Elit Palas Hotel

In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer, praktischer und günstiger Parkplatz. Die Lage ist insgesamt gut, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war Standard, 7 von 10 Punkten, aber sauber und ohne unangenehme Gerüche.

Das Frühstück war einfach und bot wenig Auswahl.

Очень понравился просторный номер с большой рабочей зоной и удобным расположением розеток. Персонал отеля очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Расположение идеальное: до центра (район Кызылай) и метро всего 15–20 минут пешком, а на самой улице и вокруг много магазинов популярных брендов, баров и ресторанов с отличной турецкой едой.

Серьезных минусов нет, всё устроило. Иногда случались мелкие технические неполадки с сантехникой, но это общего впечатления об отдыхе не испортило.

Tout le personnel de l'hôtel a été absolument fabuleux et gentil avec moi. Comme j'avais une entorse et que je me déplaçais difficilement, tout le monde m'a aidée et supportée. Ils ont tous été adorables et patients avec moi, je les remercie du fond du coeur.

Very comfy hotel

The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, which made our stay relaxing. Our room was a good size and was very clean. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

The room furniture and facilities were quite old, and the towels were worn out. There were no tissues provided in the room. The split air conditioner was installed only near the entrance, so the sleeping area did not receive enough cooling. The bathroom and toilet had no ventilation, which was inconvenient.

the facilities have been quite old and no refurbishment in place. Expecially the bathroom facilities were all torn or outdated, marks and scars everywhere (walls, sinks etc). even the toilet brush has not been checked recently and was not usable.

Rooms and beds need an upgrade. Breakfast was disappointing.

This is my third stay in Elite Palace. it did feel different for a while. Special thanks to Tolga, Ali, the blond lady and the young gentleman at the reception; they made up for the inconvenience we faced. we lost our mittens and we wanted to ask if they saw it near the hotel and directly were ready to check if anyone from the staff took it (which wasn't the case) the management is very decent and nice . the location is prime, the breakfast on January first was a completely different from previous days and was exactly as we used to have it in our past stays. the heating system is top notch. there is a hospital few steps away and an OPD.

the Card "clean My room" has no value, you need to inform reception if you want your room cleaned. which really wasnt convenient as we were informed about that on our last day. the Hair dryer in our room didn't work and wasn't fixed for all ALL THE STAY !!. even though the weather was snowy! the breakfast before January one was not to the level we used to have. the food wasn't covered, 2 days there were no eggs, sausage refilled ( at 9.50 there was no replacements to missing items, breakfast ends at 10.30 ) many variety and service was upon January 1. THE WIFI STOPPED AT 12.00 AM FROM OUR CHECK OUT DAY!!!! thanks to ALI he helped us obtain it again.

Prysznic był uszkdzony. Na moją prośbę wymieniono wąż do słuchawki ale nie można było przekierować do niej strumienia wody. Branie prysznica było niewygodne i zachlapywało podłogę w łazience. Kawa z ekspresu - słaba - nie pasowała do Turcji

Tertemiz bir oteldi kahvaltısı çok iyiydi, personel aşırı ilgili ve kibardı, çok yorgundum check in saati öncesi gelmeme rağmen bana hazır odalardan birini verdiler, konumu çok iyi, karşısında meihur kore lokantası var, 15 20 dk içinde kuğulu parka yürünüyor, ben konser için gelmiştim salon 4 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde idi yanıbaşında, aştiden gelince metrodan sonra 25 dk kadar yürüyüp otele vardım, yatakları çok rahat odada kettle çay kahve vs vardı hep burada kalırım artık.

Hizmet konusunda oldukça iyi. Bir iki seferdir odanın zemini parkesi iyi temizlenmiş rastlamıyorum. Her oda temizliğinde iyi bir paspas ile silinmesini öneririm.

Konumu gayet iyi ancak otelin biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Kısa süreli seyahatler için güzel bir alternatif.

Personnels très disponible et à l'écoute. Hôtel très propre et le wifi marche bien aussi dans les chambres et sans coupure. Petit déjeuner copieux à bouffet ouvert avec un très bon caffet filtre. À 5-6 minutes à pieds du centre des affaires et du métro Kizilay et pas très loin des ambassades. Rapport qualité sur prix 5/5.

Otopark var diye yazıyor ancak uygun bir otopark yok, olan da yolun kenarı veya kaldırım üstü, manevra sorunu var. Temizlik iyi. Çalışanlar yardımcı.

Çok güzel karşılandık sabah 10 da otelde olmamıza rağmen bizi bekletmeden yeni oda ayarlandı. Temizlik düzen kahvaltı harika çok mutlu ayrıldık.

Otel eski, duşakabin kapıları alt sürgüden çıkmış sallanıyor. Yangın merdiveni geldiğimiz zaman yeni yapılıyordu, ya da otelde daha önce uygun yerde olmadığı için yeniden yapılıyordu. Otel temiz, gece çalışanlar biraz kaba.

Chambre très spacieuse pour une famille avec deux enfants. Très bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner. Lits très confortables. Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, la veille de notre retour.

2 yetişkin 2 çocuk seyahat ettiğimiz için, rezervasyon yaparken 1 çift kişilik yatak, 1 tek kişilik yatak ve 1 çekyat olan suit odayı rezerve ettik ama maalesef odada sadece bir çift kişilik yatak bir de çekyatın üzerinde 1 tek kişilik döşek vardı. Ayrıca odada kettle ve granül kahve olmasına rağmen, sabah uyanıp kahve içmek istediğimde fincan bırakılmadığını farkettim. Küvetin musluğu doğru düzgün çalışmıyordu, tuvaletin içinde iz vardı. Temizlik konusunda da problemliydi. Yani işin sonunda kesinlikle aradığımızı bulamadık. Sadece konumu güzeldi buna rağmen tavsiye etmiyorum.

Giriş anından itibaren güleryüz ve kahveyle karşılandım. Odaya erken giriş yapmama yardımcı oldular, odada bir gece geçirdim yeterliydi

위치가 좋습니다. 특히 숙소 근처에 Korelee 한인식당이 있는데 가성비 좋고 정말 맛있었습니다. 기본차림으로 제공하는 소떡소떡은 한국에서 먹었던 것 보다 맛있었어요. 여행중 잠시나마 한국의 향기를 느낄 수 있었어요. 그리고 숙소 주변에 식당이 많아서 좋았어요. 시설은 조금 노후화된 점은 있으나 숙소 청소상태가 좋았어요. 저녁에 도착했는데 리셉션이 있어 체크인 절차도 편했습니다. 주차장도 있어서 좋았고 직원분들이 모두 친절했습니다. 특히 조식을 준비해주시는 직원분이 정말 친절했습니다. 아침에 먹은 조식 또한 훌륭했어요. 앙카라에서 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다.

Otel çok güzel bir konumda, çalışanları çok dost canlısı ve yardımcı. Konaklama, oda ve tesislerin kullanımında (emanet bölümü, cafe vs.) çok yardımcı oldular. Ankara'nın en güzel yerlerine yürüme mesafesi uzaklığında ve otobüs duraklarına da çok yakın.

Sevmediğimin bir şey yok. Yine gidip kalmayı planlıyorum.

Otel'i konumu için tercih ettik.Gayet merkezi bi konumda güzel bir muhitte bulunuyor. O yönden beklentilerimizi karşıladı.Ambiyansı çok tatlı bir aile oteli kesinlikle. Odamız genel olarak temizdi yatak çarşafları yeni ve temizdi. Fakat Banyo biraz eski ve hijyen konusunda daha iyi olabilirdi. Silindiği belli fakat köşelerde birikmiş saç ve kıllara dikkat edilmemiş. Sadece bizim odamız değil arkadaşlarımızın odasında da aynı sorun vardı. Biz 3 kişilik odalarda kaldık tekli yataklar biraz ufaktı bir eleştirimde bu olabilir. Ancak otel personeli son derece yardım sever ve güler yüzlü hepsine çok teşekkürler. Ben bir daha ankaraya gidersem tekrar burayı tercih ederim. Banyo konusuna sadece biraz daha dikkat edilmeli

My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable! I created so many beautiful memories. Konum, hizmet, ilgi harika. Ancak duşların başlıkları ve muslukları yenilenmeli. Oda daha titiz temizlenmeli. Çünkü bir önceki misafirin kılını tüyünü görmemeliyiz. Yataklarınızın yayları artık çok hissediliyor. Bu güzel otele yakışacak konforlu ve ergonomik yataklarla değişim sağlanmalı.

Check-in process: We arrived at hotel at 12:30 pm, check in time was 2:00 pm. We booked two rooms- one single and one family. Single room was ready and we did immediate check in for that. For the other room, we did the check-in paper work and hotel reception assured that our baggage will be sent to our room once ready. We went out and came back after 8:00 pm, language was not in the room. Called twice in the reception to send the baggage in the room- non action was taken. Finally after 1 hour, we need to come down to reception to collect the luggage. Buffet Breakfast: Limited food option with very infrequent refill (we were there about 45 mins, refill for few items were never given). There were no cups for the tea/coffee and glass for the juice/water. Need to request multiple time to get those.

Conveniently located. Good value for money. For those who need a clean place to sleep and visit Ankara during their stay, this is a good place to stay. Breakfast was reasonable, with a nice spread, for the cost. Staff was very helpful and kind.

The room was clean and the location was great. Very comfortable. I would book again.

The bathroom was not very clean and they had forgotten to change the towels and when i realized I was already in the shower so i had to use the hand towel to dry myself 😟. Also the staff don't know much english so it was very hard to communicate.

Bulunduğu konum çok güzel, odalar gayet yeterli büyüklükte ve temizlikte. Kapı girişinde bazen sıkıntı yaşadık, eski bina olduğu için bazen lobiye inip kartı tekrar tanımlatmak gerekti, bunun çözülmesi lazım. Kahvaltı biraz daha gelişebilir.

The bathroom was so cold, and the housekeeping was missed for a day for me. Also, the entrance card was not appropriate, and every day, I had to fix it.

Herşey mükemmeldi otel ambiyansı insanın içine huzur veriyordu. Merkezi konumda oluşu avantaj. Temizlik konusunda çok iyi. Başka bir seyahetim de kesinlikle ilk tercihim olacak. Kahvaltı yönünden de çalışanların ilgi alakası da çok güzeldi. Tavsiye ediyorum kesinlikle.

The hotel has a very rustic vibe, with a classic, old-fashioned feel.  While it's clean, the decor might not be everyone's taste especially the furniture which were very old. It's about a 20-minute walk to the lively Kizlay district.

the shower wasn't great, and the breakfast buffet had limited options.Plus, the lighting was super dim.

The Elit Palas Hotel is a quaint, old-style hotel located in Cankaya. The room was clean and had a small balcony, the staff were friendly and the bed very comfortable. The location was good as it was on a walking street where lots of restaurants and bars are, and is a short walk from a main city shopping street and boulevard. The area is good and to see the major sites of interest in Ankara, you will need to get a bus or taxi. One of the best things about the hotel is the breakfast, which is amazing, with so many choices. My stay was very good and I would recommend. The hotel could improve more if renovations were carried out, but I liked the old style and wooden floors and fixtures within the room and the mattress and bedding was so comfortable

Odada yer toz ve parça parça toz birikintisi içindeydi. Dikkatli temizlenmesi gerekiyor.

The staff were very friendly, some of the staff didn’t speak English but they made every effort to understand us and helped us with everything. Room was spacious and had AC, bathroom was big. Breakfast was nice. We only stayed for one night and our experience was very nice.

The ad stated it had parking, but there was only street parking (none available) and paid parking across the road, which I ended up paying for.

The hotel is at a lovely location and has a nice old-timey charm to it. Some of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our room card broke down almost every time we left the room. We had to get it renewed after going down to breakfast or leaving the hotel, almost every single time. That was annoying. The room was cleen-ish but the sheets and covers were a bit old, some had holes in them.

The receptionists and the manager were all very nice in their treatment. They deserve the best.

The only bad thing is that the refrigerator is not working well.
