El lugar está muy bien por el precio que ofrecen, el lugar es como un resort para gente ya retirada, pero hay buenos restaurantes en el área., todo está muy bien y el staff muy amable.

La playa de plano no se puede ir porque el sargazo está muy feo ya, tendrías que ir en buena temporada para poder disfrutarla.

the hosts communication was exceptional... any small hiccups, they were handled immediatly , it was close to the security gates to catch busses to tulum and it was 7 min walk to town (via the pickelball lane short cut)

shower towels were terrible material... were soon replaced with pool towels which were good..

The owner is really reactive and wants to help if a problem arises. The location is great. A short walk from the beach and the different restaurants and activities. I recommend!

Have to warn those looking for 5 star luxury - this property is closer to basics. No extra towels, no beach towels. But what is provided - clean and in good condition. This place is perfectly organized and functional. Communications are timely, perfect responsiveness and everything working. The location is ideal . For my wife and I this accommodation was ideal and perfect. Everything clean, working while simple.

La cama muy dura, encontramos vaso sucio en la cocina, fue incomodo tener que estar prendiendo el aire acondicionado cada que se abria la puerta de acceso a la habitación;

Esta dentro de un fraccionamiento que tiene un acceso a una pequeña bahia privada. La habitación era muy amplia y tiene todo en la cocina para preparar lo que quieras

Nos toco una habitación que desde que abrimos la puerta olía muy mal. Nos dieron un aromatizante en aerosol que ayudo un poco pero segun nos dijeron el olor es porque acababan de pintar. La televisión podria tener una mejor ubicación. La cama estaba dura.

Tutto! zona riservata e curata con tutti i servizi appartamentino delizioso comodo a piedi si raggiunge la piazzetta con negozi e ristoranti ottimo come base per girare. Host discreti ma presenti.

La struttura si trova in una strada di ville splendide, tranquillissima e silenziosa. Lo studio è molto grande, dispone di una cucina e un grande terrazzo, oltre che un bagno molto comodo con grande doccia e acqua calda. Abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni chiarissime e molto precise sia per l’accesso che per le attività, hanno sempre anticipato le mie domande e questo è l’aspetto che più ho apprezzato. Ottima organizzazione!

Todo estuvo muy bien! destaco que la habitacion cuenta con mosquitero en las ventanas, importantisimo si hay mosquitos y tambien cuentan con aire acondicionado y tambien con ventilador, clave como en mi caso que no soy tan fan del aa.

Wygodne studio, ładna łazienka, fajny basen, z którego korzystało się nawet późnym wieczorem. Piekny, egzotyczny ogród. Obiekt leżący na ogromnym terenie, do którego wjeżdża się poprzez kontrolę ochroniarzy. Przepiękna roślinność. W środku miasteczka i tego terenu baseny z delfinami. Można bezpłatnie oglądać delfiny bawiące się w basenach. Lub zapłacić za udział za bezpośredni kontakt z delfinami.

The location was great as there was a lot of wildlife and sea animals nearby e.g. dolphins

This complex is pretty in itself and has some nice shops and restaurants at the marina.

Dated room needs proper clean owner needs a huge Attitude Upgrade. Complex needs to free captive dolphins! 5,6 dolphins in 2,3 small pools maybe management would like to be trapped like this & be used for stupid tricks & entertainment! Property garden has tiny lethal mosquitoes. Patio has comfy FILTHY cushions. AC did NOT work * no help offered by Sonia only direction to instructions! Bedroom curtains don't close well gardener can see into room. Rusting kitchen & shower drains. Window gauze coming away from frames. Sticky filthy kitchen unit handles had to put tissue paper. Shower curtain - v. close to toilet - has dark spots on toilet side! Wore flipflops when showering, God knows when shower floor got a proper clean! Patio area untidy with deflated plastic swimming things thrown around. Pot plants dry & dying. Owner Sonia's reply to my complaint was "it seems you are complaining about everything" and that "asking guests to keep place clean is education, you can leave it dirty if you want"... ! Suppose, her keeping the place so filthy shows her own lack of education! She has of course made excuses and told lies in her response to my review.

Excellent location. Perfect for access to Padi duve centre at Catalonia Riviera Maya resort. It was super comfortable and great for 2 friends sharing. Sonia was very helpful and kind.

A more powerful shower would have been good.

It didn’t include breakfast, but as far as the location it was excellent. Less than a 10 minute walk to the marina, shops and restaurants.

Most of the pool loungers need to be replaced and there were no towels for the pool. The towels in the room were very thin.

The location was amazing! So close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very communicative and detailed, making the process very easy.

The pictures made the pool seem much larger than it is. That was a little disappointing.

The property was nice. The only negatives were the construction next door mean you couldn't really stay at the property for long and the pool needed more chlorine as it was always cloudy

The location is excellent! The host is incredibly kind and responsive. It is a great little place for the price.

The bed was really uncomfortable.

The room we booked had a full equipped kitchen with all utensils, plates, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is an easy walk to all restaurants and OXO store. We enjoyed the lobby seating directly outside our room door, where we could sit and read. The owners were nice and helpful.

Although the bed was King size, it is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The wood chairs in the kitchen are heavy and hard; some lightweight woven plastic patio chairs would have been more comfortable. No beach towels, chairs or umbrella provided.

Very basic and worked out well. Have stayed in Puerto Adventuras previously in more of a B&B so thought I’d try an apartment. Initially, the key situation was an issue ,however, the contact person, Sonia, was quick to resolve the issue.

When checking the info regarding this property on your site, I do not recall any mention of the process that followed regarding a stand alone self check in or obtaining a key: being asked to download an app to get the key box code.

En general todo está muy bien cuidado, muy tranquilo, los otros huéspedes bastante respetuosos. El único detalle fue el cobertor de mi habitación, olía a que no se había lavado.

Muy buenas instrucciones por parte de la anfitriona. Seguro y tranquilo. Fue buena nuestra estadía y estamos agradecidos. Lo único que no nos gustó fue lo incómodo del colchón, la mitad de la cama hundida.

Our room had some major mold issues. The kitchen wasn’t really well equipped and the utensils that were there were mostly dirty… some repair/ repainting would do good. And buy some standard ikea kitchen utensils, please throw the rest out … however if you’re not planning on staying for a long time and don’t want to cook, The price is good

Our stay at Picalu Villas was alright. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the bus station, a large grocery store, and the beach. The pool appeared clean, though we didn't use it and the room had nearly all the amenities needed for a long stay, though it lacked beach towels and some salt and pepper. However, a significant drawback was the construction noise from the house next door. The noise began promptly at 8 AM each day, with drilling and jackhammering that was quite disruptive. On the day of our checkout, I informed the host via WhatsApp about the construction and mentioned that it would have been helpful to know about this before our arrival so we could have made alternative arrangements or come prepared with earplugs as I didn’t see any reviews talking about the construction next door when we booked. The host’s response was dismissive, stating it was not their issue. I replied saying that I know there is not anything they can do I just wished they informed us before we got there, which he replied a thumbs-up emoji. This lack of professionalism and concern was disappointing and influenced our decision not to return. If you don’t like construction just outside your window and a host that responds with emojis you might want to consider other accommodations.

Great accommodation, lots of space, very comfortable beds. The roof terrace space was nice. The pool was nice for the kids. Space very clean and lots of bits in the kitchen available for cooking. Great communication with the host. Good location and only 10 mins walk to the centre.

The small electric hob that was provided gave me a few small electric shocks. I would look to get this replaced.

Host gave great detailed instructions on checkin and checkout. Room was clean and location is great. Wifi and tv worked well. A great value would recommend.

El cuarto está muy bien, para entrar también fue muy sencillo, nos toco la habitación del fondo con vista a la alberca, recomendaría cambiar de cortinas ya que son muy delgadas y no dan suficiente privacidad, ya que no las cubre por completo y le quedan algo chicas. El refrigerador también olía muy feo. Pero en general es un buen lugar en puerto y es fácil moverse y para entrar es muy sencillo. Realmente recomiendo el lugar, se duerme bien, la cama era cómoda y de buen tamaño.
