Le personnel étaient tellement gentil. Le petit déjeuner était varié. L'hôtel est très propre. La piscine est géniale. J'adore l'emplacement de cet hôtel ça fait 4 années de suites que nous allons passer un long week-end. On est à 15 minutes à pied de la 5ieme. Tout est parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Mi lugar favorito en Naples a partir de ahora!!!.. con vistas desde el balcón de mi habitación a un pier, cocina super bien equipada, hasta tenía lavavajillas), impecablemente limpio, con una piscina preciosa, tiene un pequeño muelle, el servicio del bar en la piscina es fabuloso, recomiendo la piña colada y las truffle french fries!!.. está ubicado en un lugar espectacular, a pocas cuadras de todos los restaurants de la quinta avenida. Cuenta con un parking pago. El proceso del check in súper ágil, todos súper cordiales

Se podría mejorar el desayuno, las opciones de bakery no eran ricas

Brokastīs nebija pilnīgi nekādu svaigo dārzeņu. Logiem bez žalūzijām vajadzētu aizskarus lai no dušas un gultas nav jāraugās baseinā peldētājiem sejā.. Drošības depozīts joprojās stāv rezervēts, t.i. pēc 20 dienām..

El Hotel está impecable tanto en limpieza como en comodidades! Excelente y cordial trato al huésped por parte de su personal. Desayuno completo y sólo por gusto pediría incluir variedad de fiambres. Pero esta muy bien! Mención especial a Chase en front Desk muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar y satisfacer las necesidades de mi Familia. Me encantó todo y quiero volver pronto. Es un 10!

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel in Naples, direkt am Hafen. Wir hatten eine kleine Suite mit Blick auf den Hafen, die uns jeden Morgen wundervolle Sonnenaufgänge ermöglichte. Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, es gab mehrere Sorten frisches und wirklich leckeres Obst, neben den üblichen Bagels, Marmelade, peanutbutter, creamcheese, Rührei, bacon … Ein ausreichend großer Frühstücksraum, aber noch viel schöner war das Frühstücken auf der Terrasse. Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise (Endteil) des Airports Napels und flugbegeisterte Menschen können hier wirklich oft den Landeanflug der Learjets verfolgen.

Trotz Einstellversuche war uns die Klimaanlage noch zu kalt

Gostei muito das acomodações, camas e instalações. Banheiro espaçoso. Estacionamento cobrado, mas com a praticidade de estacionar no próprio local. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muitas opções gostosas. Área de lazer muito linda, piscina ampla, deck aconchegante.

Um pouco mais distante da praia do que eu imaginei.

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking into town, has a very large onsite car park with very reasonable daily rates , the hotel is modern, room quality is very good with excellent in room facilities such as a fridge, freezer, breakfast bar, sink, dishwasher and microwave, everything needed to be self sufficient. Beds are large and comfortable and the rooms we had contained a good size balcony. In our room the lounge area was light and airy with good views of the harbour and pool area. The hotel was clean and well maintained especially around the areas of higher use such as the pool and the gym. The main thing I would enhance, would be the seating area for breakfast which could be expanded, at peak times it was sometimes difficult to get a table in the main dining area. The house keeping service was generally very good with rooms serviced everyday with fresh towels. The hotel even had a good sized laundry on our floor in case that was required. I'd also invest in adding a few additional pieces of equipment into the gym such as additional bikes or rowing machines to expand choice and variety as when a few people came into the gym it got a little crowded. Overall a very enjoyable trip and this was one of the best hotels we stayed in throughout our 15 day trip to Florida this summer.

Lo único que valoraría un poco negativo (y es una opinión personal) es que las camas así como las almohadas son demasiado blandas, pero estuvimos un par de días y sin problema.

The noice cancelling in the rooms is not existing, you can literally hear everything from the others rooms, the noice at night was a challenge and we couldn’t sleep well

The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from Fifth Avenue, making it very convenient for restaurants and shopping. The property is nice overall, and the rooms have a spacious kitchen, although the refrigerator is surprisingly small for the size of the kitchen. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. We spent quite a while at the pool and never received any service, so we had to walk into the bar to place our order and waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to help us. When I finally ordered, the employee asked how many people were in our group and then told me I was ordering too much food, which made me change my mind and not order a salad that I actually wanted. Ironically, when the food arrived, the portions were small. To make matters worse, no one told us our food was ready; they simply left it on a table outside on the terrace, where many other guests were sitting, and never notified us. We only realized it was our order because I recognized the plates as they were being brought out. Breakfast also needs improvement. If you want warm milk, it’s difficult because only cold milk is available and heating it is inconvenient. There are also long lines to find a table, and when we asked the staff for help, they simply told us to look outside to see if we could find one, without any courtesy or willingness to assist. I do want to recognize the housekeeping staff, who were consistently kind, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and nice facilities, but the customer service—especially at the pool, bar, and breakfast area—needs significant improvement.

La ubicacion es excelente, el sector de la piscina es hermoso, la habitacion muy bien, amplia con cocina incluida, el hotel en general es hermoso.

El estacionamiento es de pago, no entiendo porque le cobran estacionamiento diario a los clientes y es caro. El desayuno en malo, me decepciono. La ducha de la habitacion salia con muy poca fuerza lo que se hacia muy dificil lavar el pelo.

Breakfast was overcrowded and hard to get a table, with no staff on hand to help manage the breakfast area.

Check-In was stated to be 4:00 PM and we were not able to check in @5:00 PM because the room was not ready. We had perishable items in our car, plus 5 people traveling a distance — not ideal. Air conditioning not working on the 1st evening - maintenance crew member replaced filters and brought in two box fans. Next day- balcony door stuck shut couldn’t open- 2 1/2 hours to fix the problem by replacing the door handle in the middle of the day. I needed to stay in the room and lost time with my family. AC problem was never fixed on the 1st evening. The maintenance crew rechecked our room and a few rooms nearby. The problem with the AC was something that needed to be fixed on the on the roof. The air never got cooler the remainder of the 3 night stay. We were alerted the AM of the 3rd day that the fire system needed to be annually checked between 11:00-2:00 PM. We decided to leave the hotel during that time as they needed access to the room. I decided to try and lock items in the room safe so as not to have on us at the beach. It wound up that the battery to the safe was low and I was not able to use. I did not call maintenance a 3rd time as it was really a lost cause at the point as we were leaving the following morning. We needed to sign a “quiet no noise” document when we checked in. We abided but the policy, but there was No enforcement of quiet hour rules with a loud speaker used by other guests around the pool. Hotel personnel just walked right by and I did not want a confrontation with these other hotel guests but their music speaker was very loud and everyone around the pool could clearly hear it. In addition, kids were throwing a football in the pool and accidentally hit a few people in the water. No enforcement by hotel staff. Finally, this is the 4th time staying at this hotel. Not sure what happened, but the beds are now really uncomfortable and the pillows very flat. Poor night sleeps by everyone. Read all notes above — When checking out I mentioned that our stay was not ideal with the late check-in and so many maintenance calls and the front desk staff member stated that there is a nice Hyatt down the road and we should check out in the future. I called Hyatt the next day following checkout to share my concerns with customer service. They transferred me back to the hotel to leave a message with the hotel manager. I left a message asking for a call back. It has been 3 full days and I have yet to receive a call back to discuss my concerns.

Hotel is located right on the bay,beautiful views. Tin City with shopping and restaurants are walking distance. 5th Ave is also walking distance and beach is very close.Pool/bar area is very nice. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. The main areas are lovely. The pool is wonderful. There is a board walk out back that looks onto mangroves with fire pits. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We booked a boat for our last day and even though we couldn’t get late checkout, we were able to store our luggage.

If I had to say something it’s the price of parking, and that my sons did not have much luck fishing:)

El personal muy agradable en especial Miguel el bartenther, además q elabora unos cócteles espectaculares, mucha tranquilidad y todo muy limpio, además de estar muy serca del centro.

Llegué 3 horas antes del horario establecido para entrar y la habitación q me dieron no fue la q yo había elegido en Booking hacía 1 mes atrás , después de esperar un rato y quejarme me asignaron una , q tampoco era, pero estaba un poco mejor.

At the front desk everyone was very nice and welcoming especially "DJ" he was helpful. The room was huge and comfortable and the bed and shower were amazing. We loved the breakfast it was delicious and different everyday. We love the pool area, lots of lounge chairs and cocktail drinks were very satisfying. Our room had a balcony looking over the bay which made our stay more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our vacation thank you so much. We are definitely staying here again :-)

Amazing Stay obviously a little pricey because it's Naples but well worth it!!! Location is perfect several really good restaurants with in walking distance, including the one in the hotel. Rooms are 1st Rate clean and come with extra room and kitchen area. Clean Clean Clean housekeeping was on point. The breakfast which is included is very good. The main Bar just find Miguel the best bartender in Florida hopefully he'll be getting a raise soon!!!!! We will be back 100% THANKS
