Grand Silay Hotel

Ekonomik

F/P oteliydi. Kahvaltısı güzel ve doyurucu.

The doors to the rooms needed to be slammed in order to be fully closed, in which was extremely disturbing especially at night when I was trying to sleep. The breakfast was also under par. The smell of the burnt cooking oil was coming all the way to the 8th floor.

Falta mantenimiento

Kamers waren groot Locatie is perfect heerlijk centraal gelegen

Location is very good and it's a good budget priced hotel

They need fruit at breakfast, only two of my four breakfasts had watermelon. The AC is bare minimum of acceptable. It never chilled, it just kept the room bearable.

Posizione centrale, colazione varia e abbondante, camera silenziosa

Adequate for a short stay, but not much more than that.

Breakfast was good and the room was fresh. The staff allowed me to check in earlier in the room.

The internet connection was very weak in my floor, the sheets had cigarette burns.

They quickly reacted to booking.com error for my stay and upgraded my room without any extra charge. 10 out of 10 satisfaction.

Banyolar bakımsız klozet sifonlari arızalı dusluklar arıza odaların kapı ve pencereleri sorunlu

Everything is okay.

Staff were very helpful to make things right. Location was excellent. Central to all the amenities for example tram, buses, food and general shopping. Overall a great place to stay in for access and travel.

The 2nd room I got was nice and clean . And the location. The staff in general are friendly.

When I made my booking it was for a non smoking room I was given a smoking room. The smell in the room was bad. I requested my booking to be honored . The receptionist tried to keep in that room and said he has some spray that will remove the smell. I said I'll give him a chance , he came up and sprayed something like you use to kill flys . I told him no change me the room as it stinks . He then changed the room to be fair it was a cleaner and nicer room . And it was a non smoking room . The other problem was key cards tend to reset at 12PM I went and ask for a reset . The first day the lady was fine reset it and all good. The 2nd day a gentleman started asking me for money to do it . I refused . I said I paid . And I insisted I don't want to pay for something that I already have paid for. He then sorted the card out. My brother after me was fixed with out any questions.

Close to many shops. Breakfast was not that good

Breakfast was not that good

It is very close to all shops

Bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was not good

Good breakfast

Melhor Hotel que estive ,super limpo e aconchegante.Fiquei vinte dias com meu namorado

Ok property for the price We had two rooms. Property needs upgrade badly. Rooms smelled cigarettes. Reception was not quick to respond to our request.

İch habe gespannt, besonders Frühstück gefällt mir sehr gut, Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und freundlich

Çok güzel bir otel 2 günlük konaklama yaptık. Otopark sıkıntısı olmadı. Odalar gayet yeterli büyüklükteydi. Merkeze yakın, kahvaltısı güzel bir yerdi. Tavsiye ederim.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were consistently rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing any of our concerns. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there were so many bugs that both my husband and I were bitten repeatedly and felt itchy the entire stay. The bathroom was extremely small, with a shower so cramped that even one person could barely fit inside. When we tried to give feedback, the staff did not take it seriously and refused to listen. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guests’ comfort made this stay unacceptable.

The breakfast was good and varied. About 20 min walk to the metro station. Many restaurants around, but main attractions not accessible on foot.

Alt, abgenutzt

Öncelikle ilgi alaka icin calisanlara teşekkür ederim. Konfor temizlik acisindan gayet guzel fiyat bakimindan uygun bi yer tekrar ankaraya gelicek olursam yine tercih ederim acik bufe kahvaltısında cesit gayet yeterince vardi otopark sorunu yaşamadım tavsiye ederim

Location was great..... Its a pity that reception can't speak english.... Room was clean but the smell of cigarette was too much.... It is a good choice to stay for a few days . Down was a nice coffeeshop with Arezoo. Very kind with a delicious tea:)

We stayed over night location was good lots of restaurants were on walking distance

Sve je bilo odlično

Madracima malo polomljeni

Gayet sakindi, saçma sapan tipler yoktu. Oda yeterli ve rahattı. Lavabolar ve oda gayet temizdi.

Oda biraz dar.

Girişte bize hiçbir soru yönlendirilmeden sigara içilebilen oda verilmiş, sabah uyandığımızda geceden duş almamıza rağmen saçlarımızın kıyafetlerimizin sigara koltuğunu fark ettik. Gece korkunç bir koku eşliğinde uyumaya çalıştık, üst kattan yürüme sesleri keskin geliyordu. Tuvalet temizdi ama fayanslar uzun süre temizlenmemiş, parmak izi ve kalıntılar fazla incelemeye gerek kalmadan görülebiliyor. Işıklandırma da kötüydü çok karanlıktı. Kahvaltı vasattı, bu yüzden kahvaltı yapmadan çıktık. Personel iyi niyetli ve kibardı. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer değil.

The hotel is very bad. The staff are not supportive with visitors

Changing staff especially all from reception
