Lovely loch view in our rooms, very quiet. Good parking and close to the town itself (a short walk). Great for accessing ferries or as a stop on the NC500. Provided a cot for our baby.

Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten Blick auf den Loch Broom. Bis zum Ortszentrum war es ein kleiner Spaziergang von etwa 10 Minuten. Unser Gastgeber Andrew war sehr nett. Check-in und Check-out erfolgten problemlos. Im Zimmer gab es eine Kaffeemaschine und 4 Sorten Kaffee zur Auswahl und einen Wasserkocher.

Owner took time to explain everything and provide local area information, room was comfortable and clean. Good location.

OK for an overnight but probably wouldn’t recommend for longer stays. Room was small. Thin duvet. Felt a bit ‘tired’. More like 3 star accommodation. Expensive for room only. Walls and ceiling had no soundproofing - could hear conversations and snoring from next door, so didn’t sleep well.

Lovely room, light and airy with a view to the outside greenery. Staff were friendly when checking in and the room was very clean and comfortable. Only a 10 min walk into town. We only stayed one night but would recommend.

A szállás a főútról könnyen megközelíthető volt. A szállásadónk már várt minket, hogy megmutassa a szobáinkat és információkkal lásson el minket a szobáinkról és a környékről. Jól felszerelt szobák, otthonos légkörrel. A városközpont gyalogosan is közel volt. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom, ha arra jár.

A beautiful location, 5 minutes walk from Ullapool town centre, with lots of options for dinner and breakfast. Lovely room with great views over Loch Broom. Very comfortable.

Gastheer was vriendelijk en heeft alles uitgelegd. Dolce Gusto koffiezetapparaat met diverse cups was zeer welkom. Kamer was schoon.

De prijs is wel erg stevig voor een kamer zonder ontbijt. Bed was smal, hard en kraakte bij iedere beweging. (We hadden kamer 3). Kamers zijn ook gehorig, vloeren kraken en je hoort je (boven)buren lopen. Kamer met zeezicht is eigenlijk een kamer met zicht op de tuin en een klein stukje water.

Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer. Toller , sympathischer Empfang. Zu Fuß sind es 15 Minuten zum Zentrum von Ullapool. Klare Empfehlung. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war sehr schön.

Does exactly what it's name suggests, and what a view. Great location, nice and quiet. The room was massive! Loved the bath.

We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen goede uitleg over de accommodatie en faciliteiten. De afstand tot het centrum was goed te lopen!

De kamer die wij hadden zit niet tussen de foto's op de pagina (aan de voorkant van de accommodatie). Desalniettemin zag de kamer er keurig uit, maar wellicht handig om nog even toe te voegen.

Everything! The property and its grounds, the amazing loch views, the spacious and warm bedroom, the luxury extras such as the coffee machine, the fridge, nice bathroom products and even the little chocolate on the bed 😃

A little noisy due to doors slamming from other guest rooms early morning and creaky floorboards above though that was just one of those things. Would not stop us staying again or recommending.

It was in a good location, the staff were nice despite arriving late due to roadworks on A9. There was also good parking next to the property.

The bed squeaked and was uncomfortable. The cost was expensive and not value for money as no breakfast was included. The bathroom was nice but I don't think the word deleux was appropriate for the room, due to the standard of the room.

Unbequemes Bett, Matratze müsste mal erneuert werden, sehr weich und durchgelegen. Sehr hellhörig, man hört Gespräche aus anderen Zimmern.

Non ho potuto fare la doccia perchè era impossibile regolare la temperatura dell'acqua. Inoltre quando ho prenotato si vedevano le foto della stanza con finestra sul lago e invece avevamo finestra sul parcheggio.

Room was very hot. Bedclothes and towels were very "perfumed" from washing process. Most guests would like this but I would prefer less. This is just my personal hang up others wouldn't probably mind and might like it.

Parking and access to the property was really easy. The facilities and equipment were good. It was a short 10 minute walk into Ullapool town, with eateries and shops.

Some noise heard from adjacent rooms overnight but not really an issue.

Quiet guest house with beautiful view. Just a 10-15 walk to center of town to restaurants, museum and scenic harbor.

Bit tired and could have been a bit fresher but near end of season

Location was within walking distance of the village. Rooms are very small and we did not find the narrow double bed comfortable. Steep price for the room provided. Very dated space. Too bad breakfast was not provided, that would have improved the price-quality ratio a bit.

A very warm welcome. Excellent carparking for motorcycles with a hardstanding and not gravel. A coffee machine in the room that makes a good cuppa before heading off to the Bothy in Ullapool for delicious breakfast. Perfect for the motorcycle enthusiast.

Lack of heat when we first got to room it took a while to get the radiator on. Mattress was dresdful, over used and the bed frame needs tightening it was very rickity. Shower tray soak away needs cleaning. The tray over flows and gets very slippy which is dangerous.

Vriendelijk ontvangen en wat uitleg gekregen over de kamer. Zeer makkelijk aan te lopen naar het centrum van Ullapool. Kamer was schoon, rook lekker fris en mooi uitzicht over de baai. Ik zou deze accommodatie dan ook van harte aanraden.

Was duidelijk vermeld, maar was geen mogelijkheid voor ontbijt. Wel koelkast aanwezig op de kamer om meegebrachte boodschappen koud te houden. Dus. Iet negatief bedoeld, enkel om rekening mee te houden.

Abbiamo scelto questa guest house come tappa a Ullapool durante il nostro viaggio e si è rivelata una soluzione davvero comoda. La posizione è strategica sia per visitare il paese sia per ripartire facilmente il giorno successivo. La struttura è molto curata e accogliente e il soggiorno è stato piacevole sotto ogni aspetto.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo Airbnb mentre facevamo un giro della Scozia. Camera molto pulita e confortevole. L’host ci ha accolti con gentilezza ed è stato molto disponibile.  Ho apprezzato tanto il fatto che si potesse regolare la temperatura in camera e che nonostante non ci fosse la colazione inclusa, in camera c’erano bollitore the, caffè istantaneo per non uscire di camera a stomaco vuoto.

La chambre est vraiment très confortable, face à la mer avec une vue magnifique. Chaque chambre bénéficie d’une place de parking. Il y a de quoi se faire du café et du thé ( comme partout au royaume unis)

Rien mais je conseille de réserver pour ceux qui veulent aller manger au restaurant le soir car ils étaient tous complets.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'hôtel .Chambre très sympathique avec une grande salle de bain.. la possibilité de prendre notre petit déjeuner dans la chambre grâce au frigo et la cafetière/bouilloire. Très belle vue

Hele ruime schone kamer met alles erop en eraan. Mooie douche. Goed bed. Parkeren op het terrein zelf. Vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw.

We konden niet buiten zitten en het is toch best nog wel een stukje naar het dorp lopen. Niet erg maar wel als je niet zo goed ter been bent. Jammer dat je er niet kunt ontbijten.

The owner, Andrew, met us on arrival and showed us to our room and took us through how the TV, coffee maker, shower, etc all worked. He also informed us about eateries, pubs etc in Ullapool. the room was to a very high standard and comfortable with a great view over the Loch from our window. Check in / out was very quick and easy. We had a great and comfortable one night stay prior to taking the ferry to Lewis. Highly recommended guesthouse. We will definitely stay in the future if in the area.

Was a nice stop for the night, we had a large double room, plenty of room and large bathroom.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Short walk from ullapool centre and given lots of advice on places to eat etc. Room was spotless and had good amenities (coffee, hot chocolate, TV etc)

For the cost, breakfast could have been a nice inclusion.

Good location for the ferry - I assume the view was lovely but it was cloudy and rainy when we were there

The shower went from freezing cold to scalding hot continually making having a shower safely impossible. Also WiFi was terrible which is not what you want when you are trying to download travel documents.

Wir hatten Zimmer 1, uns kam das Haus etwas ringhörig vor. Wir haben jeden Schritt von oben gehört und die Konversationen hat man gehört. Ist aber nicht weiter tragisch.

La chambre est bien pour une halte d’une nuit. La machine à café est la bienvenue après de longues balades. A 10 minutes à pied du centre

good l;ocation, well presented and comfy rooms, the owner was very pleasant and helpful. THe guest house is around 0.75 miles from upstairs at the Arch restaurant where we had an excellent seafood meal, it is also a 0.5 miles from the ullapool to Stornaway ferry port and is a straight drive along the see front. I would recommend this gust house as the price was competative and the accomodation was really good

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La habitación era amplia, muy cómoda y con unas vistas preciosas al lago que hacían el lugar aún más especial. Además, nos encantó que hubiera una barra con una gran selección de tés y cafés, un detalle perfecto para disfrutar de un momento de descanso en la habitación. El anfitrión fue excepcionalmente amable y servicial. Nos ayudó a resolver un pequeño problema que tuvimos con el ferry y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones e indicaciones para movernos por el pueblo. Sin duda, hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera mucho más fácil y agradable. ¡Recomendamos este alojamiento totalmente!

L’endroit est tranquille, le Propriétaire est extrêmement gentil et aidant. Les matelas étaient extraordinaires. Nous n’avons jamais eu d’aussi bons matelas.

Från rummet såg vi bara en parkeringsplats och för att komma till stranden var vi tvungna att fråga grannen om vi fick gå över deras tomt. Tråkigt när de skriver ”spectacular views of the loch”. Mycket litet rum. Förutom sängen fanns det en stol, en pall och en liten byrå i det trånga rummet. När det inte serveras mat på boendet vore det trevligt om två personer iallafall kunde sitta ordentligt på rummet och äta. Ett litet kylskåp hade varit bra.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst doing the NC500. Lovely place , very clean and had everything we needed. The host met us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Great location , Ullapool was our favourite place we visited , beautiful views over Loch Broom , great bars and restaurants.
