Reviewed Sep 12, 2026We really appreciated the warm welcome from the host. The handwritten welcome note, the two fresh croissants, and the treats along with everything else stood out to us. We arrived extremely tired, and these small touches mattered a great deal at that moment. As a rule, we don't usually take confectionery or sweet things, but this gesture was truly thoughtful and came at just the right time. The second thing, the host sent us WhatsApp message before we reached there, and provided us password and other necessary information. Thank you!
We wish we could have met our host in person. I understand we came late at night and left early morning.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Ooh, this apartment was absolutely exceptional! It was spotless, with quiet surroundings where we could even hear the birds singing in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful welcome treat on arrival, which made our stay feel extra special. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in/check-out was super easy. The location was perfect—close to all the places we wanted to visit, including DSTV Delicious at the Kyalami Grand Prix, Mall of Africa, and The Prison Break Market.

We did not cook however there were cooking facilities. We also had washing powder and dishes soap to use as the need arose. There is access to a clean pool and the apartment itself is truly beautiful.

I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely be back. I was also not expecting the apartment to be serviced - thank you. The key hand over was very efficient, easy and friendly.

She is professional, compassionate, very present and available when you need her. On my arrival everything was ready no hassles at all yet I had so many changes due to my flight being cancelled more than once. Every time I communicated my misfortune the host always had a solution. In the apartment I found so many welcome treats, chocolates, croissants etc I felt really appreciated. The room itself is clean, cozy and perfect i loved everything. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower which came very handy. The security staff oh my goodness I really appreciated their kindness and great service. My trip was short I intend to visit again very and take it all in and actually spend some time in the apartment.
