I hope the hotel can improve on the pillow... Too thin and quite small.😓

Cuma sedikit penat sebab kena bawa luggage naik ke tingkat 3 menaiki tangga. Tiada lif. Boleh planning utk level bawah utk next stay.

Unclean towels Poor facilities, the room does not have water drink, face towels, tooth pastes, no water basin wall storage shelf, no towels hangers, no wall bracketed toilet paper. No soap and many many basic hotel facilities. No porcelain cups, no coffee or tea, etc…..,,

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Saya check in lambat dkt magribh baru sampai dr KL, dpt call dr hotel tanya saya confirm ke tak nak dtg..opkoz confirm cuma lmbt sbb byk urusan nak kena sediakan sbb nak daftar anak masuk KV..Perjalanan ke KV Juasseh dlm 20min je, dekat dengan kedai makan, 7e, parking banyak, selesa dan berbaloi.Staff pun friendly😊
Saya tak tahu bilik tu jenis bersambung dgn bilik sebelah,ada pintu kat tengah2..takut & terkejut bila tiba2 bilik sebelah try nak buka pintu tu sambil ketuk byk kali..Terus sy capai tudung & standby if tiba2 pintu tu terbuka.nasib baik dia behenti,dgr suara lelaki & perempuan cina tgh bercakap.Saya pun tak faham kenapa dorg perlu nak ketuk pintu tu sampai nak tercabut. Harap pihak hotel boleh bgtau dlm booking tu yg bilik tu sebenarnya bersambung dgn bilik lain. Mungkin ada customer yg tak tahu..macam sy, saya pun xtau bilik tu ada sambungan kt pintu tgh, klu tahu mungkin sy akan booking bilik yg xde sambungan..berderau gak kalau sensorg tiba2 pintu tu hmpir nk roboh bila org sebelah try nk masuk..
