Ein Traum von einem Ort.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienaufenthalt mit Kind im Puradies. Alles top! Wir kommen wieder.

Ein Doppelzimmer lag direkt über dem im Außenbereich befindlichen Gastronomiebereich, sodass Nachtruhe erst ab 2:00 Uhr möglich war. Im Zimmer fehlte ein Stuhl; dieser wurde aber auch Nachfrage umgehend bereitgestellt. Die Liegen im Pool-/Teichbereich waren zeitweise nicht ausreichend vorhanden und teilweise stundenlang unbenutzt, jedoch mit Handtüchern reserviert.

Magnifique hôtel, très beaux jardins, vue incroyable La Modernité des espaces wellness va très bien avec la tradition des différents bâtiments. Petit déjeuner très varié. Proche de plein d’activités en plein air.

Il manque une 2eme piscine à côté du spa qui devrait être adult only, la piscine de l’hôtel se transforme dans l’après midi en piscine municipale très bruyante et surchargée. Pareil au dîner du soir, aucune salle n’est réservée aux clients sans enfants, du coup nous n’avons jamais eu un seul des 6 repas au calme, ça crie, ça pleure, et surtout on avait hâte de quitter la table. Je comprends que ce soit surtout un hôtel pour les familles avec enfants, du coup je déconseille l’établissement à ceux qui n’en n’ont pas, sauf si vous aimez le bruit et le chahut en permanence.

Die Lage des Hotel auf einem Hügel ist hervorragend. Der Blick über das Tal ist beeindruckend. Besonders angenehm ist, dass alle Gebäudeteile, die nicht unbedingt Tageslicht brauchen unterirdisch verbaut sind.

Um auf hohem Niveau Wünsche zu äußern: die Auswahl der nichtalkoholischen Säfte könnte besser sein.

La ubicación y la spa

Que en los baños jabón y champoo estaban como ya abiertos y creo mezclado con agua. Y pedí un medicamento y no abian nada en un hotel intero. Eso no es normal.

Das Abendessen sollte bei Schönwetter auch im Freien eingenommen werden können. Im Zimmer bzw. am Balkon, welcher ja sehr grosszügig ist, fehlt ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, sodass man noch gemütlich ein Fläschchen oder Kartenspielen könnte. Diese Punkte sind keine Beschwerde sondern nur eine eventuelle Anregung.

- czysty, zadbany, nowoczesny obiekt z przepięknym widokiem z każdej części hotelu; - przepięknie zaprojektowany, pokoje duże, wygodne w drewnianym stylu (dodatkowo na wstępie dostępne kapcie oraz szlafroki do strefy SPA); - basen i przestrzeń SPA wyjątkowe, odpoczynek i joga z takim widokiem to coś niesamowitego; - bardzo dobre, lokalne produkty serwowane na śniadaniu, ogromny wybór; polecam skorzystanie z kilkudaniowej kolacji - porcje są idealne, a dania przepyszne; (do wyboru jest wersja również wegetariańska); - duży parking, bez problemu można znaleźć miejsce postojowe; - miła i pomocna obsługa; - mimo dużej liczby gości - nie było to odczuwalne, spokojnie można znaleźć miejsce dla siebie do wypoczynku; - blisko (nawet spacerem) do kolejek górskich; w ramach pobytu dostaje się również kartę Leogang, gdzie za darmo można skorzystać z kilku atrakcji w regionie;

Beautiful location, easy access to the gondola (1 per day offered by the hotel). 1 restaurant in a walking distance Facilities are beautiful and pool water super clean

Staff are not well trained ( not prepared to check in, explain about the surroundings and some are also in a bad mood). Never saw a employee walking outside the property No service at the pool area - broken glass around the pond area. No A/C in the room - summer nights are hot 🥵

The path to the slopes can be strenuous

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Hausa fand ich etwas eintönig, dafür war das 5 Gänge Menü am Abend ausgezeichnet. Als wir uns morgens beim Frühstück etwas Zeit gelassen haben, wurde uns unmissverständlich klar gemacht, dass das Person nur noch auf uns wartet.

Der Pool für die Kinder befindet sich zu 90% draussen, was im Sommer super ist, aber im Winter und in der Übergangszeit suboptimal ist. Der Spabereich für Familien ist wunderschön gestaltet, aber der Pool für die Kinder ist draussen und deshalb kommt das Puradies nur bei schönem Wetter für uns in Frage. Das Spa für Erwachsene wirderum ist wunderschön und total großzügig, es gibt aber keinen Pool, nur einen Schwimmteich.

Familiäre Umgebung mit tollem Service! Perfekte Lage zwischen zwei Skipisten. Essen sehr abwechslungsreich. Kinderfreundlich.

Παρά πολύ προσεγμένο κ οργανωμένο! Πολυ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι! Πολυ ωραίο πρωινό κ γενικά φαγητό! Ηταν φοβερό πόσο πολύ μας βοήθησαν με το μίνι μπαρ που μας πηγαινόφερναν στις πίστες για σκι 🙌🏽 Η εξωτερική πισίνα ειανι ΟΝΕΙΡΟ!!!

Μέναμε σε ένα μεγάλο δωμάτιο 6 άτομα αλλά με ένα μπάνιο! Θα ήταν πιο άνετα να υπήρχε 1 μπάνιο και 1 wc

Locatie was ideaal voor het skiën/wandelen. Enorm veel genoten van het lekkere eten. Het zwembad en de spa faciliteiten zijn top

Mijn matras was (volgens mij) aan vervanging toe. Ik zakte er zo diep in weg dat ik niet meer op mijn zij kon liggen

Heerlijk hotel met top faciliteiten. Super service met heel vriendelijk personeel op een prachtige locatie. Overal ruimte genoeg om je volledig te kunnen ontspannen.

Wir bekamen jeden Morgen eine Frühstücksbox ans Chalet geliefert, das keine Wünsche offen lies.

Wir wunderen uns, dass im Schwimmbad keine Duschen waren. Die 3 Saunen lagen sehr eng aneinander, dadurch war es auch in der Sauna unruhig, da von außen ständig Türen auf und zu gingen und die Unterhaltung von außen übertragen wurde.

Really lovely facilities - the spa and petting farm are amazing ! Very convenient ski in ski out!

Misrepresentation. Booked a room for 860€ per 2 days. I was given an old smelly room with bugs inside . In order to upgrade it to normal room like it was in the foto hotel requested 360€ more

We have a wonderful time. Room, Food and staff were amazing. A special mention to Zvadko who made our girls day at desert time!

Super Hotel der Extraklasse! Schaut toll aus, super eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet besticht mit großer Auswahl und top Qualität. Die Sauberkeit ist überdurchschnittlich. Die Bar ist gut ausgestattet und die Barkeeper extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Spa-Bereich hat viele unterschiedliche Räume und Betten, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Schwimmbad und Sauna besser als in Thermen.

Phantastisches Frühstück und sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Kellnerin Gisela hat uns sogar unsere Lieblingsbrötchen vom Bäcker für den Heimweg organisiert. Wirklich ein toller Service! Wir kommen wieder.

The breakfast was amazing! Especially Gisela made us and the kids very welcome! The reception staff could have been a bit more helpful with local recommendations and their level of service, but everything else was great! We truly loved it!

Wunderschöner und großer Wellnessbereich. Dort kann man sehr gut entspannen. Die Außenanlagen ist wunderschön, großzügig und idyllisch angelegt. Man kann allein dort schon wunderbar spazieren gehen. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist ein Traum.

Der Weg zwischen den Saunen und dem übrigen Wellnessbereich war sehr lang. Das Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr klein. Im Wellnessbereich gibt es zwar Räume mit Liegen, die jedoch nicht als ruheräume deklariert sind. Außerdem ist das innenliegende Schwimmbecken sehr hellhörig in die anderen Räume hinein. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, allerdings gibt es sehr viele Praktikanten, sodass ein bisschen die Seele des Hauses gefehlt hat. Insbesondere beim einchecken an der Rezeption war eine sehr junge Dame, die noch etwas überfordert wirkte. Mit dem Gepäck wurde uns nicht geholfen und es wurde auch wenig zu der Anlage/dem Hotel an sich gesagt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet, die Yogaplattform, die Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen, das Personal, ... Es hat alles super gepasst!

One of the best things about staying in a cabin was the wonderful huge box of breakfast ingredients that get delivered to your door in the morning which you awake to..just fantastic ! The manager and staff were really great and helpful! LOVED the red light & natural sauna in the cabin was so great to have a private sauna

The Booking.com listing said there was a 'fire' in the cottage but there wasnt which was very disappointing.

A bit disappointing. Facilities, spa and pool were excellent and the meals were exceptional. The reception staff (particularly Laura) were very friendly and helped us out multiple times during our stay. A “suite” at Puradies is a normal double room as far as we could tell but the room was modern, clean and had beautiful view of the mountains. We made good use of the shuttle service between the hotel and lift stations, the drivers were always helpful and friendly. The bar staff were not as friendly and we felt like an inconvenience ordering drinks. Similarly we found the waiting staff in the restaurant bordering on rude, which was a shame as the food itself was fantastic. Incorrect orders, abrupt service, shrugs when things we ordered never arrived, tutting when we brought in drinks from the bar. Difficult to shake the feeling that if we were either fluent German speakers, or perhaps not a gay couple, then we might have received the same service that others around us were getting. We also found the relentless upselling of extras, wine, water and coffee a bit tiresome. All in all, Leogang is a beautiful place to stay, however, we would not stay at Puradies again.

Incredible! Wonderful staff, amazing facilities and oh my goodness the food! Big shout out to Florian, Martyna and Olivia who really looked after us so attentively and professionally during our evening meals. We were so impressed with the food we wanted to meet the team. The spa facilities were heavenly (it’s called heaven spa) and you can ski in and ski out from the hotel. We will definitely come back here, perhaps for the summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved our ski trip to Puradies. The hotel was beautiful, staff were very helpful & friendly. The food was amazing. We will be back 😀

Exceptional

We stayed three nights in Puradies and loved it! It appeared quite big and we good a bit lost in the beginning as the Spa and Recreation area is quite big. We stayed at the Traumquartier - ground floor because we came with two dogs - garden and area are great for walking our doggies. Rooms are spacious with high quality finishes. Breakfast and Dinner was great. Amazing Bread selection and daily specials plus egg dishes prepared to your liking. Gisela - the breakfast host was great fun and very caring! Dinner is 5-6 course and yummy. Great mix of local Austrian meat and fish dishes, always a nice salad and pre-course. Good selection of local wines. The Bar Freiraum is a fun hang-out with friendly bartenders serving creative cocktails. Great service is the skiraum and the shuttle to the lift. Overall an excellent weekend in a family friendly hotel with excellent service.

Das moderne und trotzdem sehr natürliche Hotel ist ideal gelegen um gleich ins Skivergnügen zu starten! Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, welches sogar ermöglicht, am Abreisetag nach dem Skifahren noch die Nachmittagsjause und den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen! Stylische Saunalandschaft mit zT. geführten Aufgüssen, angenehme Liegebereiche und toller Pool. Top Frühstücksbuffet, Nachmittagsjause und genussvolles mehrgängiges Abendessen. Vielen Dank bis zum nächsten Mal!

Krásný hotel, prefektní služby

Mit hoher Gastfreudnschft und Servicegrad zeigt sich das Puradies als sehr einzigartige Kombination aus Chaletdorf und 4*S Hotel mit allem drum und dran. Besonders wer also im Chalet logiert hat die Wahl aus dem Ruhepol der Hütte oder wahlweise den vielfältigen Angeboten des Hotels. Zudem ist die Lage direkt an den Liften und Pisten Winters wie Sommers ideal.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel. Bei Unverträglichkeiten Potential gibt es aus meiner Sicht noch im Restaurantbereich. (wg. Unverträglichkeiten) Wir hatten dies bei unserer Abreise auch ehrlich angesprochen, jedoch wurden wir an der Rezeption belehrt, dass man sich nur hätte melden müssen. Für mich kam diese Erklärung leider zu spät (bei Anreise wäre dies Info hilfreicher), aber vielleicht hilft diese Information jemanden bei einem unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. An dieser Stelle sei noch erwähnt, dass ich das Hotel 2 Wochen im Vorhinein schriftlich über meine Intoleranzen informiert habe. Der Rest (Essen bzw. Restaurant und Nachmittagsbuffet ausgeklammert) ist auf jeden Fall lohnenswert. Schöner Garten (Aufenthalt im Sommer) mit Schwimmteich und großartigem Blick auf die Steinberge. Zimmer war geräumig aber hellhörig. (Blick Richtung Asitzbahn)

+Excellent hotel, good service and excellent food with the best afternoon 'snack' I even seen. High quality wellness area with plenty of space to relax. Reasonable easy to access skipist, return easier (if snow permits). -Missing whirlpool and swimming pool

Fire Alarm went off at 6am. No staff on hand to advise whether to evacuate - very annoying

Ski in ski out was a great advantage. The food at the a'la carte resturant was exceptional. Fire alarm went off the night we stayed (that was not a problem) but when we all evacuated the building there were no staff evident.

The hotel itself, its facilities, food was all very good. We thought we had a pretty good idea of what we could expect from the hotel, based on their marketing and communication. They work with influencers on Instagram. We were quite surprized that the hotel was packed with numerous families with noisy kids. This is not how the hotel markets itself, nor does it position itself. Obviously this was a disappointment for us, cause we expected a quiet hotel.

The Puradies is definitly a secret hideaway you should visit! I have been impressed about the beautiful rooms, they are very cozy and you feel directly at home. The combination of wood and modern design gives this place a special uniqueness. The Essenza restaurant is offering culinarious delights, and as well the Spa and the Badehaus (Sauna area) is fantastic. You can also rent a Chalet, and you have direct access to the ski-slopes. Highl recomendable!

Great place with wonderful spa. Ski in and out.

We spent our Christmas (skiing) vacation in the hotel with our kids. Everything was great. Food was delicious. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Kids had fun in the playroom and withering a real farm with different animals (2 min walk). The owners took great care of the guests. Would definitely recommend.
