Everything was excellent. Lovely room,great view,comfy bed everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fab,lots of choice and great service

We liked everything about Harbour House

The staff were friendly. Breakfast- wonderful & view from dining room awesome. A cruise ship was out on the lake.

Had a lovely family room for 3 adults & was a wee snug with the nice cot in room.

It was typical small corporate layout, with very nice outlook of the bay. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. Staff were efficient and friendly. On site parking, as parking in town was very limited. Reasonably close to town with about a 10 minute walk.

To be picky, the room was quite small.

Arrivati siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo gentilissimo che parlava anche Italiano. Ci ha offerto da bere e siamo saliti nella nostra camera, calda, spaziosa il giusto e con una vista meravigliosa sul lago. Avevo dimenticato l’adattatore e sono stati così gentili da regalarmelo e si sono preoccupati di trovarci un’agenzia per un tour in mare, ma purtroppo erano tutti pieni. Posizione perfetta per girare un po a piedi. La colazione l’ho trovata molto buona nelle proposte alla carta e la vista era sempre bellissima. Avrei voluto stare qualche giorno in più a Ullapool, l’ho trovata molto bella e tranquilla.

La colazione la migliorerei un po’.

Lovely views. Staff on check in were very nice and cheerful. Offered us welcome drink which was nice. Rooms are very basic but we did have an option for an upgrade to cottage however as we were with friends we didn’t take it up.

A little rundown could do with an update in furniture.

Proximity to water, amazing views and new, high quality furnishings. We stayed in the cabins so we have no idea what the hotel rooms look like. Breakfast and staff were lovely!

There was lawn maintenance that persisted for hours. At 5:15, various guests protested and it was ceased, but unfinished. Seems this could be completed in the hours after check out?

Harbour House is a nice and welcoming place. We enjoyed the room and also the spacious common areas and breakfast room. The gardens look nice as well, but unfortunately the weather wasn't great to enjoy outdoors.

This property is located on the water, beautiful views from outside lounge area. It is also walking distance from town.

Twin rooms are very small.

The location is superb and not affected by noise. The car park is perfect.The views are fantastic, even if you are looking out on the car park its a lovely area. The entire hotel is clean and well maintained, with relaxing decor. The information provided about the room and hotel is accurate and tells you everything you need to know. The rooms are very quiet, the hotel attracts respectable guests and I felt safe. It is definitely a good place for female travellers or children. The products for shampoo and shower are very good, as is the hairdryer. The rooms are well kitted out. There is a good selection at breakfast and the staff are very personable.

The mattress on both beds was too firm to the point of causing joint pain. I accept that hotels have to accomodate a wide spectrum of guest size and weight, but a hotel spec mattress with removeable pillow top would provide for nearly all physical differences. There was a drain smell emanating from the ensuite which was unpleasant and was detectable at night when trying to sleep. The ensuite was very clean, so it must be a deeper plumbing issue The shower pressure was lower than expected, with the shower head on concentrated jet to rinse shampoo out.

Het uitzicht en de ligging van dit hotel waren super. Binnen 10 minuten loop je naar "centrum" Ullapool en de Ferry. De complementaire verrekijker op de kamer (als je zee zicht hebt) was top! We zagen dolfijnen in de baai.Het ontbijt was erg lekker en de kamer en badkamer zeer ruim. En de glazen en ijsklontjes om je eigen drankjes te nuttigen ook in de tuin was heel attent!

Een klein minpuntje was de ontzettende warme kamer die alleen te koelen was door het raam te openen( maar midges) En de lucht die ons tegemoed kwam uit de badkamer kamer was intens. Maar wellicht was dat omdat de kamer even niet in gebruik is geweest oid.(?) Het trok wel weer weg. En de warmte..ach we mogen blij zijn dat het door warm weer kwam. Maar mischien een ventilatortje zou top zijn!

Nice accommodation with a good location and view, parking available. The hosts are very friendly and offer a drink upon arrival.

The room and bathroom are really small and therefore not most comfortable for moving around.

Very clean, great location for ferry. Breakfast was great. Bedding was high quality. Pre booking request was also delivered. Nice welcome, good parking. Was brilliant to be able to accommodate a third adult.

Bathroom was too small - tiny basin, toilet squashed in next to loo. Would benefit from being slightly larger and newer. Bigger towels would be fantastic too.

The location was perfect. We could walk to many things. We had the family apartment and it was quite spacious. comfortable beds. Manager and the employees were so kind and courteous. Very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

Wish that there were mini refrigerators in the rooms. Especially our apartment. Had difficulty getting ice as the ice machine didn’t work and you would have to ask an employee to get some from the kitchen. They were very kind and were able to do so.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était frugal … Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas du tout correct .. ils profitent sûrement de leur situation à Ullapool .. chambre propre mais sobre .. à 260 euros la nuit ( réservée il y a un an et donc pas à la dernière minute ) je trouve ça déplacé .. on s’attendait à un niveau de service bien supérieur comparé aux autres logements que nous avons eu précédemment .. quant à offrir un verre de whisky à la réception sans aucune convivialité je ne vois pas l’utilité .. Bref je vous déconseille cet hôtel , vraiment

The hotel was very clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The employees were hospitable. The hotel is in walking distance to the downtown area. There is a sitting room we walked through to see the loch. If you want to enjoy a quite evening, the sitting room is a good place to relax. It was a little too quiet for our preference and decided to just to to our rooms for the night.

We have no complaints, everything was nice.

Good, convenient location, but very disappointing and expensive for a ground-floor room facing the parking lot. I asked to switch rooms since we had arrived early, but was told it was impossible. Breakfast was excellent and the lounge very cozy, but the room was a real letdown.

Fantastic location, beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were amazing and beautifully presented. Room was comfortable. We had super lovely stopover and will definitely recommend this place.

Our room had a lovely view of the harbor. There were very good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good.

It was extremely hot in the cabine and the team knew that in advance. They might have been closed the curtains or opened the windows in advance to chill, but they had not done this. There was no A/C in the room and not all windows opened. The window in front of the bed was not openable at all - very strange designer decision. It would have been lovely to have it open.

Het personeel was vreselijk aardig en de ‘hut’ overtrof alle verwachtingen. Deze was ruim, schoon en het bed was erg groot en lag het fijnste van alle bedden tot nu toe ;-) het lag super rustig met een geweldig uitzicht over het Loch. Leuk detail van de verrekijker die er lag. Ontbijt was uitgebreid!

Prima eenvoudige kamer, goed bed. Prima ontbijt. Echt een hotel voor mensen die op doorreis zijn. Onze kamer had uitzicht op het meer. Leuk detail: er lag een verrekijker met een briefje erbij dat je dolfijnen kan spotten. Helaas niet gezien. Er ia een lounge waar je gebruik van kan maken.

Straal van de douche was minimaal.

Easy access from the main road, plenty of parking. A great welcome on arrival. Lovely clean room. Would definitely stay again.

Stairs were a challenge with baggage but manageable.

Breakfast was very good and lots of places close by for evening meal. We ate at the Watefront restaurant both nights - pricey but very good. Lovely lounge for the guests to use. Particularly loved the thoughtful gesture of binoculars in the bedroom overlooking the loch.

Stunning location and lovely bedrooms ! The beds were extremely comfortable as were the bed linen and towels.

Nothing - our bedroom had a beautiful view of the loch. The room/ bathroom was a little small but we were told this in advance and this wasn’t an issue for us.

We loved the lounge overlooking the loch. Because Harbour House doesn't serve evening meals, it's great you can bring your own food & drink in. Great location - short stroll into Ullapool & easy to find.

It was a little bit pricey for 1 night in a b&b. Probably because we had to book a family room to get 2 beds because there were no twins available.

The cabin we stayed in was obviously a newer addition and was lovely in a beautiful position overlooking the lake.

The main building was quite tired and dated. We needed an early check out and breakfast not starting until 7.45 was a bit late

Sehr schöne und komfortable Hütte mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Bett war besonders breit und bequem. Auch an einem Regentag lässt es sich hier wunderbar entspannen. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal – absolut empfehlenswert.

Gutes Hotel in Ullapool. Gute Betten, leckeres Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Superior Sea View Zimmer mit grossem, bequemen King Size Bett. Zimmergrösse war gut, schönes Bad und herrliche Aussicht.

Close to ferry, easy to find, lots of available parking, short walk (sidewalk) into Ullapool. We booked a double room knowing it would be small but it was fine for one night. Nice bathroom with good shower and water pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Large lounge with lots of seating for relaxing or if you want to meet with friends. It is allowed to bring in food and drink to enjoy in this space. Breakfast choices were good served in large dining room with lovely view of the water.

This was a brilliant stay, exceeding our expectations. The room was a wooden cabin, one of three down by the lake. Great views and very spacious and comfortable. Not cheap but worth every penny. Staff were friendly and room well-equipped. A few other hotels we stayed in could learn a thing or two from the managers here about how to treat guests.

Nothing was absent or unsatisfactory but we can’t vouch for the main building rooms, we loved the lakeside cabin.

I found the bathroom sink ridiculously small. Kept bumping my head on the mirror while trying to wash. A wash cloth would have been helpful.

Tiniest double bed I’ve ever seen! Had to top and tail with my husband to get any room. The room it self was small and reminded me of staying in a caravan.

We upgraded to a cabin right by the loch and it was superb. Such amazing accommodation. The staff on the welcome desk were great. Very good breakfast. View across the loch was amazing!
