Atour X Hotel Beijing Daxing Airport Wildlife Park

Clean, warm, and comfortable hotel near the airport. Very convenient location and a cozy atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, nothing negative to mention.

The room was wonderful: nicely decorated, large, with good lighting - also in the bathroom - and very comfortable beds. The location was good for visiting the Beijing Wildlife Safari Park as well as being close to Daxing Airport.

I have always been really happy with the staff at other Atour hotels. However, we found the staff in reception to be rather cold and were made to feel that we were a bother although we waited patiently for ages while they had a problem with the printer to photocopy our passports. They did not apologise to us or explain the delay. In fact, they had to take photos of our passports on a mobile phone. I hope this was not a personal mobile phone. I think some customer service training would be beneficial. There were 4 ladies talking loudly when we checked in and when we went downstairs to go out to eat, they were sitting eating and looked at us in an unfriendly way. We felt that they were quite unprofessional. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is why I have given this hotel a lower mark.

Amazing hotel. Everything is very convenient, clean, and high-tech. There is a free laundry, and water is delivered to your room by robot. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a great hotel

Shuttle bus service stopped at 9am

was clean

The staff doesn't speak even the most basic English, and they have a nasty habit of speaking through a crappy translator who barely translates. They also demanded cash payment, didn't know where to eat, or how to order food, and there's no Wi-Fi. Well, there is, but to get it, you have to go through an impossible verification process. SMS messages aren't coming through, and there's no access to WeChat. Luckily, it was just a transit point for us, for one night, and we had some snacks with us. It was a nightmare. If you're transiting, it's better to stay at the airport or at a hotel near the airport, even though it's more expensive. Otherwise, you risk not even leaving the hotel because you can't order a taxi! The e-SIMs we had worked, but the apps simply wouldn't install. Beware of this hotel; it's a waste of money and a lot of stress.

Staff were absolutely wonderful, needed to use translation apps but very helpful. Note that free airport shuttle is only drop off not pick up! So youll need to get a taxi to the hotel- very affordable too but you need Alipay app or cash.
