The iron provided near the lift was in terrible condition; the iron plate was damaged and ended up ruining my clothes. To make matters worse, the hotel did not have any back-up irons for guests. Very disappointing stay."

The cleanliness of the room. The room smelled, floor was dusty, curtains were messy, remote aircond was missing, pillow case had stained. Overall, cleanliness aspects need to be improved.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025The room was clean and there was fresh clean bedding. While there are no laundry facilities in the hotel, staff were helpful and directed us to a laundry shop nearby. There is also a food Cafe across the road that does kopi and curry noodles.
No fridge in the room. Large sized room but not much furniture, so mostly empty.

The condition of the room was dull and depressing, considering the amount charged. Their selling point is river view. But the balcony was covered with bird droppings that you would not want to step outside. The toilets need improvement. There is no separation between shower and toilet, so Water from the shower flows towards the toilet bowl. The corridors to the room are dingy and uninviting
