My second stay in this hotel. I had more time to check out the facilities - the self-service laundry was a lifesaver. The gym could be bigger and better equipped though, but ok. My room still looked new, breakfasts were still good and the bed was still comfortable. Ms Mily from the reception desk was very professional and helpful, her colleagues were also always friendly and polite.

Breakfast was good real value for money.

The smell of cigarette smoke in room 626 was there all the time and often exceptionally strong after cleaning so severely detracted from the perception of cleanliness. The actual cleaning was good. Apart from breakfast restaurant food was not great and did not represent value for money. By contrast mall food was excellent! While not being arrogant enough to think everyone should speak English, communication with most desk staff was extremely difficult; they understood little even though we spoke slowly and simply. Not what is expected in an international hotel.

Near shopping mall which is HUGE and with a variety of food courts. Subway is connected with shopping mall so you have convenient access to public transportation.

Great stay, very pleasantly surprised. Staff is really top notch. Only unfortunate part is the idiotic illegal smoking from certain customers... which is still prevasive in China, a pity. Otherwise, everything was really terrific. The pool is a tad small, but the room is very big with great amenities. Was very pleased, as I said. would definitely stay again.

The staff was very accomodating, even helped us get transport for our daytrip to Mutianyu. The room was clean and spacious. Subway was also nearby and shopping mall Livet was right across the road.

Front desk was very uptight and not friendly at all. I walk in they don’t even greet me. I felt like they didn’t value their customers and i wish i could get a refund for this entire stay for my sons birthday. The room was disgusting the couch was stained with God knows what!!! There were flying bugs all over the room i kept having to kill. They do not have room service i spend most of the time outside the room to avoid being there. waste of money!!!

Smoke free room and corridors finally. Room is of decent size and clean, unfortunately the aircond temp is fixed at 25c which is uncomfortable. Too warm to sleep. Breakfast was excellent with good spread and tasty. Good coffee too. Noticed some airlines crew was staying here as it is close to Daxing airport.

This was my second stay at Hyatt Place Beijing Daxing. Nice clean hotel with a reasonable basic spread of breakfast choices. Great place to stay for traveler that look for short walking distance to huge shopping mall that with many choices of fantastic restaurants and good shopping experience.

Good location for mid level shopping - a huge LIVAT mall is less than 10min walk away, Sam’s club is just next door, huge choice of dining options too. Nice little 7-11-like groceries in the next building too. 30min drive from the airport. Bed super comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast options were limited, floors in my room felt dirty, room very basic, more like 3*. AC barely works. Soundproofing is poor.

Mr. Jason Sun, GM, led a team of staff who are very professional, helpful & courteous, especially Leo Liu & Mily. Mr. Sun himself stopped by every morning to make sure we were comfortable or need any help. Nice, clean, comfortable room with a good breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Metro & shopping mall.

it was a good place to stay. It is like a new refreshing wine in an old wine skin botte. The property is old and may use some new renovation. The staff members were friendly and helpful despite our language difficulties. They were patient and understanding. The attend to all our needs and the only one that they were not successful with is the air-conditioning system. They took every complaint seriously and were happy to fix them. The dining place was not as busy as we had in Shanghai so the management may need to look into that. Overall, it was very good service, and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Love that there's a mall about 5mins walk from the hotel, it is huge and has many food and shopping options if you don't want to travel out. Hotel location might be a little far from the main city area, but i liked it the tranquility around the area. The nearest metro station is about 10-15mins walk through the mall nearby.

The hotel is very clean with so helpful and friendly staff. Tonga Wen is a helpful and great staff in reception that guid me about a lot of amazing and monumental places in Beijing and spend a lot of time for booking our tickets and book taxi for us. We had a limited time and we can visited Great Wall and forbidden city with his useful and accurate his suggestion. Thanks so much for all staff in this hotle

While the staff service was excellent, there were a few aspects of my stay that left something to be desired. On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met, which definitely added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. However, I did have some concerns about the cleanliness of the bathroom. Unfortunately, I found that it was not up to the standards that I expect from a hotel of this caliber. While this was disappointing, I was able to bring it to the attention of the staff who promptly addressed the issue. Another area that fell a bit short was the breakfast. While there were some good options available, I found that the quality and variety of food on offer could have been better. As breakfast is such an important meal, I was a little disappointed that it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Overall, I would say that my stay at the Hyatt Place Da Xing was a decent one. The staff service was definitely a highlight, and I appreciated the efforts they made to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. However, the issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the breakfast do need to be addressed in order to improve the overall guest experience.

The AC of room I lived in is completely useless, I had to stay in that small, uncomfortable room in 80°F. Furthermore, the manager and receptionist are WORST staff I've ever seen - as a globalist with benefits of room upgrade, they LIED to me that all suites are booked, after showing them that I can book a suite in Hyatt app, they changed their story to say other floors are out of electricity (stupidest reason huh?) Don't even let me mention the security/doorman, his bossiness and unreasonableness made me stunned - he acted and treated me like his the one who owned the entire lousy hotel. What really upsets me is that I paid ¥750/$120 per night for a painful and unforgettable experience, no wonder they describe their hotel as “a lovely place which will give their guests unforgettable experience”. Overall, if you want to be HUMILIATED by hotel staff, or live in a DUMP with unbearable heat, then WELCOME to this NOTORIOUS Hyatt hotel.

Good location hotel in Daxing, Clean room. but I think it is not good for a maked blind type curtain for deep sleep

I have been in the property for two nights. The property is average. I would say it is value for money. The rooms are good and clean. Avrage washroom. Limited aminities in the room. Good breakfast variety. Huge shopping mall nearby. The biggest problem is that it is too from the city center. Pool is indoor and operational but not heated. Very small gym but good equipments. Hotel outdoor veiw is average.

The hotel was pretty good, staff were helpful from check in till the end of my stay. Rooms were comfy, large and clean. Great fitness centre, lovely swimming pool and the breakfast was of my expectation.

Nice modern hotel with friendly and professional English speaking staff. 3 stars due to inability to regulate the heating in room, thermometer just did not work and room was unbearably hot. Breakfast (European preference) was average to poor selection and options.

Booked for 2 nights. Since we were out for most of the day, we were there only to sleep. Good room and service. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean and spacious. It is a bit far, if your purpose is to explore the tourist areas of Beijing. Is about an hours drive to downtown.

Beijing Daxing Hyatt Place is located an upcoming convention area of Fengtai. It is a 30 min drive from the new Daxing airport. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the Livat shopping mall which houses many international and local retail outlets, restaurants, a cinema, a huge supermarket, atms. The subway is linked via the mall. The property is non smoking and the room is comfortable and well carpeted. The Breakfast buffet has a good selection of western and local dishes. Would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller, which service quality is consistent with the Hyatt brand.

No welcoming on arrival. Staff at reception just said we are early if we wanted a room, we could pay an extra half a day. but later on another staff check us in at 1pm instead of 3pm. We booked a room for 3 people and paid for 3 people but only 2 people were allowed breakfast , we had to pay and extra 100CYN plus VAT for the third person. Most day we had to go on tours prior to breakfast and they did not even offer a take away coffee which most hotel do. The night shift staff were helpful by booking us taxi . Air con in room did not work properly on arrival. Hotel far from Beijing CBD. No tours pick up, we had to catch taxi every morning to go to Beijing CBD to join tours.

The Hotel is New. The location is Excellent!!, near the metro Linea 4 Station Xihongmen, and near a Great Shopping Mall The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special Mention for Milly and Leo they helped us a lot. The rooms are very comfortable. Cleaning 10 Points!! Hi, We Stayed at Hyatt Place Beijing Daxing, would like to commend exceptional service of the General Manager,he personally taking care of every guest,very highly commendable job done by him,he is a asset to Hyatt organization.

The Hyatt Place is a very good option for Beijing. It is located in a new area in town. Close to subway line 4 and next to a big shopping mall with lots of food options. The hotel has a great Breakfast with many Chinese options.

Above all else, I simply couldn’t sleep because the room was to hot and stuffy. The temperature outside was about 10C but 26.6C in the room. The individual room temperature control pictured can be changed, but doesn’t do anything but turn on a fan. I lowered it to 18C with no effect. The front desk confirmed individual rooms cannot be changed and could only open the window (which faces a road with mild street noise). Looking out, I see other rooms with open windows too. Evidently, they know this to be a problem. Other minor issues is the gym is small and it is a 10 minute walk to the metro. It feels like you should have a car to stay here. Otherwise, the hotel gets 2 stars and not 1 because it is new, the room includes everything you expect, and breakfast is great. BUT, one expects to be able to sleep reasonably comfortably at a hotel which I most certainly could not. Thus I advise staying elsewhere.
