Brisney and Ramon were great, otherwise this property is not good at all.

We put in a request to check in early when we booked, and we called the day before checking in and they told us to come to the property when we got to town and they’d see if they could accommodate us. When we got there around 10am, they then told us they don’t accomodate early check in until after 12:30, and that we could call and see if a room was ready. We called at 12:30 and the same woman told us she’d message housekeeping and call us if a room was ready, but we never got a call. When we finally got there at 4pm for regular check in, the room was still not ready, but Brisney upgraded us to a pool view room so we could finally get into a room. Then on our checkout day they tried to come in at 9am to clean, so they obviously could’ve cleaned a room to accommodate our early check in if they wanted to. The room was also fine, but the plugs by the bed didn’t work, the towels had brown stains, and the kitchen sink’s garbage disposal didn’t work so it stunk bad. We will definitely not be staying here again.

I was so disappointed to learn that my favorite bartender Scott is no longer at the Tiki Bar behind the hotel. He was the main reason for my choice of hotels. I travel for business and will be searching for a new place. I always felt welcome and Scott’s exceptional service kept me loyal to Staybridge

What I liked most about Staybridge Suites was the cleanliness, the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, and that the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The room is advertised for four people, but it only had dishes and utensils for three. Also, the sofa bed is very small and is not really suitable for two people unless they are young children. I think this should be made clearer in the room description.

We stayed here for 3 nights Friday - Monday, the hotel itself is quite new and the rooms are decent, plenty of parking. Pool area is on the small side and the fitness room is all new and in good condition so another positive. The guy who runs the pool bar on the weekend is a real asset to the place. On the not so positive side the check in staff are quite miserable and none engaging. Breakfast is a free for all, everyday they ran out of plates, cutlery and food and there isn’t physically enough seats. The poor woman on breakfast is on her own and cannot keep up, not her fault but a fault of the management for leaving her on her own. Pool towels also consistently run out and are not replaced, they were still none out on Monday morning for people to use the towel box was still empty. As I say a good hotel but could be sooooo much better if they showed some care.

Die Umgebung war traumhaft, der Poolbereich samt Poolbar mega, guter Preis pro Nacht mit amerikanischen Frühstück. Ganztägig freies Wasser, sogar abends gab’s ein kleines Buffet. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir in der Region sind.

Das Sofabett war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We live nearby & stayed @ staybridge Naples. Had a great time @ the Tiki bar! Scott the bartender was great! Awesome personality with a bunch of people at the bar. Only dissatisfied with the manager Jay, she disrespected & yells at staff in front of patrons. Not somewhere I would come back to .

My stay here was great, especially because of the workers like Lariana. She made the atmosphere in the hotel very nice and energetic, and was very quick to help guests with any issues.

I loved the service Staybridge Suites in Naples is now my go to hotel! I especially love that the staff is so friendly and welcoming to everyone. I will definitely give a review to Lariana is was so sweet. I come from Miami and coming to Marco Island so have such a beautiful experience in this beautiful hotel is incredible. I love everything about this hotel, especially when you get to the barbecues. It’s amazing when I did come here I am gonna be honest only one of the barbecues worked the other one they said they were gonna fix it and they are working on it but honestly, it’s all worth it. I have no complaints amazing breakfast and also in the pool they have pool noodles that you can use! The thing I am like most not only like happy I’m just like wow cause this hotel has such cleanest like this is the hotel that literally the whole place is like taken care of and it’s so amazing all the rooms are so clean. It’s amazing. It’s also close to a Publix so if you want to get some food or stuff that you can use inthe barbecue and stuff it’s literally amazing location for a hotel cause you stay here you go to the Publix to get some food or stuff whatever need you know and there’s also Burlington in case you need to change of clothes. There’s a Starbucks for your morning daily coffee, but there’s also coffee in the breakfast area, which is amazing they also have a waffle machine you can also make açai bowls they are amazing and I love this hotel much definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our visit. The location was great, rooms were clean, well appointed and had modern decor. The staff was friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We especially loved Lariana who kept us well fed. We enjoyed the pool, the full breakfast and the evening happy hour. We visited for 10 days and it was very affordable.

I appreciate the complimentary breakfast every day and social hour in evening on Monday-Wednesday. Lots of fresh fruit cut up for breakfast along with bacon and eggs, breads and pastries. Mariana kept the selections stocked and helped me find items I didn’t see. Mariana was always smiling and ready to help. Thank you Mariana

Scott, our bartender at the Tiki Bar during Happy Hour, is excellent! He always makes sure everyone has a great time and provides outstanding service. The hotel has a fantastic location, complimentary breakfast, and the room cleanliness is always a 10/10. Whether you're traveling for business or simply looking to relax, this place is 100% worth it. First time we have stayed at this location & were VERY impressed with the superior customer service & customer care that the staff offered. Breakfast was above par, and the evening happy hour food was almost like dinner. Lariana & the staff in dining area were so sweet & kind, along with most of the staff. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel privides a nice hot breakfast daily. The breakfast staff is very attentive. Always checking and re- filling food, and cleaning up after. Lanana in the kitchen makes the most amazing oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies! The cookies are available at the lobby for the afternoon tea time! A very nice touch!

I thank God for this place for it is exactly what I needed for my ailing health. It is beautiful here & quiet & the breakfast is great & Lariana serves it with grace. Matt @ the front desk is a delight to work with & Liz “from Lewisburg “ is such a joy & inspiration. Keep up the good work. I spoke to Emy yesterday & she was helpful in making my reservation. I was there too nights one morning didn’t even have eggs. The fresh pastries was nothing more than bread, bagels.

Place was so nice and accommodating, and the front desk people were so nice! Especially Emy! Such a sweetheart! Would recommend anyone to stay there!

The free breakfast was nice. The property allowed us to use the pool facilities when we arrived early. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

While at the pool, a large group was celebrating a birthday. They were courteous and made sure that the kids were respectful of others in the pool. Apparently, the hotel allows outside guests to use their facilities also. About 30 people came in with coolers and large floaties. They came to meet the party already there. They took up all of the chairs, were eating in the pool, did not pick up after themselves, and had several different speakers blaring. We left because there was no room to sit in the pool or out of the pool. We went back to our room. At 8:30 pm we could hear someone trying to get in the room. My husband opened the door and it was an employee saying he had to test the master key card. Needless to say, neither of us slept well after that because it was very creepy to have someone trying to get in the room that works there.

Emy was great. She made it easy to check in. Matt was also very helpful in getting me a great rate as I was coming in last minute. Phil was excellent and showing me how to use the outside grill properly. Scott, the bartender is an excellent psychologist. The rest of the staff were terrific. I am sorry I don't know all their names.

I stayed for a week and was pleasantly surprised. There was fruit water and fresh cookies individually wrapped. The bed was comfortable and everything was supplied that I needed. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. And the best part was Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 when they had social hour. Loriana made food each of those nights and it was enough so that i did not even have to eat out. The first night she made chili, mashed potatoes, salad, and the salad was extremely fresh vegetables, and fresh carrots cooked perfectly. It was so good. The second night she made tacos and salad and all the toppings and guacamole and salsa. And the third night she made barbecue pork sliders and salad with fresh vegetables and fruits. If she had a restaurant, I would go there because they were all delicious. And if you’re gluten-free, don’t worry because the lettuce was fresh slices of lettuce, and I used them to make wraps. I would stay there again in a moment, and I in fact, I look forward to bringing my family here to stay. It was great!

April 1th site on site. Rooms are old and need updates. Been on site over a month and asked for full housekeeping in the morning every Sunday I reminded them this morning and the male desk person of show me that should be done while I was out of the hotel when I got back nothing was done I called him and he basically just blew me off . The manager of a hotel and I had a conversation a week or so ago and we agreed on Sunday early have the room clean and she probably can give damn either because she rather argue with me then make make it right recommendations to hear again zero zero I will never stay here again.

De todos los hoteles que he visitado la limpieza aqui es impresionante a destacar ,sus empleados muy amables sobre todo los del front desk,la muchacha que habla español nose su nombre que nos ayudo en check in super pero super amable

La piscina en todos los wedsite tienen que esta climatizada pero no lo es ,el agua muy fria por lo menos yo voy a los hoteles a disfrutar mis dias en la piscina y no pudimos es lo unico que creo deberian mejorar 🥶 o por lo menos ponerlo para saber si quieres hospedarte asi o no

The location was between Naples and Marco Island. We had never been to this part of Florida, Ft. Myers but not here, thought it would’ve been very close or in one or the other. It is a 20min drive to Marco, which I recommend. Naples is about 30-40mins away depending on traffic. Naples also has very few parking option when trying to get to the beach, lots of permit parking. There are places to eat and shop nearby the hotel. This is a great option as long as you know what to expect.

Check in was very smooth, I was greeted warmly by Emy and the process was seamless. Emy told me about all the amenities and mentioned the social hour later on that evening so after I got settled into my room my wife and I went down to the poolside tiki bar where we were greeted by Scott, the bartender. Scott was also very friendly and welcoming and within minutes he had introduced us to a group of locals that were at the bar. He was extremely helpful in giving us great information and insight in regards to the area. Scott made us feel right at home and also made us a fantastic Margarita that hit the spot after a one day of traveling. We will certainly be back at the tiki hut to see Scott and the est of the crew during our stay!

Great amenities: pool, complimentary breakfast and happy hour either snacks, pantry and laundry room available for use. Room is great, has a full kitchen and room service was prompt. Kitchen staff that runs breakfast and happy hour snack bar is super attentive and provided great service. Specifically Lariana was super attentive to us and all the other guests. Really made me feel like i was at my aunties house.

Hotel is fantastic. Location is great, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Emmy at the front desk is awesome and Lariana who prepares the evening food is wonderful. Both made me feel like I was an old friend, even though it was my 1st time staying here. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

A great place to stay. When Lariana is there to do breakfast and nightly meals it is terrific. She really does her best to bring the great treats on Monday thru Wednesday. They also have a cocktail hour Mon, Tues and Wed. Great treat. Scot the bartender is also terrific. We've stayed at least 5 times for a couple weeks. A great place to relax with nice amenities.
