Wunderschöne Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, auch TG kostenlos, sehr gutes Frühstück (Ausnahme: dürftige Wurstplatte). Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, beim Zimmerservice und in der Küche.

Die Lobby ist zugleich Frühstücksraum. Wir wurden um 22 Uhr ins Bett geschickt, weil der Barkeeper den Tisch für das Frühstück vorbereiten musste. Derartiges habe ich zuletzt vor 60 Jahren in einer Jugendherberge erlebt. In einem Zimmer war nur ein Stuhl, ein zweiter hätte aber gar keinen Platz gehabt.

Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut, Zimmer sehr sauber Personal sehr freundlich, schönes Hotel.

Vom Bikepark bzw. von der Gondel schon ein Fußmarsch bergauf ca.15 min., diese Hanglage könnte wo erwähnt sein. Im Winter ist das sicher super, direkt neben der Piste, im Sommer zu Fuß (wenn man das Auto nicht verwenden möchte) a bisschen mühsam.

No one came to clean the room from the house keeping for the whole period. There was no one to help us with the luggage in the check in and in the check out.

Die Lage ist einmalig. Die Zimmer modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Restaurant ist wirklich gut und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr ausgewogen. Eine Tiefgarage inklusiver abgeschlossener, überwachter Fahhradgarage wurde von uns gerne genutzt.

Wir hatten zwei Balkone von denen leider nur einer möbliert war. Eine Liege wäre schön gewesen. Am erste Abend haben wir im Ramen eines Zusatzangebots das Menue genutzt, da fühlten wir uns gehezt, da der Kellner etwas Druck gemacht hat schnell alle1 Gänge auf einmal auszuwählen. Am zweiten Abend haben wir uns für die Gerichte aus der regulären Karte entschieden und da war es dann deutlich entspannter , es war allederings auch ein anderer Kellner vort Ort.

كل شيء بالفندق جميل اخترنا عرفه سوبريم كانت واسعه وكبيره ونظيفه ومريحه والبلكونة كبيره وعلى زاويه يعني ثنتين مو وحده وفيها نشاره ملابس وكواية وغساله اواني وفيه بالدور الارضي غسالات ملابس ونشافه حراريه انصح فيه بقوه منعزل عن الازعاج وقريب من كابرون وزلامسي وقريب من النهر وعنده بطاقه لدخول التلفريك المجاور له والافطار متنوع ولذيذ وعندهم شف يطهو الطعام الحار مثل اصناف البيض والبان كيك احرصو ع الغرف الكبيره ترتاحو

Ubytovanie je velmi pekne v blízkosti lanoviek. V cene ubytovania sme mali garážové státie.

Postel mala velmi mäkký matrac. Bar by mohol byt dlhsie otvorený ako do 21.00. Chyba na ubytovaní bazén a male ihrisko vonku pre deti.

Mycket fräscht, snyggt i modern stil men med otroligt mycket österrikisk charm.

Het was een uitstekend ontbijt. Veel aanbod, ook gezond ontbijt. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De verhuur van e-MTB direct vanuit het hotel was top. Ook het gratis gebruik van de gondels om te wandelen of fietsen was perfect.

Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und schick eingerichtet! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Ein Pool gehört zu einem Hotel dieser Kategorie dazu. Das war das einzige, was wir vermisst haben.

Fantastisk hotel. Super flot, ren og nydelig lejlighed. Super lækker morgenmad med stort udvalg. Sød personale og god service. Ligger helt perfekt, hvis man skal cykle MTB eller vandre. Vi kommer gerne igen.

We had a wonderful stay. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, and the cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was truly outstanding - the best we have ever had, with a fantastic selection of fresh and delicious food.

A few small additions would make the stay even more comfortable. Installing mosquito screens on the room windows would help keep insects out, and air conditioning would be a great improvement during warmer days. Also, having a car is highly recommended if you want to explore the surrounding area, as it makes getting around much easier.

Kedves és segítőkész személyzet, parkolás a garázsban, választékos és bőséges reggeli.

A rengeteg bogár, légy, szúnyog, … miatt elkelne szúnyogháló, főleg a nagy melegben a klíma hiánya miatt lenne rá szükség.

The view and the hospitality were amazing! Staff were really helpful in letting to know about local activities, they were really helpful so kind and considerate.

A személyzet nagyon kedves. Az ételek kiválóak, a környék nagyon szép és a szálloda is.

Superior szobát foglaltunk hegyre néző kilátással azonban mikor megláttuk nem az fogadott mint a Bookingos képeken. Ezt jeleztem is a recepción, aztmondták megnézik és próbálnak intézkedni de semmi se lett belőle. Erről csatolok is képet. Ha ezt tudom nem ezt foglalom le. Az ágy egy 4 csillagos hotelhez képest elég használt volt.

The hotel looks great. Breakfast and dinner were also great. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

There was no air conditioning but it was noticed before, however the outside temperature was 33 Celsius and the room temperature around 28. No alternative option for cooling. We could open only the terrace door when the sun went down but due to the missing mosquitoes net all bugs came into our room. So from 11 am until 10 pm it was a boiler room then a bit off bug party. A 4 stars hotel can’t afford this kind of negligence. Due to this reason we will not come back again, beside of the great service.

V hotelu jsme již byli ubytovaní, takže jsme věděli co můžeme čekat. Hotel je krásný čistý, jídlo je kvalitní a dobré a krásně servírované. Pokoje jsou krásné upravené a čisté.

Insgesamt hatten wir wundervolle vier Nächte in der tollen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist zum Wandern super und besonders klasse war das Essen. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Zudem gab es ausreichend Parkplätze und das Hotel ist gemütlich und komfortabel.

Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, im Restaurant konnte man sehr gut essen. Toller Pluspunkt: man kann sich direkt in der Unterkunft E-Bikes ausborgen.

Also mal grundsätzlich, ist das ein tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. Die Lage als nicht Radfahrer war uns langweilig.

Wieso gibt es keine lounge ? Nach dem Abendessen fehlt einfach die Möglichkeit, gemütlich sich noch an der Bar, lounge oder ein gemütiche Kaminecke sich noch nett zu unterhalten. Du hast nach dem Abendessen nur die Möglichkeit auf deinem Platz sitzen zu bleiben, oder aufs Zimmer zu gehen. Finde ich bisschen schade für die doch hohe Kosten.

Hotel liegt direkt an der Piste, perfekt! Zudem ist es toll, dass es Apartments mit Küche gibt und man trotzdem alle Hotel Vorteile wie Frühstück genießt.

Based in pictures we were expecting the room little bit bigger than it actaually was.

The hotel was gorgeous throughout, so comfortable & we had a stunning view of the slopes from our balcony which we loved. The food was incredible & the staff were so attentive - a special thank you to Zoltan & Sandra who really looked after us. Highly, highly recommended the half board option although it was a shame the nightly specials option stopped two nights in as we loved this. The dinner dress code was more casual than we expected. There's very little within walking distance but it was about a 15/20 minute walk to the bottom of the gondola & the ski buses were easy to get from there (note - there isn't one to the Hinterglen area). The heated ski lockers were absolutely fabulous & the ski in/ski out location was so convenient - the only thing we did find was the route you have to ski back down to return to the hotel is a very popular one & it became mogul central quite early on in the day so not the nicest ski back. My partner loved the sauna (even if we hadn't quite realised the textile free Austrian culture initially!). A hot tub would have been a much loved addition to this lovely wellness area.

Some matting at the top of the stairs to the ski slope would have been hugely appreciated as this was very icy & we both nearly fell on several occasions! The soundproofing on the interconnecting door in our room was unfortunately very poor, this did bother us quite a bit on our final two nights. A small thing, but we would have really appreciated the room being hoovered once or twice in the week.

We ended up in a room on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot and parked cars. That was quite a disappointment, and I didn’t feel like I was getting value for my money. I don’t understand why a hotel like this has rooms on the ground floor in the first place. At the very least, they should make sure guests know they are booking a ground-floor room and offer a discount for it. Also, both the wellness area and the ski room are quite small, so it’s not a very pleasant experience during busy hours.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel z pysznymi śniadaniami i doskonałym dostępem do stoku narciarskiego - wpinasz sprzęt i jedziesz. Na plus garaż podziemny.

Boli sme veľmi spokojní s dovolenkou. Ubytovanie v luxusnom hoteli priamo na svahu, krásne izby a vybavenie, všade čisto. Reštaurácia, jedlo, obsluha a personál na úrovni. Raňajky boli kvalitné formou bufetu a večere krásne a luxusne servírované na výber z viacerých kvalitných jedál s milou obsluhou. Takže jedlo - pastva pre oči i maškrtný jazýček. Parkovanie je zabezpečené pred hotelom, alebo vo veľkej garáži v hoteli. Lyžovačka nám vyšla, upravené trate, slniečko, čo viac si priať. Po lyžovačke dobre padla sauna. Ďakujeme, vrelo odporúčame.

Die Lage ist ideal auch wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Direkt am Übungslift und an der Talfahrt

Wenn ich unbedingt was sagen soll, dann hat der Pool gefehlt aber das wussten wir ja vorher.

Večerní recepční byla naprosto skvělá! Dala nám spoustu tipů na zábavu a různé vychytávky a byla velmi ochotná! Snídaně byly luxusní a sauna s možností ochlazení ve sněhu na terase bombová! I kdyz jsme byli ubytovaní v přízemí, vůbec to nevadilo, pořád bylo vidět na hory a lépe se nám stěhovaly věci z a do auta. No a pak hotel na sjezdovce, u které se spouští lanovka uz v 8 hodin, je velká výhra a záruka manšestru. Moc děkujeme!

Lep in prostoren apartma z dvema kopalnicama. Velik balkon s pogledom na smučišče. Postelja in posoda za psičko. Neposreden dostop do smučišča. Zajtrki so bili raznoliki in odlični.

Težka vrata na hodnikih apartmajev, ki jih je bilo potrebno vedno odpirat. Premajhen in preveč ogrevan fitnes. Tesnila tuš kabin bi bilo potrebno očistit vodnega kamna.

Hotel ma bardzo dobre położenie jeśli przyjechałeś na narty, deskę. Bezpośrednio ze skiroom wychodzisz na stok i zjeżdzasz do gondoli. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa w restauracji. Przestronne bardzo dobrze wyposażone apartamenty. Wygodne łóżka. Piękne widoki. Sauna, spa. Do pełni szczęścia brakuje basenu.

Tylko nieporozumienie, spięcie z Panią w recepcji, która pomyliła karty do pokoju i miała pretensję o to, że otworzyłem ten, do którego dała mi klucz.

Leider lagen die Zimmer im Erdgeschoß/Hanggechoß ohne Ausblick, Zudem war das Zimmer mit Feutigkeitsgerüchen belastet.

Great location and the staff was super friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The food was excellent both in terms of breakfast and dinner.

Facilities are somewhat lacking. The ski room is pretty small and can get very crowded. And there's essentially no facilities in any way for kids, which is a big drawback. Also, staff was somewhat inflexible with allowing us to use facilities on the check out day. It was essentially strictly prohibited which wasn't very courteous.

The main pro of the hotel is obviously the location which allows ski in - ski out. The majority of the staff were amazing, some of tge best I ever experienced (especially the kitchen staff). Rooms were nice, comortable beds and nice terrrace. The nature and the peaceful vibe in general is crazy beautiful.

Well, first there is no organized shuttle bus from hotel to anywhere (ski rental, bus station...) and the hotel itself is pretty dislocated in terms of it is in a village, so if u do not have a car you cannot move (especially in the snow). There are taxis, but they are really expensive (and I found them to be less expensive when I called random numbers from internet than when hotel reception did). That being said, it is a huge con that there is no ski rental in the hotel or within a walking distance, makes it super complicated when u want to return skiis, etc. Another thing is pretty random, but really surprised us - you don't have and cannot get your bathrobes in ur room, but only at the reception. Again, pretty weird, especially when u want to go to the spa after a long day of skiing. There are no cocktails at the hotel bar.

Moderní vybavené pokoje s kuchyní, na pokoji kávovar Nespresso a každý den nám doplňovali kapsle a mlíčka, to byla paráda, vůbec jsme to nečekali, milý personál, výborné snídaně, hotel hned u sjezdovky.. u kabinky a pro děti poma. Měli jsme objednané studio, ale dali nám zdarma apartmán s jedním pokojem a velikou terasou s výhledem na svah, to bylo skvělé. Možnost zaparkovat auto do kryté garáže. Wellness zóna také fajn, téměř vždycky tam bylo prázdno. Ke každému apartmánu je jedna zamykatelná skřínka v lyzarne, kde je prostor na lyže a vyhřívané tyče na boty. Určitě bychom se vrátili 👌🏼.

Moc se nám pobyt líbil, ale postele byly hrozně měkké a nepohodlné. V pokojích je podlahové topení, které nám nešlo ztlumit a v noci nám bylo moc horko. V kuchyni je myčka na nádobí, ale nejsou tam tablety a ani houbičku a jar na nádobí jsme nenašli 😄.
