Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Wandertage in der Alpenresidenz Viktoria. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, ebenso das Abendessen. Mit der unmittelbaren Nähe zu Busstation und Bergbahn und der Stubaicard zur kostenlosen Nutzung der Busse und Bergbahnen ist die Alpenresidenz ein perfekter Standort für Wanderungen im Stubaital. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Unkompliziertheit der Gastgeber während unseres Aufenthaltes. So konnten wir beispielsweise sowohl den Anreise- als auch den Abreisetag voll auszunutzen.

Recommended for its location (several ski lifts and the town center are within easy walking distance), the friendly staff, and the Stubai Super Card included in the price. The spa area is well-equipped.

Travelling from Australia , great location at the base of the cable car - we are hikers so it provided great access. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Catering equally for vegans. But the standout was the hospitality of Antoin. He takes pride in his role and is on hand to help in anyway, from providing ice so we can soothe our tired muscles , to providing a kettle for us in the room. This is a great place with great people to help you. We discovered the second night, the basement pool and spa centre with multiple water jets and steam and sauna. Just lovely to relax. Thx Antoin - you were so happy each day as you asked for our coffee order at breakfast. A man who takes hospitality seriously 👍👍

Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und vor allem sehr herzlich und haben stets einen Tipp auf Lager, was man tun kann. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Angebot sehr vielfältig. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und modern und mit Blick auf die "Elferhütte" einfach überragend!

The food throughout the day was delicious, starting from omelettes and pancakes cooked to order in front of us, filled with whatever spices or vegetables or fruit we wanted. The lunch was spread throughout the day as an "afternoon snack" and included soups, breads, strudels, vegetables, salads, etc. It was great to have a lot of flexibility on when to eat. Dinner had plenty of options, was great to be able to pick and choose between the meat and veggie set menus. The massage I had was one of the best I've ever had, deep and strong in all the necessary places. We really enjoyed lying by the nature pool with the view over the mountains. The spa looks newly refurbished, all very modern and very clean. We came in July and it did not feel at all crowded, there was plenty of space in all the saunas, at the pools, and at mealtimes.

Gorgeous family-run hotel, amazing staff, delicious breakfast. Would love to return and spend more time here!

Es war ein wunderschöner Tag dort. Das Hotel bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Tolle familiäre Atmosphäre. Super Empfang. Sehr modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Alles neu renoviert. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Hotel molto carino con camere ampie e bagno moderno. I proprietari/gestori sono molto gentili e ti fanno sentire come a casa. La colazione è ottima con prodotti sempre freschi e varietà di scelta . Sicuramente da consigliare!

L’unica pecca è che non facevano servizio ristorante per mancanza di personale

Piękny i wygodny hotel w Neustift. Nowoczesny i luksusowo wyposażony apartament ze wszystkim co potrzebne do kilkudniowego pobytu. W hotelu znajduje się spa z kilkoma saunami, basenem, miejscem do odpoczynku. Hotel położony tuż obok wyciągu narciarskiego Elfer, kilka kroków od przystanku skibus, blisko sklepy i restauracje. W samym hotelu również jest restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem i dobrym wyborem win. Chętnie wrócę!

We thought we were renting a large hotel suite. We actually rented a wonderful large apartment. So beautiful and so well equipped that any family could be happy to live like that. Moreover, the restaurant downstairs offers a very good food in a quiet and private setting. We loved it and enjoyed every day.

Alpenresidenz Viktoria is a wonderful place, with beautiful mountain views, ski bus on door step to Stubaier, great breakfast and dinner choices(in four days we never left to try anything else because we didn’t feel the need to) and the superb staff!

There really isn’t anything that they can’t provide at the hotel. Maybe the tractor ploughing at 6am but we were lucky there was so much snow!

Frühstück mehr als ausreichend - jeden Tag etwas neues dabei und zentrale Frühstückseinheiten - für den BIO-Mensch etwas dabei und für den Süssen Menschen und für den Herzhaften Menschen - ausreichend sowieso - und immer nachfüllend - nie etwas leer stehend gesehen oder unappetitlich angerichteter Teller - sehr sauber und ansehnlich angerichtet und auch sehr geschmacklich für das Auge...alles in Allem sehr professionell, appetitlich und freundlich für den schönen Frühstücksmoment...

kein Kommentar - es gab nichts zu meckern - auch die Wellnessbereiche waren sauber, einladend und immer bereit, wenn man von der Piste kam - ausreichend viel Platz und sehr angenehm zu relaxen - so wie man das eigentlich auch haben sollte in einem Wellnessbereich eines Sporthotels. Der Wirt war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas brauchte - kein Maulen oder komische Kommentare - hier war immer der Service mit einem angenehmen Lächeln verbunden - das ist sehr Groß.

The atmosphere is very cosy and pleasant, ideal for families. Nice big rooms with great views. Breakfast is very good, the personnel is happy to serve even the most demanding guests. The accommodation has ski storage and a very nice spa area, with a small swimming pool. The owners are extremely helpful with information and guidance, and make sure you get the right tips for a perfect ski holiday.

Charming family-owned and run hotel, providing us with an authentic Tyrollean experience over a long weekend! Spacious, clean bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, with amazing views from balcony. Breakfast was outstanding and set us up for a full day on the slopes. Excellent, friendly service from everyone, with special mention to the two nephews! Hope we can come again next year.

The swimming pool was smaller than we had hoped, but lovely nonetheless.

David who took care of our dining for both dinner and breakfast was outstanding. Such a friendly and outgoing person. They’re lucky to have him.

The rooms need refrigerators to keep drinks and other food items cold. This is the only drawback to this hotel. This might impact us in our decision to stay here next year.

The apartment was extremely well appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. The sauna, steam room and plunge pool area in the basement is a wonderful amenity to have on site and this whole area was also spotlessly clean.

Second floor rooms are kind of spartan. On the pictures you can see the refurbished areas.

The manager was super sweet and accommodating. The location was very convenient! The hotel was clean and roomy. The breakfast had a large variety of options.

We never could figure out how to turn the lights on in the sauna/pool area. We searched. haha The advertised pool is actually the size of a circular hottub.

The staff was amazing! The manager Anton helped us so much with recommendations and always with a smile and a good laugh. The hotel is suited just 5 minutes walk to the center of town and bus stop, but the surroinding is very quiet.

Staff were super friendly and fun. Food was amazing.

Beautiful place, in a beautiful location. Walking distance from Town with all the restaurants and also from a big food shop. Easy to reach with a bus from Innsbruck, about 1 hour trip. Staff was very friendly and kind they made us feel like at home. The Hotel restaurant is amazing we had the best food and also Breakfast is very good.

The spa facilities are not open at all times so we could only use the pool but not the sauna. The water in the pool is quite cold, I guess for the benefits of cold water after a sauna, not sure but I did not like it!

The staff were amazingly friendly. The food (breakfast and dinner) was beyond description, we ended up skipping meals in town and the ski resort to enjoy the food at the Viktoria Residenz. The hotel is located close to the town center and within easy driving distance of the Stubaier Gletscher ski resort.

Overall cleanliness was really, really good, but could have been a tiny bit better. There was a little bit of mould in the shower. Not much, but it was noticeable.

Fantastic location. Food is Michelin. Staff were superb (especially David). He made amazing coctails for us. All in all, couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
