijk. Het appartement was heel mooi ingericht met mooie materialen. We voelden ons daar direct thuis. Heel goede grote bedden. Prachtige mooie en functionele badkamer. We konden het niet beter treffen.

1) We hadden langer moeten blijven... 2) De enige opmerking die ik kan aanhalen is dat het keukenmateriaal is wat minimalistisch. Om zelf je warme maaltijden te maken is het wat improviseren, vb geen schaar, geen kleine pan. Maar dit is maar een detail.

Avondeten. Aangename douche. Alles heel proper. Heel vriendelijke mensen.

Dat de faciliteit op 300m van de wellness en het restaurant ligt. Dat is niet meteen duidelijk als je boekt op Booking.com. Geen airco op de kamer.

Bad staff ,not helping . Missing a single tee bag in Sunday where all market are closed .they couldn’t provide.asking to seat in the terrace in the breakfast ,they couldn’t help .the room is 300 meter from the main building ..it was mentioned in the mail after reservation ,but still not comfortable .

They didn’t mention before the booking that the apartments are not in the hotel building, and we had to walk 300 meters to the breakfast, pool, check in and out. It would be nice to know that before we made the reservation

Sepp & Hannis (coupled with access to Stubaierhof hotel) is a perfect choice if you want to combine feeling like home, having the flexibility to cook or dine outside plus have a hotel-like service. The apartment is very cosy, well designed and clean. The apartment house is located in the centre of the village, so you have all the amenities super close (MPREIS, restaurants, pharmacy, local shops). The hotel staff is very very kind and helpful. Wellness area is pleasant, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed in particular the outside pool located in the cosy hotel garden, with amazing mountain panorama. Breakfast at the hotel has varied choice of food, should suit everyone. Parking at the property was always easily accessible. Generally a great choice, we can highly recommend it and we will definitely come back!

There could be a bit more cooking utensils in the kitchen to make preparing meals a bit easier. Sauna area could be open a bit longer (eg to 9pm).

Es war alles einfach mega. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen war der Hammer. Wellnessanlage Top. Die Ferienwohnung wunderschön. Wir waren mit Rollstuhl unterwegs. Es gab keine Probleme. Ganz im Gegenteil. Alle waren darauf bedacht, dass es uns gut geht. Einfach top.

Hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Der nutzbare Wellnessbereich ist sehr ansprechend.

Die Dame beim Empfang, war nicht gerade kooperativ und hilfsbereit, als ich nach einem Check-out vor 7:30 Uhr gefragt habe, da mein Bus bereits um 7:30 Uhr ging, obwohl ich es gesagt hatte. Schade! Ansonsten war alles gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Mega Preis Leistungsverhältnis!

Die zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage mitten im Dorf war wunderbar, ebenso die Anbindung an das Hotel Stubaierhof in Bezug auf Wellness und Verköstigung! Das Servicepersonal war überaus freundlich, und das Essen ließ keine Wünsche offen! Das Apartment selbst war überaus sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Mitarbeiter Philipp. Er war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hat sich alles gemerkt und sich wirklich toll um uns gekümmert. Auch mit unserem Kind war er sehr nett und aufmerksam. So ein Service macht den Aufenthalt gleich noch angenehmer. Vielen Dank dafür!

The property is very nice and comfortable with a cosy atmosphere, it has a fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities you would need for a nice holiday in the mountains. We had the breakfast and dinner option and were very happy with the food. There were good options for children as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome and gave us ideas for outdoors activities appropriate for our son’s age

The property offers access to the spa facilities of a nearby hotel, the swimming pool, sauna and spa treatments are very nice, but you need to walk approx 300m from the suits to the spa, carrying your towels, bath robe etc. In cold weather this can be off putting. We would have used the spa more if we didn’t have to dress for snowy weather and carry our wet bathrobes from one building to the other. Next time we would book directly in the main building, where there is also the restaurant and the reception.

Alles war perfekt, der Service, das Personal, die Fewos, das Hotel selbst, das Essen, der Spa, die Lage, einfach das Beste, was wir jemals erlebt haben!!! Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen mit mehreren Gängen, war exklusiv und das die „Chefs“ sich die Zeit nehmen, persönlich mit den Gästen ins Gespräch zu kommen, ist einmalig.

Sehr freundliches Personal, in diesem Hotel hat weiß man was Service bedeutet und wie es funktioniert. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht, werden aber definitiv nochmal länger kommen.

Doskonałe warunki pogodowe , fantastyczne stoki, dobrze wyposażony apartament- niczego nie brakowało , świetne wyżywienie i wspaniała obsługa hotelu wpłynęły na to , iż nasz urlop ,spędzony u Państwa , udał się znakomicie!

Detale wykończenie i czystość oraz obsługa

Velice ochotná recepční. Wellness v hlavním hotelu (dochozí vzdálenost od apartmánů cca 3-5 minut). Apatrtmán nový, krásně moderně zařízení s vanou i sprchovým koutem. Vybavená menší kuchyň. Pohodlné postele a krásný výhled z balkónů. Přímo v centru města.

Wellness by mohl být déle otevřený, přijeli jsme v odpoledních hodinách a tak jsme nestihli saunu.

Einfach alles war so besonders - die Vollverpflegung war ein Traum, das Personal super freundlich, immer kleine Späßchen mit den Kindern, ein atemberaubender Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Pool, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles so toll dekoriert. Unser Urlaub war so entspannend, eine herrliche Gegend und so kinderfreundlich.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden 😄.

Das Hotel Der Stubaierhof, wo wir alle weiteren Leistungen bekommen haben war einfach toll. Wir haben selten so zuvorkommendes und fleißiges Personal gesehen. Es wurde einem förmlich jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Essen war lecker und ansprechend zubereitet.

Unser Zimmer lag auf der Straßenseite und im Erdgeschoss. Dafür haben wir aber auch etwas weniger gezahlt.

Only one thing. Why they charge 5 euros for a bottell of tap water served during dinner. Ne aware that sepp and hanni is located 300 meters from the main hotel one has to walk for the pool, breakfast and dinner.

Very vozy wooden building apartment with spectacular view on the Stubaital valley and mountains. We were greeted by nearby hotel staff with warm welcome and free beer while waiting. Very nice experience and overall the apartment was great!

Very kind and nice people, they are helpfull, new furniture, good breakfast, fresh juice, every day cleaning, nice outside and indide playground for children. Breakfast had very good choice of vegetable and fruits, sweet strawberries. Very good location, quiet, far from main road, to hotel 5minutes walk, 1minute walk from center where are sometimes concerts, shop is 5 minutes walk.

Paying for drink at dinner, for normal water too and so expensive. Usually at hotels water is free at dinner. Outside pool is too small for so much people and not for swimming, inside pool is better. Childrens dinner have too strong taste, but its good that there is fresh vegetable for alternative No washing maschine in appartment. Too soft pillows

Erg fijne accommodatie! Aan alles is gedacht. Het ontbijt en avondeten was erg goed. Ook het wellness gedeelte was fijn.

Excellent hotel, extremely well organised with lots of fun activities for the kids. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely welcoming! The region is full of amazing scenery and things to do!

I stayed in Sepp & Hannis apartment for one night after completing the Stubai High Trail. We just wanted to have one night to relax, use wellness and unwind. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and the staff was very personal. I was very impressed with the wellness facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many vegetarian options, fresh juice from a juicer and excellent coffee. I will be back!

Staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. Half-board was good value for money and spa area was nice. Location was excellent and convenient to reach the ski area by car.

The apartment was cozy, spacious and had a great view. The central location within Neustift is very convenient. It’s no problem at all to go to the Stubaier Hof for food and the wellness. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and we really enjoyed the spa. The best was how easy everything was with our kids who could play in the cute kids room right next to the restaurant. It’s over all an amazing place and we will be back for sure.

The stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel, staff, food, spa facilities and location were all excellent.

Upon arrival, a very unpleasant fact occurred, which the hotel management quickly, seriously, professionally and most importantly with great understanding resolved positively - this is the hallmark of a good hotel! Otherwise, I was satisfied with everything, it was as I expected it to be (room, wellness, parking, excellent food, very high-quality ski boot drying, pleasant professional staff, pleasant climate in the hotel, overall facilities, etc.)

Everything was really great. Central location, big appt, everything inside looked new or nearly new - great quality. We’ve had full-board option and the food was really amazing too.

The only thing that was a bit of a downside was that you have to walk outside from the suite building to the main hotel building. It’s not far 300-400m but still was far enough for us not to want to use some of the hotel amenities after all (spa, pool etc)
