Reviewed Sep 13, 2026De inrichting van de kamer. Zeer mooi authentiek inrichting. Het ontbijt, heerlijk uitgebreid met verse producten en alles wat je moet hebben.
Klein beetje gebrek aan hygiëne in de kamer. Bedden waren super proper en fris Badkamer was zeer proper Alleen bij het binnenkomst van het toilet in de kamer zag je redelijk dik het stof in flukjes op de deurframe liggen.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden, der Parkplatz war auch fußläufig auf der anderen Kanalseite schnell zu erreichen. Die Suite mit Kanalblick war perfekt und das Frühstück war ausreichend vielseitig!
Wir waren nur einmal im Pool ( der klein aber fein ist ) und am Rand zur Wand lagen viele tote Fliegen, das war leider nicht so schön aber wir hoffen das es nur eine Ausnahme war!

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Bruges à pied, à seulement 20 minutes de la gare. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute ! La chambre était prête dès notre arrivée, ce qui est un vrai plus. Et le petit-déjeuner compris est également un vrai plus !
Petit bémol concernant la propreté de la chambre, notamment des toilettes et du lavabo. Certains éléments, comme les couvertures, mériteraient également d’être changés.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Wunderschönes Boutique-Hotel in bester Lage mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden. Beim Check-in haben wir zahlreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub in Brügge erhalten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Beim Frühstück gab es nur eine kleine Auswahl. Da der Zimmerpreis relativ hoch war, hatten wir mehr erwartet.

A parkolási lehetőség is nagy előnye a szállásnak, megnyugtató hogy jó helyen van a gépjármű. Egy napot töltöttem ott de újra itt foglalnék szállást náluk ha visszatérek.
Én jobban szeretem a keményebb matracot de ezt nem tartanám hibának a szállás részéről, mindenki más.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for. The city is beautiful. We definitely want to return to Bruges again.

De même pour l' emplacement au calme, au bord d'un canal et en prime la possibilité d'un parking privé à 50 mètres de l'hôtel, tout cela au cœur du centre historique. Un hôtel musée avec une décoration XVII et XVIII ° incroyable. Les chambres sont confortables. Petit spa avec piscine. Petit-déjeuner dans une honnête moyenne.
Sincèrement : rien tant le coté historique est à préserver. Plus tard, le spa mais pas facile en plein centre du bâtiment dans un quartier historique.

De openingsuren van het zwembad en de sauna. Het was nog beter geweest als we hier vroeg in de ochtend of later in de avond gebruik van konden maken.

The antique furnishings in the bedroom and throughout the hotel were beautifully done and created the boutique atmosphere we were looking for . The honor bar in the evening was a nice touch and the pool and spa area were beautiful.
the walk to the train station is long if you are trying to take heavy suitcases. It is all cobblestones and rough one at that. Take a cab and you have no problem.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026L'hôtel est très bien situé, au calme et en face d'un canal. Très proche du centre, des boutiques et curiosités touristiques. Le personnel est professionnel et très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant même si une partie de la salle est un peu sombre. Il n'est pas possible de déjeuner à l'extérieur. Il y a une petite piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisée. Le plus apprécié est que les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés.
Le mobilier d'époque n'est pas vraiment ce que nous recherchons, d'autant que cela grève inutilement le prix des chambres. Certains amateurs de romantisme apprécierons très certainement. Nous préférons un mobilier plus fonctionnel, question de goût et de budget.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Die Lage ist hervorragend, tolles Hotel voll mit Antiquitäten. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Für ein kurz Aufenthalt ist es ein genau richtig. Empfang und Auskunft an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Privater Parkplatz ggü. dem Hotel ist sehr gut wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.
Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, ein Sanierung würde dem schönen Haus guttun. Es ist an vielen Orten in einem schlechten Zustand und sehr schmudelig. Unser Zimmer hat schlecht gerochen und war dunkel. Kaum Ablage im Bad und das WC ist fast auseinander gefallen. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht mehr.

L'hôtel est affiché comme un 4 étoiles. C'est loin de correspondre à la réalité. Les équipements sont vieux et les finitions dans les chambres laissent à désirer (trous de vis dans les murs, sèche-cheveux écaillé, sol de douche instable, arrière des lavabos plein de calcaire). Les chambres sont indiquées comme étant insonorisées, ce n'est pas le cas. Notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée, à côté d'un local technique, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir. Le pire a été le petit-déjeuner. Payé 25 euros par personne pour deux nuits, soit 100 euros au total. Il était loin d'être copieux et rien n'était bon. Pain et croissants racis, charcuterie et fromage pas frais, même les céréales contenues dans des bocaux en verre étaient racies, comme si elles étaient stockées là depuis des semaines sans être changées. Nous avons fait le choix pour le 2e jour d'aller prendre un petit déjeuner en dehors de l'hôtel, pour ne pas être à nouveau déçus. Lorsqu'on a remonté l'info à la direction, la seule réponse obtenue a été de nous dire d'aller voir les commentaires en ligne qui étaient tous bons. Après vérification c'est justement loin d'être le cas ! Compte tenu du prix total payé, le standing n'est clairement pas au rdv. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Unfortunately we had a problem with our air conditioning and it was very hot. The staff did their best to get this resolved. Being an old building, the public areas had no A/C and so were not comfortable to use which was a shame. However, it was extremely hot during our visit so this may not usually be an issue.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The hotel is a lovely building full of lovely things. I've never taken so many photos inside a hotel and our room. The lounge was exceptional and the bar appreciated. The air-conditioning in our room was exceptionally quiet but coped with unprecedented heat admirably. We spent the afternoons relaxing there when it was too hot yo be out. The location is excellent for both Brugge Central, parks and other walks for the dog. Plenty of eateries, shops and entertainment nearby. The staff are very friendly and our dog was welcome in the communal areas and at breakfast which was much appreciated.
The breakfast was adequate but not great. There were glorious communal rooms and we had a little patio but all were too hot to use. This was in a heatwave so not attaching blame. But unfortunately these temperatures are likely to become more common. So more fans or air-conditioning in the lounge, breakfast room and foyer will be needed.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Quirky. Spacious. Lovely to look at. The room was spacious and the fact that the shower room was separate from the toilet was welcome. The breakfast was just the ticket and the scrambled eggs were the best I ever tasted. The staff were always smiling and helpful. Marlene was superb in giving us tips about the city in terms of walks, history, chocolate and waffles. She pointed us to the oldest cafe in Brugge. Her recommendations on locations to eat at were spot on! Eliza at breakfast was also very accommodating. The lobby was comfortable and the lounge was massive and a pleasure to reside in.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Frühstück war TOP!!! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Chefin des Hotels und der Mitarbeiter, der für das Frühstück zuständig war. Besser ging es nicht!!!
Der Fernseher etwas größer und mehr deutsche Sender. Sonst war alles super.
